is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between. W/ E# `8 w5 g7 K
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
: Z+ Z( q) A6 C" b8 g1 @3 z9 y" v You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight8 S# |; j6 B. T7 D( J9 C( ?

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

Fees

due when you make your reservation.
& |3 c" e- f5 ~' u4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
0 w2 \6 ^0 Y+ Y2 |9 T( U+ M. X national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon+ [& F- z! S+ W [
arrival at the park.
0 d9 P) n* k4 }- I7 Y5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of* V- X1 K6 c, ?/ h
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as7 E$ _0 T- [7 X
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
' `8 S$ M: I, b; ^ campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
) M$ d7 z5 l K: R+ b4 Q: K6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on0 |# ]7 r1 m4 p! \
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of3 @/ E$ O, l, \
campsite; and the service type.
0 u+ e; j. g6 R% l+ O7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
! K3 I1 @2 E4 x confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at7 W9 u7 Y8 D/ n- S' U. C
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to; y; L0 u+ f- [' L7 ^+ ^; q9 q) ~
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address) S& t% c T. ~- C2 `
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation; F# Q V) o$ T& ]" ~8 U: \1 y
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.; x J( g2 E. r5 U7 q
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
- Y# c& u$ _/ [) Q will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you+ v! }& j( }8 \2 J3 W
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
9 G2 b/ B! n, c: x8 l- f - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,. ~4 r9 z+ \3 @( q/ n
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your9 [+ A/ |$ f9 q$ ?7 ^8 f
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving* M- {7 [0 u: _/ _# f3 ~
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
! c9 O' q2 D6 \ prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
2 O0 P C* M: E q/ e: P4 G# j will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

Late Arrivals

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the! ]" _2 X+ ~: g3 S2 k, j' O; W
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
. g O1 r. B% A! @ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact- l+ h' D5 Y0 `5 X- f0 _8 H' X/ r
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

x) E; y% I- o5 t! T16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:* I' K* j5 {6 s, a
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your9 b0 J* T0 S. g9 z: z
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
, ~$ T; g3 z# Z nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
6 v2 u* a. d* b9 y, }; K% u policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your ! T* m4 f% D6 @: U2 k
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
$ n( ^8 E1 _- V$ b your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.") Z6 B/ V m7 S& M# A* { d- `
) @2 \" l5 ]6 }& ~% t0 |( x/ P When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite* o; `/ ^, o/ X L8 Z
will be made available to other campers.
