Job Duties / Responsibilities

8 }! h% K+ A) U• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
& g O' W4 y! \' M3 v& E) }0 f• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures. \5 B5 d, Z' G
• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
% Q7 ^' C* @$ M/ Z0 {" A% y! z• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
" o7 |6 y1 k( {$ X# \& f9 f• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis. 0 {0 |# y, M, r/ p: Z! }- w
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.+ p% V/ L7 }$ m9 i# M* O
