我在KIJIJI上卖车，今天收到这么一封信，觉得是骗子，大家帮我看看

Scam. He always call it 'the item' instead of 'car'. He is sending this email to several sellers.

骗的成份很大，哪有买车不讨论车的性能参数，而一味跟你商量交易事情的,欲速则不达，这个骗子还需要加强自我修养！！！

是这样，paypal有一种延付功能，钱到你帐上，也显示，但是你不能用，要等6-8天。

楼主打电话问一下paypal，这种情况的交易是否可行，当你收到对方的钱后，钱是否还能被对方转走，对方以什么理由将钱转走，等等。18000得deal，小心为妙。但是也不能因为害怕，而错失了好买家啊。

因为骗子先用一张假票据入自己帐户，银行在入账时对于色体飞的支票不验真伪。
1 t/ O3 h2 C# Q. a/ e1 A% Q然后paypal帐上显示有钱可转，转完了，收票银行发现支票是假的，后面的转账交易追踪取消。
- {4 h% O& }4 j5 D最后倒霉的是客户，你跟银行打官司是打不赢的。

- \$ W; _  L  Z, f' ]) T2 Z, J! A" Z这种交易，要么现金，要么见面后检查对方证件，背书在支票后面。否则~~~

其实那些BANK DRAFT也有假的，时间长的要一个月才能知道真伪，到时银行会把给你的现金要回去。paypal是网上银行，如果钱从paypal帐上转走了，不知paypal怎么找你要回。
