Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
- `) S- R0 k* p  p1 S, JPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
9 P  P5 j# \$ r0 ]  WComputer proficiency
$ G& X7 [, N* G9 d9 V' V3 jStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
% G4 Z: o2 T9 i0 g% C( S( E& ?# _  ]Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
9 B9 Z: k1 S  H9 M$ J6 V) \Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
