请教达人一个房屋台阶问题,我该怎么办?

新房即将落成,建筑商突然来函说原订的混凝土台阶只有5阶,不能MATCH房屋的外门(矮了一阶),问是否改成木制的同样大小台阶.我想混凝土和木头的还是有不小差别吧?我该怎么办呢?答应他们还是有什么好办法?请高人指点...(听说没有6阶的混凝土台阶)

别改成木头的. 木头的每三年要刷次漆,烦死, 有时不得不先SANDING,累死.
矮一级更好,冬天的积雪不会随开门进屋.没见DECK都是比后门矮一级的吗?

yes, it is very easy to do it. the builder just want to make up without any cost...
just stay what you want.
