求助:大理石台面有粗大的条纹,如何与builder交涉

去看了正在建的房子, 发现builder刚刚安装的大理石(granite)台面有粗大的条纹, 条纹非常明显, 把台面一分为二, 而且每一个大理石台面都. 与builder提出这样不可接受, 要builder重做, builder解释天然大理石台面允许有small 条纹(veins).
现在的情况是条纹太大了, 我应如何与builder交涉. 恳请有经验的兄弟姐妹指教. 万分感谢.

It is a new house. There is no realtor helped me when I built this house.

BUILDER和你的合同中允许你选大理石了吗?如果不允许你选,那现在没什么好争的.
如果允许你选,你选大理石时,看过大样(9呎 BY 16呎)吗?
没看过大样, 告诉BUILDER, SUPPLIER没让你看大样.
看过大样了, 你签了字 ,表示你已经做了 DECISION, 现在没什么好争的.

Builder let us 选大理石 from samples, very small (1呎 BY 1呎). 没看过大样(9呎 BY 16呎). That is no any vein in the sample.
I am sorry I have to type English since my current computer does not support Chinese.

跟BUILDER的SALE MANAGER, 或更大的 MANAGER联系, 说你没有给看大样,小样上没有VEIN. 别的BUILDER给看大样, (如KIMBERLEY), 到SUPPLIER那看大样,对BUILDER来说很容易,他们只需给你个地址和SUPPLIER的电话,但是BUILDER没有做,导致YOU WERE MIS_INFORMED AND MISLED. 你对BUILDER的服务不满意.
争取一下吧.

这种事情挺麻烦的。最好的情况就是和Sales好好谈谈，希望他（她）能帮帮你，找到合适的人（如General Manager或Manager的Assistant）。一般Sale Manager的作用不太大，他们多半认为那不是他们的责任。且这种近万块钱的事，多半得要GM认同，协调。
你要是有Realtor就好了。他（她）去解决这种问题，会比你容易些。

Good luck. It will be very hard. Normally they will ignore you.

Sorry, I did not mean everyone. I just want to explain my situation in this kind of things. I only know every one related with our building and buying, when we asked for help after we made the offer, every one just tell us that is not important to change, so we have to fight by our own. To be honest, our realtor is not a bad one. But once we made a offer, they disappeared.

别太在意，我只是想说明经纪人应该做的事情。同时，客户是有权利要求经纪人去做这些事情的。

谢谢 carroll 和衣食住行的建议, 我与builder的sale manager交涉了,对方认为looks natural and good. 但我说非常难看. 对方说已经要求大理石提供商去检查, 让我在等他们的回复.
Builder 是 challenger home. 如果不行, 看来下一步得找General Manager. 如何与他们交涉?

天然大理石上有点不一致的条纹, 正常的事，下次记得采用人工大理石台面。
