The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

# W7 H$ s: E3 p1 LThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

9 L' j. U: z0 Y& _( O O• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
' U7 [- {0 A" C# \8 N& E5 H• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads0 M: {3 i% M/ Q3 `
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits* R. z7 M* q# K6 P8 B
• Input and manage high volume of data

! n6 c, l$ e3 r! {, g• Generate monthly reports and statistics3 ^+ ?% M8 F$ s7 e& o0 T5 A
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation( K* d" m& i2 V! m' |7 f
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits# p/ g U% s, t
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms+ M( T" U c! G1 Y1 B9 M
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients/ T7 R) s- v0 X8 e: K7 A# A7 y. @

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
a& O+ e! e2 ~' [• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS r7 v8 r7 X7 ] \
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 A" p9 M# [1 a• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
5 ^0 W2 t0 G& r% l. Z8 V! h• Able to interact positively with a diverse population2 C, q! ^$ G8 f! S: @% N! B# {* S% j
• Strong customer service skills2 a, E6 \0 ?9 s" r% j, J
• Strong organizational skills and abilities
