is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
* z" r- X, e8 O: o& U0 u 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
5 p& \5 c, h; ^, W4 Y6 F- q8 U You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

" u4 l1 Y# O+ v7 t) f/ }5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
' m2 C4 Q j( q" |6 s' R7 T the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as2 Q% ^, E7 I. h+ G8 P& a
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same& ^3 M) o! c" \+ Q$ v6 }) @ `1 m
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
2 N* z' ^5 j4 w9 P& c9 e6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
3 g5 i, \5 G+ b/ N2 O8 d1 @" \ a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously8 _4 |; y! h) L- Y9 h- x
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations# M+ P$ o* ~8 M
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed. + S* E: i# F h) m- e9 X% P: I- E
All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
2 f' M9 Y% n$ w* q, C least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received7 a& T" D/ T6 {( D) {+ ^. \
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
6 ^$ d& E' M$ G' I - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
3 O1 `1 R# ^4 H+ }8 |/ ~ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your& r) p. ?) S1 q( F2 g6 Q
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
, O" c- q- z6 t0 T2 s( _! C1 Q% d is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
6 ?& m ? }5 L services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80# ^: u# A9 @/ k" D, m f& d

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving1 v% N4 G, X( e) B$ s* s
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground8 ]* B9 H, a' L# y' a8 `6 i9 g# M
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
" [! n0 V7 f# |* d- ? will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please& `6 I( E! L, Y( I& d
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact+ O3 Z7 I8 O2 E& a {2 D

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
4 \# n" n; o3 M0 p* B" N If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your+ T8 W5 q* A: b, G0 q: ~ ^
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two$ r6 i+ e; ~3 y
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
* R3 s2 i- I* l7 x policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late0 C* g9 ]2 A" a( f6 e
arrivals in advance.

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of7 `* m. @5 U% D0 F: F% y
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite/ M% b, b# b& z5 ]; |
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees! I1 I( h% ] p, r8 I. o
