Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
% a; p& u2 w/ ]Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
1 P; T) w4 m9 X) l$ fExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
/ `  u& h, s6 V- |Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
: N7 r. W4 S7 O; I. K2 z+ a' ]6 JUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
