CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
group to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
9 C  }  z' }8 f9 r8 DRegistered Nurses Exam (CRNE).

The emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
question and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
material and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
Coach and a professional in the field.

; B: u! B+ f* h6 i: B7 l7 p& s+ `8 sTo join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
; i0 q) V+ V9 T& B: UCollege and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
October 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
% {1 I! z2 y' y6 Q: m. |intending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
, s7 P0 b9 l$ ]1 l5 hParticipants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
Registration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
limited, early registration is strongly advised.
