Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
7 o* Z8 A% ]8 G ^' m! j. M/ sservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 4 m7 W; P- x- U# M
their development.

- C4 P5 ^! K6 F( P2 t/ c; rTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
; L1 y! r0 r% ?hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
: ]7 d" k) L6 h1 o9 AEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a ! J: G6 p7 F9 S. a0 _# n; D
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 9 g8 O+ P3 _$ N) h4 [* U
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
2 j$ @0 }4 l$ S! a4 o$ h, s! oare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
& M& F9 g t/ P+ nbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be * T# N- X' M$ i
accountable to the project coordinator. 6 o5 R. S; I: i
, _- p' d. Z+ [The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
; @# q4 v6 s$ ?schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 8 p! N, g2 {; m0 G* O$ l0 q6 }5 ]
desirable.

Qualifications
: i9 ^% d2 _/ q18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 7 [, ^% M% m/ @
Keen ability to organize and lead
9 \ o- L& F! |; j# x# g/ O( LRegular attendance at meetings
: L& K; G2 U# f; b1 s0 H- x5 wRelate well with other youth and adults 6 q) ^' e1 [& L2 h$ z. I, U
Willing to be mentored and trained
+ V" X# t0 e N8 Q 3 G. s4 B( V- s1 d% z+ T
