You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight* {9 r! z& O4 a9 s) M
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 1 w t$ N+ K% V9 w/ z
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your# _+ F5 B2 [2 Q3 h
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon7 R# n# g$ Q5 v4 r5 k* L( F: f
arrival at the park.! l: R3 P' }. ^' o/ v0 ^
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
6 e9 n& H; B0 G5 @ the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
0 P: X0 A8 N1 [# ^ a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
6 s/ { V' g# A6 x campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
9 S1 U6 e' y6 e, b Q; i! f! A6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on& X# f6 ~1 p4 j! L( c
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
( s$ x' {" {! \2 D campsite; and the service type.
! A8 c6 |, L) ], k! A# W7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously C+ z6 f: N# e6 p! |, N2 e1 J8 j
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.+ g1 M+ P- H7 X8 a9 A
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the; I6 k/ B0 `$ Y* M

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:: X7 K P+ c0 \$ `- L
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,2 Z5 l K/ X# o! G- \
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
2 n4 I( p' j6 Z% G4 \ reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
! G' e0 ], ?2 ~3 v" V& B you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
9 w8 S$ q' \: u# m1 N% y - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
+ ` y( S( h- W6 c- P5 H! q2 {5 C { 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night% B# R8 B4 L; L% t

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
& Q" [- T1 k- |% H9 h& H& ~ your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be% \$ h l& _6 n# O6 E* k$ p, Q- U
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change& ]* V8 B6 m9 a. y3 U+ J% g0 a' v4 e# `
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the: S. b8 ^- r4 k9 L+ x) V$ W
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

7 r6 q7 g7 h: c% G7 Q: k14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the& e1 N; V3 m2 k( ]% T) r
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
$ i/ D: L7 h7 d7 ?8 F& {3 \ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact. e( x5 b6 Z' c! F' f6 V
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,$ _8 P, A+ e h/ R1 j5 S
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
% Z5 b- T' N7 G2 k$ I% G' P( [' b16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
0 I1 R0 j9 R, h+ m$ R If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your1 S5 E! [3 }* y) T& T! U4 m7 j
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
1 U3 }2 p+ ~4 [1 n ] nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
% r- f4 @4 _1 ~5 O/ y policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late6 y5 g9 H1 n# p

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
! S0 a0 a# q6 | scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
: s6 U) \+ k$ B# E, ]7 i your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."3 _+ W8 g$ | E

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees. L8 h: r0 ]. H
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
