Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)9 q# ]2 F }5 c3 M8 G
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required
r+ B) F2 B0 r# L" t2 RPerforms other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
( z. Y! i6 E' J; a# `. Y7 xDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred$ m* }" A% E) x, N
Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset2 b$ e: o1 S( {# m: ?
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred- d2 Z3 w7 u/ |. Q% w& {
