) J6 w. j1 J: b3 aTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach ( c% j( ^5 u) k `5 y8 N
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 4 n$ D+ `: o4 X# u' p0 g0 [
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
! o+ @9 W9 y6 [/ hhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 1 V3 b/ v) n: Q' J6 [: R
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a % m2 L o; F) g) J4 |
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved . M w$ |' Q- c! e& m
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You % r- S0 t% j) L5 k
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 8 g9 P+ Y: F' x( L+ Y% Y
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
& L3 L( C& W0 Baccountable to the project coordinator. ) F! h+ ^, ?; W& r6 {: S
( l7 [) l x) A( @+ z: uThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 5 N3 P6 o9 h/ d- Y( m% F# z
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
5 [) L8 y% I& L w( G0 @* M2 Idesirable.

Qualifications * }; K9 _8 D. [( ~
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 3 o, x- w9 ? x6 i$ U# c- n% q+ s
Keen ability to organize and lead
& N" Z5 c) L# H1 Y( R. d% ERegular attendance at meetings
0 H9 z' @- V2 d/ T r- m2 [Relate well with other youth and adults ! T6 _: _- l# e& }$ T
Willing to be mentored and trained 3 z v p0 D3 I' d/ v2 ^0 C( A

$15 per hour plus benefits
