on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. ) q) `% Y' X6 P7 D
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are
' k4 \3 M D" ^' D- V due when you make your reservation.+ f* l$ r1 W8 Z
4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your# B, X& o2 `* r' x" x* d. N" q6 a
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
' k6 h( [, M& S3 ~/ W+ c! c arrival at the park.
( U7 n6 p5 c$ o z* u3 W5 }5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
0 }: k' ?* P& a the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as9 S% j, p( l3 u3 m: c
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
/ X! Y/ J3 A6 ~; f6 ] campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
) i0 K) ?. ~9 f4 b& E4 E6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on' r6 `9 U' o* A- @8 _* [/ q
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
$ ^( c* z" P! c2 v3 T( L campsite; and the service type. ! } l* }8 m* u. p4 j2 m, l' J
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
3 f! z, |. ]+ O% l' q1 E, }/ Z4 q confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

change or cancellation.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by" t) k$ I/ D2 \

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

3 s2 b6 R( c: B5 e2 S All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at& E& b' T* [2 m% P8 N
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
' K. j; ]! W. ^ for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
0 @! x1 M# A6 q' P4 g6 K6 I certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed' c2 K1 K8 i4 A+ o, @: n9 L' T' n
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
3 G* |9 K/ \* e+ } the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you: x+ s" l3 G! x0 h/ v% l
into the campground.

- z" R! r9 I: Y& N1 h For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address# N& U4 W! P4 d8 @8 D
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation
/ x- _% @# b% z$ w number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.; g* u. Y7 X; k! k* v; ~

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an5 ~/ r' A$ r5 ?) f B
electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print out the confirmation screen,( N3 M& w. {; X
and/or write down the confirmation number.

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)" g- u7 S$ ~$ C& Q
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
% G8 e' _' I7 q+ x6 g# | the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
- |/ L" c/ X7 C: y6 l: k& ]9 ` or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.. B5 } O! q9 o4 s
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You: L) W$ I9 {6 J# H! Z7 E
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you2 o. q8 B- B# H
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
6 I1 g' M9 l) B* F' I% p - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,; R; @7 N& M. Q0 V. |
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your1 I5 e% @0 X5 \5 P5 G6 e( ^. `5 h0 Q
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
& v/ a I& x; c0 i/ q7 ^ you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.& F4 ?/ ?" R* Q/ ~
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
0 J, J& b( [( d2 Y 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
' @* ?) ~- k) Z1 `% e" B" Z8 \ of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
( Y3 M0 m* w( O) i- p7 J ] $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

" P) r; v. G0 ?7 m' z% k G' j( o guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change7 M- M8 w p) ]: P! B [0 i
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the9 L- ~" m6 k5 ^
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
9 c5 A6 w: O0 `) ] change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
" q h' r7 L$ L' x2 |9 {0 |4 O14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving" n2 G0 U) z$ ]& T1 G! m, A; h
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground+ _* A9 R# ^/ ]! N( G
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
|1 E9 b+ @+ e2 \ will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please+ `8 S" x: |2 n
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.$ _, O9 [+ v) L ^

Late Arrivals

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
& f }9 ]% e# E* u$ r% j on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
' ]) G' z7 X4 E the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,6 S9 v: s, b- F$ U/ Q* S% u
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
7 |* o; ~# @$ a- B! D16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:5 [% i2 v6 c+ x. f" G
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
( o$ `; o# O: {$ ] expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two4 a- d- h7 C( v ?- M4 |
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

; J. u, W' o) d& Y' E When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite" H, P5 V9 ~+ N1 H
will be made available to other campers.

T1 p. @/ L! C1 D# R If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees9 I+ ]% @# X: N2 p5 C
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
- n9 M2 F' N7 d4 M5 b8 u) ~ reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days/ o& s/ y \! R2 T

Closures
