* F" d6 a( L2 M+ ]1 V+ c• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
3 ~# c, j3 S- c• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
6 l+ I: a$ ^/ u3 T5 }• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
* `1 ]) Y& {! h• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
