Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
; M  |8 z  m1 e5 a; V! {; W8 O: s) G-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
. m3 X) S* v: M-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

; i4 j! S2 o# P% j/ I-        Completion of secondary school is required
) J: r" f# C2 T1 C( _5 U-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
3 T# ^4 j8 g$ h4 T; Q( }-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
