9 ~ J' C' f& u' g3 V0 }) a( m5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of7 c8 r% `! {- O6 r
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
$ q8 a. u, v3 W) M6 X6 a: v4 R a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same+ J# A8 U7 s5 s4 O
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.1 w, l. e5 P2 C: t7 v2 N
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
" E$ d- c# I6 i& K* c a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of! n$ K/ X3 Y$ c4 ~/ m" E) I% V9 I
campsite; and the service type.
9 g1 S1 b4 h4 X7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously* l3 L5 C# n* c& c& F
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to8 d1 m* c- M4 t1 @2 v$ d3 r

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

/ r5 a9 o' D$ p2 x$ l, a or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
/ o$ a* A* J/ L12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You" f9 ~- q' f/ n8 h1 F1 O
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your/ e0 J0 Q+ T* ^0 `2 F
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

5 I: x& j8 Z& _2 f/ a- Y guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
; Q/ j' G5 w7 x7 F7 ?$ Z. m I is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the; Y5 R% c5 w/ C4 U0 g2 u' w$ p& x. T
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80* g: u' e, N8 T6 K+ a
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
% z1 w2 Q5 [% R( ^( s3 d- F14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
" X" B V2 k; t% d* s2 t5 ^ earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground; ?7 R) B Y, T _$ F
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground% U( S0 W0 ]5 i- T0 ~* t
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
5 M/ U- K, b) X9 h+ l, W+ T: m the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
% Z9 l4 x* R' L* Z" x' O call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
7 \( z% J2 h2 T' u16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:/ C" d. ]% Y. Y
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
- x# x$ \# @7 ^8 [( @: x expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two. \2 y! U; q0 j/ w7 h2 z5 k
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see0 k6 J8 |- a5 B) S3 ?/ \5 L
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

u. t- e6 z+ z When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees) x3 N) Y9 i1 p
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
