The YWCA has an opportunity for a Manager of Program Services to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Services for Persons with Disabilities department provides support to adults and children with disabilities and their families. The Manager is involved in the supervision, planning, development and monitoring of daily service delivery of the department in accordance with the YWCA mission statement. The Manager supervises a dynamic and diverse Program Coordinator team and reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

8 `* |+ L0 Y5 [) T) r! B* U- L0 H8 D8 ~5 V• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of 11 Program Coordinators
; ~1 B. \. |7 h$ ?4 k- {, `+ F• Responsible for capacity-building within department to provide coaching and leadership to assist Program Coordinators to expand their capabilities8 r& {7 c& U/ ~
• Provide feedback and direction regarding staffing and supervision, including recruitment, orientation, training, corrective action, and disciplinary process of front line staff1 B6 q; m, ^8 j3 c/ H
• Provide leadership to Program Coordinator team in peer meetings and with project development
+ ]- d4 r, Z/ _ ^+ p+ k+ q• Work with Program Coordinators to explore/develop/implement skill development opportunities for department staff
$ t! n. o8 L3 O( L" G6 Q• Develop and implement opportunities for training of Program Coordinators to become familiar with service delivery in all programs
- M+ h) H7 e/ e0 U- T9 b• Ensure that YWCA Human Resources policies and procedures are followed throughout the department

0 K* x: _$ f" X8 ]5 O+ @" x• Support Program Coordinators with case management including service planning, outcomes, staffing and documentation requirements" j, X& A& ]- D3 G9 I2 J/ t$ v# F* n. W
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports including development and implementation of outcome measures, quality assurance surveys, etc.
/ k# ~. k4 e- ]9 a8 Z- B# X' _8 ]• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
' x( Z: V5 z7 N4 j. j# b6 g• Ensure compliance with Creating Excellence Together (CET) standards of service delivery

• Review Program Coordinators’ monthly reports and prepare a summary report for the Director
! `7 W* T; @$ \• Work closely with the Program Coordinators and Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for programs+ m% F" s; E7 U, w0 N/ r: Q9 O, z

• Degree in Social Work or Human Resources Management, or related Human Services field3 M* B. M' M/ K
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience0 y a+ K" G+ m5 @. D# a
• Demonstrated skills in mentorship and leadership of a diverse team
" Z# W$ W2 N3 s1 n5 p5 ?: V• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work in an environment with diverse groups and individual personalities8 x+ E! @6 I& T4 p4 U
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
5 V8 w7 {- F, @6 ?9 y• Current Child Welfare, Police Security Clearance, and First Aid/CPR is required
5 i7 R- t/ E/ e• Vehicle and valid driver’s license is required
