Do you have 1 – 2 years of hands-on applied payroll experience under your belt?
I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
+ n& N0 P9 N  {+ p2 p•        Processing payroll
1 a1 z5 D  K5 J, D6 v•        Preparing reports
  I1 x6 |$ n2 U/ l0 v( y+ l•        Benefits deductions and administration
. Q9 D# v! M$ {8 D; z•        Maintaining employee profiles
: x4 V7 e, l6 v( H3 H, L•        Accounting side of payroll
+ Q2 H# I3 R, ]9 x
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
$ L- t5 e+ K& h& S•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
9 h/ ]& u( s. `$ a" i& S•        Union experience
9 M1 v3 M3 Q6 Q! o•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits
9 ?, r# P# l$ X+ W
I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
2 N  S' n( s* o- t' L# r, H2 uYou will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
