This is a nine month appointment, with the possibility of extension.

Duties
3 ?! l* ?+ t  D9 H; E, j1 kSupports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
8 `' h7 g6 U9 G- Y0 k* X9 _' v3 VModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
" E4 a1 o1 x" F& U% N& \Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
$ h7 q/ Q+ k" A5 |Several years related experience in a similar environment
, m9 l8 o, t0 w; L9 l; HKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
/ ?3 ?& F, o/ e) WKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
' ]9 ^/ A' {6 r* D0 g$ dExcellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong commitment to client service, and a professional and positive approach
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a highly dynamic, energetic and demanding team
