what's the difference between these two words?

When talking about car insurance, one common mistake made by Chinese English mistake is the use of "deduction" instead of "deductible".
" D- R0 @8 z  P/ j0 O% |: U' z# w1 L3 C9 D
Then what's the difference between these two words?

one is N., the other is ADJ.
