Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
% H( o# R4 a8 |: c, C2 y2 O6 Kservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing * o2 z- ^8 F& e8 y7 } O% `. e

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
! I7 @$ [: e. ~6 a/ `hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth : O+ F f: \! e8 X+ B# G
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a % u) \5 V1 _: y) ^
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 3 A' F% ~5 ?% p+ G
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
' g1 @, q+ L+ ? u2 Hare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
4 P0 G4 S1 ^& Jbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
; o; Y/ r j; o; c2 Q: iaccountable to the project coordinator. 9 ~ E& F7 A( x6 T1 w
1 \4 w6 O+ P$ X! a5 dThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
+ R' C/ H _, d0 d( h! Z2 S" H& yschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
* R4 `$ q9 I/ j0 }( Kdesirable. / D2 d% o* P7 J
( Q. A) a4 `* {" n: T/ gQualifications
$ {$ k: D( }% N18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
; T9 c K6 ~1 i; @% @8 ~ v- |Keen ability to organize and lead
2 h9 k$ E$ h9 M$ V3 DRegular attendance at meetings
( C( T8 o8 O+ P( D6 IRelate well with other youth and adults , B" m" a: H- S* V3 ?( I
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary
