• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
) e$ C5 R/ C2 z+ `7 M1 A. \• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
. I7 W2 @) ~; I# c" O# }9 N' V• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
