3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon T0 S: \+ B2 R$ Q; z
arrival at the park.
* O6 }6 g: _6 b9 ?$ Y8 m8 x; h4 [0 a! P5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of

a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

campsite; and the service type.
8 o5 T! H" C! f4 r7 F$ m7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
6 g" ~$ ]2 N( Q- N confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations3 U1 p$ I. g) ~0 H( i# d( }4 b2 }$ c2 T

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at: @8 r5 \4 H/ z7 s, i n' f* W
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

Confirmation

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to& k, e! M' f. T7 I. Z3 p
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.9 D7 F( g6 u* w8 l+ [* B. m; b9 W
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
/ E0 P6 m* ]. f* r' N will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
" M2 O- F7 Y6 D4 ? o) ^2 X check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
" o( J' b; p8 K5 Z5 c" m - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,0 A2 D5 q, @; k! T1 g& ^
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
o3 c# Y5 u4 p0 u' Q reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,/ `) l, \+ E: v- C! B$ q; q
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.3 Z- y2 V5 i P0 ~! C" O( q
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before: y$ _% N: @0 b( W1 B
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night; Z, v: M. B b" ^$ _4 H

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

0 I, v3 G2 U& `. n' w( ?) m$ Q services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

! H1 T+ h s, A14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
. E1 _, N7 T9 M- j0 S6 P; ^ earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground r( W! x& k" y( a7 o
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee# K8 H- u! Q& @6 _ ?

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

! P+ n% S3 H9 _" r+ K: d6 X on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
0 i2 @$ E3 s7 L' j the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
; O5 @5 V- @' a& Y' o call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
" t! N" w. Q$ m5 A# l16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:' ?6 k5 Z% I1 }' g- ]3 X
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your W0 h! I# o: f6 Q8 T
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two/ V* i3 T- p7 H1 X- J/ C
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see+ U+ x; U# S/ z- |- p
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late! ]2 ?6 V6 i$ X

No-Shows

@+ @, {/ O9 u' g9 T17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

& o# ^3 L3 n0 z; L2 j. _: x your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."& J l# [+ |2 {# z
' O h6 H3 Z b& p; } When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite. U) c5 w; u. |* m

0 h% j: \! T- x7 U3 { If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
% N( {( Q) t, `1 d Z paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
