Fees

due when you make your reservation.

; O A4 N' G! ]1 |8 |* l# r national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of- Q3 W/ R* o% b; t
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as4 S( C. v- F* O' c
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

8 B/ m: E b2 X L S4 l9 O6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed$ y7 _6 V. T* D/ Y( B

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you& M* I, }, u, Z( s: v d
check-in to the campground, subject to the following: r0 {+ E. K' _1 l
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,- a- u' }; E3 H$ U* p8 ]
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
* C7 t6 ~; @* y, h+ Y" C reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,! ], O$ y ^2 x/ Z7 ^
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
& ?, q2 E& [) L% q - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before2 l& ~0 B1 i6 z3 a
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night! z( g* o- j4 A$ o$ n! N
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

1 z' o- l6 @6 W14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving2 o% P6 y+ |/ ?0 w
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground7 z. q$ j% i5 {4 H! W
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
- x9 e& \9 |$ |. ]6 ]2 F l+ f will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please' k- O% T4 {5 l+ R6 C( m: J
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

Late Arrivals

' q: f3 s$ g$ J expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
3 T& }5 I4 G3 W. b on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact8 j- n1 [1 O7 F* O
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,7 q4 Q# _1 F, \. Z. g7 m( R; X
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).* `0 P' B( Y9 {. F# \" g
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:4 H1 y! w; l6 e, O9 J; A
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your4 j0 y% r) P. r
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
8 k0 I8 `! V* O2 b; x nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
! ^* A) ~0 O, U' u G policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
: ^( H. ? t$ [6 F arrivals in advance.

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your # j$ ^, E' B* |" `! V, ^- L
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
$ u5 a9 e7 _* o; C+ Q, _$ W* n your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show." m$ r2 w$ C$ w4 F1 U- e. Y+ [" l

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite4 }3 f& H' c1 p; @ D, {
will be made available to other campers.

. k2 r% n/ J! L0 a If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees h5 C+ s# j( y# |3 x" Q
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
