协议有效期？

有个问题请教：

; [3 \+ S4 z* B  M/ r如与REALTOR 签一个协议 买（SELL）我的house。 90天后 协议到期， 但还是 没有 买出去，

% s6 h9 y$ M2 h# Y% y一般 多长时间 自己 不能买？

是不是 新法 已允许 自己买 AFTER THE AGREEMENT EXPIRED(IE 90DAYS)？ 好像有个 新的规定， 只要协议到期 就可以自己买了？

If passed, the 10-year agreement would allow sellers to hire agents to put for-sale properties on the Multiple Listing Service for a fee and if they wish, the sellers could carry out the remainder of the sales process themselves.

协议结束后你可以自己卖房.但是,
, @& x5 t0 a6 z4 Q' b' [% C, u看看你的协议里有没有COOL DOWN的时间, 一般是卖房协议结束后1个月-3个月.  COOL DOWN时间内售出的话, 仍然算是你的REALTOR帮你卖的,你仍要付REALTOR费.
' s5 G0 n6 |+ F: n5 H( a所以,如果你顺利卖自己卖出, 你在签卖房合同时, 一定要把签字时间放到COOL DOWN时间之后.

协议上写得有的.协议到期后60天里买了,都要付agent fee.
