This is a nine month appointment, with the possibility of extension.

5 }( O5 z4 p/ L- }Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
Modifies forms and reports according to client specifications
# v/ f3 c: A; |. O  FCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
Qualifications
" P4 |/ H2 i$ ^/ f* n4 n% c8 {B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
0 x6 H& n: O$ y# BSeveral years related experience in a similar environment
7 y1 n/ a) A! e) m! AKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
; ?6 S2 y" v6 M0 F0 VKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
7 B  B3 R+ K4 o0 I3 WExcellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
: G% `4 K! s8 R+ @* fOutstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong commitment to client service, and a professional and positive approach
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a highly dynamic, energetic and demanding team
