申请CHILD CARE SUBSIDY 的几个问题

有可能9月份读书，从9月份送儿子去DAY CARE。想用网上提供的软件算一下能拿多少CHILD CARE  SUBSIDY。但有几个地方不知到如何填写。比如一年学杂费7000。

2。Number of Months in Current School Term (Tuition Costs are divided by no. of months in school term)  ：？9月份到12月份一学期。所以说填4对吗？
