纠结：主卧，客厅和饭厅朝西不好吗？

请问：主卧，客厅和饭厅朝西，车库和bonus room朝东好吗？朝西晒的房间，夏天很热吗？

会很热，除非你在太阳落下前不呆在朝西的那几个房间，可是这里夏天的太阳差不多要到9，10点才落哦，我家是Bonus朝西北，夏天傍晚西晒很热。

R factor is used to determine insulation capability.

Here in Canada, walls are well over R20. So, even if the exterior walls are hot under sunlight, it won't really affect interior living space.

However, windows have lower R factors and allow UV radiation (and radiation of other frequency) to enter the house. So, it's best to upgrade your windows, if radiation (i.e. sunlight) is a potential problem. Typically, you can upgrade your windows to triple pane, with sun-stop coatings on both sides.

我觉得不会,去年我买的新房装有空气换气系统,有三档,最低一挡是每20分钟就RUN一次,屋里温度夏天也是阴凉阴凉的,很舒服.BUILDER告诉我用最低档每月大概比不用增加$5,不管增加费用是不是这么低,总之我没发现比人家增加多少,而冬天边吃饭边晒太阳很舒服,我用的不是很厚的窗帘,所以有少量阳关可透过来. 其实我觉得每天呆在主卧，客厅和饭厅的时间很多,朝西能一直很明亮,人会感觉很精神,不会因为家里暗而犯困. 当然萝卜白菜各有所爱,以上仅供参考.

个人比较喜欢东西向的房子，觉得阳光很好，而且冬天的时候省暖气
南北的房子，北面总是阴森森的，不舒服

请问如果开点窗户，有空气流通，或拉拉窗帘，是不是还是热呢？这跟房间的大小有没有关系呢？还有你的Bonus是开放的还有有门的一个房间呢？

谢谢你的信息，我也正在考虑是不是东西朝向的房子（客厅，饭厅，花园向西，bonus房间向东）会比南北朝向的好，因为可以两边都有阳光进房，唯一担心就是夏天客厅，饭厅房间西晒会热？很想再确认确认，期待你的答复，万分感谢！

哪边向西哪边夏天就很热，所以我觉得如果买东西走向的房子，让车库和BONUS ROOM向西比较好，这样只有一个地方热，晚上不在那儿呆就是了。
