Job Description/Main Duties:
; ~6 Y; h3 Q$ B* [# Y-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
$ ~6 D2 |: V& Q1 f-        Sell merchandise to customers
3 C% A: A6 G$ o; z6 k" Y-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- b2 B( s( {" N: |" _  \-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
7 ^, W- l( F4 I% ?- C$ K/ S-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
