Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)

Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

5 G+ W/ P- ]. C7 F* l5 s9 {-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
0 X: ?3 t7 V6 P# v+ e- O7 u-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
4 K1 t7 A+ H# T7 S6 M/ n-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
$ T+ W/ h) u& {+ x-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
/ `# s7 {$ a( W1 `. A) X: t-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
