刚刚去看,Rutherford 的几个builder, 所有lot 都在8.5万以上,标准lot是9.3万。不带Hardwood的房子1700尺要282K,象我们这样的加空调、Hardwood、Jaccuci tub, Deck 要29万多。这个月17号各家都涨2%-4%。
