- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services( K. ^1 ?6 g# B
- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
4 q% O: B2 f: A- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash 4 t' M' ?+ H8 x
- Balance credit card machine
- r' c* W% u, g2 T- {0 ]. K- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments " Q. P* L: h2 s6 _6 w6 t6 ~
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
% }7 s! N$ C2 ~4 }" G. Q# b: G- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment

- Ability to work night audit shifts and weekends
