Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
7 ^/ i/ l% d5 Y7 c R3 HUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
' m: C/ |1 J' F& M, Q: pExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
8 O' s6 ~ v& f/ tExcellent communication and negotiation skills
, G; G7 J9 c' a; O. K9 AExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
