The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. e' H2 b1 q5 Y' X7 H+ C
4 V/ Y/ U' _9 v: ?; Y5 m& M" J* {This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.( Z* y9 o* u" v. F

5 b5 C0 }, J6 P/ Z, {& A• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required2 c5 R N# H' o6 _6 _! i
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
1 b) ~& v7 N: Z5 n8 }• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
" M) M2 U% |( D. L• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
( L& A! G$ h( ?, V4 j8 ^2 \9 Y• Input and manage high volume of data
9 P" x7 E, z( s) j9 A4 J: H• Update and maintain databases
* Y( l3 g8 O. b4 v9 A6 `• Generate monthly reports and statistics
* K. S; k7 b, C- x8 S1 s- r• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
8 b6 I& [/ i! r Q• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
+ {3 z# x, y9 p7 o. k• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
: W m5 h `4 Z; ]0 B h' V8 f8 a• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
9 j' \# v5 C- a• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
; I5 J) t: A/ I- S9 n, y• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

9 u, n0 T- k4 _5 P: f* C• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
7 q3 [( Z N. M7 w. L. Y• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS : _ {9 g Q7 X2 A2 p6 r( H4 Q
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills% q( O7 x7 [3 W4 R$ f! K
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
