Rutherford phase 7 Duplex selling now

今天刚去看了Rutherford phase 7 Duplex 的show room， 感觉不错！请大家指教一下那个区怎么样？还有那些房子的质量怎么样？我也不知道那个builder, 好像是Pacesetter Home. 如果要买新建的房子，还有没有bargin 的余地啊？请各位高人指点！

3 k! h$ c0 j9 j- f! ?  F- F一个朋友也介绍我去那个区看了，听她说这个builder不错，好像叫stunning or sterling somthing，他们以前的一个户型设计获过奖。我自己也过去看了

6 J6 b0 U3 q* w$ E3 |; ABy their website, they have been in business for quite a long time. It's not a small one. But I heard of that sterling home has a better quality but a little bit more in price.

They might still have a few lots for 1352 sq.ft duplex avalable. And it gives me an impression that sterling's design looks wilder. That's why I choose theirs.
