Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
, M" [5 m- P# I$ U+ ]Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 1 D- d4 Q0 v w. J, Z9 P* K
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
3 h5 A" g( w- ZExcellent communication and negotiation skills
% u/ q0 ^' F. [3 FExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
