Essential Excellent knowledge of the issue of racism and crime prevention in Canadian society as it applies to African people, particularly those who live with multiple risk factors. Excellent knowledge of an African culture/ language, Somali is preferred. Experience facilitating group sessions with high-risk African youth and communities. Ability to work effectively in a team with school teachers, police officers, community elders, and young adult mentors. Computer skills in information management and communication. University degree in human services.3 f7 V$ F+ O3 ] p0 E4 P/ A' [9 r
