报名需要信息
5 P4 M' O/ R9 Fname，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

8 L/ X) q" }- q9 x% ]: c男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
5 F/ O& u( }; g! P7 ^比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
: k+ y  ?& a- B( u( p$ PRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
) Y; m; Q  \$ E1 y( Q- {# kSemi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
: h* r# S1 H0 y3 X  Y, Z9 t( LCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

/ ~) k0 r- O( I2 c: e- d男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
