Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
& n  W9 C( i0 H* E( p6 h' fservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
2 E! o' \: O, ^2 Y) h, Lhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
+ ^6 P- H3 Q( k" M4 Jyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
. [4 R! s& n1 X/ A  Oare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
, [! k- a8 L0 T2 m, |/ Z9 J3 J4 Kaccountable to the project coordinator.

" X4 t$ [' r" ~0 @( a# |The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
0 h# S' ]: h7 L) @0 v, m! XKeen ability to organize and lead

/ J8 _1 W! s4 g7 K) @% B  ]* ]Relate well with other youth and adults
