abusing two young boys in the 1970s and 1980s when he was a sheriff's deputy

# `$ O) }7 U% a$ s/ H! v4 ~& h) P" F0 Vto lure teenage boys for sexual relationships. West called the molestation
allegations "flat lies". However he admitted to having private online

West confirmed the accusations of meeting men over the Internet but denied
the charges that he had sought out minors (see[4]). Using the name "Right-
BiGuy" he allegedly offered internships to young gay men (some of whom were
just graduating from high school - none of whom, however, under the age of
% s0 _# @0 z2 Z, {5 D18.

immorality" to his list of confessions.[2]

) }: E  b) G9 sministers, Tim Ralph, said that Haggard "is completely heterosexual."[3]
Ralph later said he meant that therapy "gave Ted the tools to help to
8 c  x0 h: K1 W! A4 r1 oembrace his heterosexual side."[4] As of early 2009, Haggard continues to
receive counseling, and now he says that he is a “heterosexual with issues.

the time.[78] According to the man, he said the contact was "not consensual"
