3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are& z, c$ P3 i0 {' G
due when you make your reservation.
3 w# j0 b q5 g4 T/ x$ n4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your; r% N9 J8 U, J
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon; w8 U% i0 a" A
arrival at the park.
7 {4 ^# m6 `3 e- L, g1 ~5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
& D* y! B, F/ G9 v the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as7 A2 c" s ~" w9 \! s
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same: O% R& X2 h5 r- ]# K- ^
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80." e5 C/ a6 l, T$ J% r* G1 k, d
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
! a" S+ r5 [* C9 r/ ]* `! W a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of4 L# ^1 Q) v- ]: w+ A: ^9 B
campsite; and the service type.

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,/ E6 B. V; Y' \
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your) e/ U9 \8 }' L" O: P- D
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,9 P4 e4 G/ @% O
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
3 N& e! G% d* I& S- n1 o- U - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
, G) j; W' Y6 @' {1 ^9 L 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in 8 W! s) s f$ p# O' S6 J

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change \/ j, c0 O' r
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee7 J @9 L6 Q9 Z- B( J: g5 k
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please6 W# N3 \9 ]( x
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

Late Arrivals

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact1 f" d _! Q9 p9 E# @" @4 H
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,4 R/ ~: K2 W& P7 D

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
* ~& {: {% P" [- u! D0 V If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your2 _& L4 d, |* R. g
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two& [# L1 H# C2 v7 U. W0 i* @0 s
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see; P( g3 p) Y) ~* M0 X
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."4 M$ e& A7 N' a1 | a& C8 k

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite9 |2 n. G7 C+ R, N/ Y! Q& |

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees7 ^+ C; y+ ~8 }: N8 ~
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
