Responsibilities:
/ B% |' j+ i2 ZWorking as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
( \8 L' c* J! s5 I! J3 Z- g7 K) M Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.
1 l, m/ ]& t+ ~/ |7 V Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.
# O V1 a+ \- y9 a0 } Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle. ! o- r7 L/ r: t; _% ?$ \
Qualifications:: ~6 U/ G! G! \8 k: [: M7 I
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
