Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
- O7 V+ A4 k  ]: \ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
( p9 {* I  t6 fThe duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
- u- Q( B! s! q0 X- X" }the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
4 R: b$ D5 B3 c' N& IŸ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
% w' C4 k/ p% s; y6 ?Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
$ A3 A3 a4 g3 |( l3 reducation and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
: ~& I, _0 f0 fverbal and written.
% o- K- ~- c$ e  h+ s9 ?+ `Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
6 Z7 U3 m$ ^: y; N) y& V  u$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
