The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. $ s. q) J K" J# v& L4 Z6 f

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:! o: F8 I* g# h/ q; v; b/ p
• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
% J3 D+ H2 ~; x @; c S• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
; M6 Z. c* c% j- w; \1 q W• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits% Y9 h) [# {. h# l5 F3 u5 {
• Input and manage high volume of data/ p' |1 N2 \% k; W: I: P
• Update and maintain databases
+ [$ q+ R: C5 j: o, w2 Z3 {# F• Generate monthly reports and statistics( W& V; r d# R9 ~0 B3 P5 O# U
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation/ m9 n) a) V. W
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits+ e4 |7 d( b q* J* ]/ @
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms( ]8 Q9 H( t) {% d
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
* Z( Z ]- F+ r: b• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
# G; O* X7 C7 p% T• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients& J) K; r1 W. \

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
# ^9 ~, ~( V! u• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work. K5 k4 |2 R3 I4 J
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population( {- _& \3 B: m6 t7 U
• Strong customer service skills
