9 n* |" B! }; ]+ o+ a. E-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
! X9 Q7 T: |6 o' T: [-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
0 N, m% A5 X% V+ y-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
0 m' q, h4 V2 w3 J  |# L" ~-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
# V1 N3 Q& Z5 M$ I! I. `: \( ^-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
# J2 P! K1 k4 t$ W) |: E; q' G-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
7 ?- f3 t$ q, z4 K0 D. e* C
-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
