-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
$ d# K$ |0 m# W& y0 k-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
) z0 V9 U! V) Y! d-        Sell merchandise to customers
$ v* }- w1 h1 ^9 {4 p) E. x-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
! f  l- |* ]/ D) r" N-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

; D: {8 U6 V+ D: x-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
