Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

Job Description7 {. s. t, g' i! V5 e& V3 y
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.! {0 @0 _1 s2 @8 h* Q8 z0 a
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker+ ^. u& x" q+ \* K8 J' v0 J2 V
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team& z6 X! H0 T: d/ o" V
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client, R. Q8 p2 b( C# R/ Z: I! B
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
; I5 s$ j# Q" i7 A7 g
$ c4 G5 \! r9 Z3 ZQualifications:
* k) {7 Q5 _+ I-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience! C. K7 e3 m  V) ~9 g- X9 U) K% B
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement / t  Y7 o9 f( }
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
( k7 c0 S7 j9 G/ u, k2 g7 s6 x-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
/ Q: L% [+ ^$ b: _-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
