Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
( ?* K0 ~* e/ q8 R  ^The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
, L" H2 t3 R) ?6 o7 @Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
0 z/ v' Y+ ~  E* t7 e1 M9 E% fŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
0 X0 ^" ^  C# ]% c6 gŸ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
9 A' d9 R0 X) `0 t. _9 ?) n- n& CŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
# o$ k# q) k& @  T: Weducation and experience;
. J4 j2 o7 O3 ?0 i4 d# U& tŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
+ U9 P9 {" |; ~" w& x9 s. _9 EŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
; P7 I. b3 J  Z! Q" |2 Z$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
