Beginning in 1995, ETIP:

Integrated training offers a blend of occupation-related skills, a work5 h% ]: \3 P' W1 ]8 c
experience and competency-based training, such as applied academics or

required for the Alberta workplace. Training includes:

• first-aid training, and

graduates.

2 T' J; |* l: C0 Y& Y4 U0 qAs of 2003, more than 80% of ETIP graduates over the past six years have
" t7 Z6 J4 x9 ^found engineering or engineering technologist employment in Alberta.
$ K1 F3 I n9 t# }3 _& jIn 2004, 46 engineers graduated from the ETIP program. At the time of
4 a+ w3 R1 N: @3 J. K4 P9 Bgraduation, almost half had secured employment in the engineering industry,' @- |- z h6 f5 u" D' ~
with over 90% employed at three months post-graduation.
