Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
7 s, c8 G% `: Cplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
& X' M+ @. X8 }; dMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

1 C( ]+ ]2 c5 F/ X& |To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.+ L2 n2 n7 e" u# g( M. g$ b8 J

Job Qualification
2 N# c6 H( J1 r5 RMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
* |6 w) g, S' L8 `Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
4 \( n$ X1 m' s# d/ [School)5 ~' B- `% k& f0 A
Must have supervisory experience
4 s" R/ Z! B2 G- n5 c8 ]Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
+ ~9 l! z! G8 ?/ I/ rMust be computer literate
0 ]' S8 u/ D3 ^1 m* XMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
& \% B/ t% T6 f3 OMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network, |0 H+ Z: _# P
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
& g' ]- y* {2 R1 NMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
