Just find out that Italkbb charged more for this month. I called the service phone 1-877-482-5503 and was told from now they are going to charge 11.5% tax even if we are in Alberta. 8 s& }) R Z6 o' v, L$ A* y+ @& j. C; C# k
I remember we had the same issue about 1 year ago. After lots of complaining, Italkbb changed it back to 5% tax. But now they want to charge 11.5% again. Please check out your bill this month.
