My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
: E$ q: i: m) q* o* Z•        Processing payroll
. V5 u+ {( L: V0 }/ o' Z5 T•        Preparing reports
- T& r8 w& v. v* ]6 J3 b' o1 o•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
( C% L- O+ e$ o9 n2 ^7 I; W•        Accounting side of payroll
+ z) e3 \+ I. A6 W3 Q: ?5 Y" G) d
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
( Q. c) D! B. u  r+ F•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
) m7 E6 |1 ?9 u- x0 ^& K•        Union experience
•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
$ J) W! h& R3 t- W0 O) T, Q! j2 @•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
; v. x% j  p+ _% o6 _6 bYou must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
, y, I" L2 b  t/ {; |2 N+ aHours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
