1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service ; i' ^! w5 l% M B
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
4 h. w, B' V5 z5 k7 p$ c7 M 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.8 ^8 _( Y k0 k, K5 \" X. H
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
1 k+ ~7 l, i& @" a2 q [! P* `% ~* q7 W on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
! P# q9 l& W$ N2 z4 l2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your
! C" Y u& i+ f' m reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park
' Y" z1 B- F: n) K+ ]+ h time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,$ l- t3 U1 N. U
this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
: K9 f( r+ O& k4 r0 Q `- _ national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
* `$ `; A0 N0 F( c* `! A arrival at the park.
5 o" Y5 w& f6 h- K5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of: x# e/ z7 r/ h
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
: P5 U6 T* d+ _0 P* l' t' K- Z a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same* v s$ |: X0 F, i Q7 R; t
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.( T+ M3 m& y- V% @+ }! O$ R2 A/ E
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
9 a+ g! f/ ?% y i! b j& [* J7 O& j a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
; K7 C' N1 J3 ]& t% D campsite; and the service type. 6 {8 {; y( M8 o
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
7 J0 ~9 T, H& X. N$ e2 y confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

change or cancellation.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of5 G) \ l* s- u% E p" ~/ o' I
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations
1 x4 M: I# P& ]1 p will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
% ]/ `9 G& X5 b3 x. a2 d* a6 t All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at$ ^9 g8 W# t+ x" }* `2 E
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
* [# A, ]1 w9 [/ O# Y: @3 E for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

$ k6 k' O% Z; `) f It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation& K5 ^ U9 T7 j7 s! J
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

' I) D+ |7 i- h' t the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online; P- ?6 _% H# L: g
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
& }8 ~; C; P9 G# z; U12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
- K) G: L* p7 W- S* N) \5 j3 t will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you' v' v" j/ T6 U2 q4 o: \! N
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
) Z j, [. y" {( S4 R - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,* i9 O0 [; F* J6 `) f" R3 F9 N1 f
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
3 Z; O) T* g4 M reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,+ L) F+ B5 J% A3 {' |, r! [
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.2 ]. H3 S* q R# f5 D4 x$ L
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
0 E4 l7 A& _6 t; q 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night c& l" T/ F. N' R
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original7 w! a/ J0 l; D A- e: h" T
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a/ r9 h1 s& b6 @, D4 J& L
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.% D5 S4 l& @7 I

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to/ g0 P$ N5 r2 g, y! M; y7 H
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be3 j; d7 ~! o% H! }) a6 N
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
+ m7 s4 ^" `. } is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the1 y9 q! W) g- I5 F# C4 i
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
' \. S) P7 w5 L' Z2 N change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.7 u6 B4 P4 E: v1 v( @3 E
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving- B. m {" r# _6 K% h, M+ K
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground% A# H* _6 ~$ I8 L
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee8 S! Z/ _& h T. Q6 `1 l
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please9 i; i$ c+ v/ ?) A J6 }
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

! R1 d7 ^& f; l+ t2 R( j/ b on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).( G5 {* o. |) E" z
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
4 y! O- K# I6 D$ ^ If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your& R0 B Z; T( h
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two& C) `% l- V+ O- }2 H& e
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
! }3 N) M: z3 g; f policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late2 l% l6 {* o3 ]; N4 I

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your / i: F# A7 z" T0 k) u; }4 b2 Q
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of7 g% V9 \( p4 Q3 `# O) ^) q! K
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."* b8 d$ o% B6 s3 S8 C* @2 Z
+ y: t. p9 _ l6 M8 ] When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
* V. J9 l. {% g- h will be made available to other campers.) \+ `+ e- ]) b2 w9 b; r% t

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees, U3 P% d& l. z @) x& D
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,* K" p6 {( z, L
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days" H0 \1 A/ W) T9 _' } P

non-refundable.
