7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.) J: ~8 K, S7 D1 k8 X: W T% M
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight. V$ ]$ o4 r" n5 g! ~
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 0 L- X4 i4 o$ e' _5 D6 Y
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your( I6 O& x L, ^- G8 S& d3 h2 `# b
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park
$ c6 p! a1 k7 r time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

' J; L: x3 S4 q+ W9 w2 l4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
4 ^* m1 P4 ]) h# e8 a! | national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
* x' L% U8 ]" d" [5 j arrival at the park.: \3 X- ?6 d+ t5 r% n2 T* z
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
) B& }' D- B% D the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
6 z& n% N/ }/ q4 t a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
2 x& o \+ ]$ E% X( t campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80. i. g* i+ @: d# D6 U$ X9 r
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
5 \" s! {# U A% y a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
$ K. ]2 q/ t6 Z campsite; and the service type.
3 t: S4 O- S( X8 E( c7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously2 T7 F$ h' u2 r" G* U, w( m
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.2 V! \* E. D4 d
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international
7 D9 w" p$ s+ e; O+ O money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of
- ~$ H |$ w) F$ }& ~ payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations0 N0 e* k% Y; U# v
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

( D& T5 B4 s' @7 j: X least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received3 z% w6 z! \# t5 x4 y
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your m! d7 n. \! {- R6 u/ r- c: p

* N& g d0 C4 C reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to) n) s0 P; d2 f# W2 W" v5 w
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you, \4 ~. F# y2 @* e$ f+ d z) U
into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.' z1 M& j5 H! ~# m9 N( W

electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print out the confirmation screen,

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within0 ^' y. ]% A+ X, a; q
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online$ X- J( ~9 l( o9 D
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change. {( ]1 D( p, h2 q \7 A# J8 J
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You% ?( m6 j2 X6 h# c3 g$ r
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you0 f& w0 f/ Y5 [3 U4 v+ Y+ p
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:5 O- K- ^4 A6 c, e9 C& H- M
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
Z# c: ?) u; _, x you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
3 Y8 l n3 U6 h4 b# U reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,' t& o* n: D4 i( x( G
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.! x8 ?; O' m+ g. _7 y3 s% B
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before3 ~; [- R: d3 ?$ I1 F5 i# L5 B
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
. I% W6 N3 b+ C% f5 I of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
" z+ S' R1 a8 z- N1 x% f $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

3 M$ e& ]* y6 G13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
/ C/ ^! W$ r( C+ D: e f4 { change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
: H- a) u1 m7 u) l14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving k+ X: H2 D, h: `7 k7 A
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground5 j! s- |6 e' P" Z5 ?; W) ~
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
7 Y9 w) k7 P* S0 ~7 D. w+ ~ will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please7 y' ]9 H5 D. @( X
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

. [! F& ^# D$ g16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:

expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two6 t( F( H9 P7 P3 Z
