This is a nine month appointment, with the possibility of extension.

Duties
6 K+ `2 P* s1 O; \. }Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
Modifies forms and reports according to client specifications
3 b. B) }2 q8 Q" `Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
, p4 X1 r: V! @  i0 r3 |Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment

B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
& A3 |8 c5 j$ n$ j0 }( ^9 _. fSeveral years related experience in a similar environment
Knowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
: Q7 F2 N, _  H* V5 {7 b8 L4 ~" dKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
7 R4 z8 q2 E* U2 y  s1 h- MOutstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong commitment to client service, and a professional and positive approach
% f: `6 H& v5 HAble to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a highly dynamic, energetic and demanding team
