协议有效期？

有个问题请教：

如与REALTOR 签一个协议 买（SELL）我的house。 90天后 协议到期， 但还是 没有 买出去，
* [6 `7 Z2 c' L8 z# q1 m2 P
3 b3 i' @6 ^! X0 e一般 多长时间 自己 不能买？

4 h2 I( Q4 |: w& n是不是 新法 已允许 自己买 AFTER THE AGREEMENT EXPIRED(IE 90DAYS)？ 好像有个 新的规定， 只要协议到期 就可以自己买了？

If passed, the 10-year agreement would allow sellers to hire agents to put for-sale properties on the Multiple Listing Service for a fee and if they wish, the sellers could carry out the remainder of the sales process themselves.

IS THAT MEAN THE HOUSE COULD BE FOR SALE BY HIMSELF?

协议结束后你可以自己卖房.但是,
看看你的协议里有没有COOL DOWN的时间, 一般是卖房协议结束后1个月-3个月.  COOL DOWN时间内售出的话, 仍然算是你的REALTOR帮你卖的,你仍要付REALTOR费.
所以,如果你顺利卖自己卖出, 你在签卖房合同时, 一定要把签字时间放到COOL DOWN时间之后.
