Term: 1 year contract

Job Description9 ]5 I4 l: ~: S1 ]; I. K1 d
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.$ ?$ D7 Z) m/ [8 x( ^# v, T
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
. J# X1 ]- i$ H4 R5 t-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
7 n) `/ t; E- W* W5 }5 b/ K-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
5 L7 n5 V! \8 O# C# _/ a-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception% X( K# X* @/ Z( `  M! f! k1 M

$ p/ P8 U; V# xQualifications:
4 x2 x- y% ^4 a8 i-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
% x' h$ P; \) I: [-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
, i2 _% L, u' N; Z-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
5 A& J6 w9 ]& B+ v4 z3 `* n) |-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one, e, v6 c4 M8 e1 y- [( Q
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
7 @7 ~* U' _8 q2 o: N" y0 B7 F8 l3 X/ b" `4 Q6 o" `
