; b' t9 r9 a+ R 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca., w/ z+ ]9 ~8 u9 i
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
6 K9 S1 O% `9 Y/ O on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. " N% h1 ]; E# W1 e7 l
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your+ P/ U& l, M, ~* n0 y
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park
* d5 A* n. j/ |. ] time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,
?0 M) T( ?. S$ A; ^ this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are# @; }: E$ ]' \" M6 Y
due when you make your reservation.
% ]6 S5 Y$ e4 _% q! j; y4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your1 g- T6 s ` b# ?: Z, [( u
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
, I3 J. U. a6 G6 ]) y1 S+ Z. v7 v0 } arrival at the park.0 F9 O+ s8 T' P, G+ `. C, w- r/ M4 _
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
( ?7 _: Q; d ^8 z+ E- T the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
% e; \' p! M0 v |( K a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
& _; r$ K) D1 t- f8 _ campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.; A3 Z2 y, ~" p# u7 Z: t
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on) K0 \, L$ h+ I# g% n
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of2 u# _; F/ k3 B/ E& N- U
campsite; and the service type.
+ ]: E' P3 u- G+ K! Z+ k* c" |7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously a* A& X3 L+ J
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at: T9 b$ \+ v$ l
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)0 h! |( |, k# f( T; _" l
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within7 k+ Q# x) D: g3 D* v* n
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
7 t$ H0 g5 \4 h! B7 G G) t or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
Z8 ~$ R. s% U2 D4 X12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You1 A9 K% E' u" @+ r
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
F0 X# x4 q% O3 A7 y5 Q check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
H: H+ r2 w( N# e* I1 v+ L/ ? - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
) J: f9 m( a% q3 [6 z( f& ~ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your' P& ~& [: z. u, @2 z, |* U X
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,, l9 F4 K( o6 f7 `6 S" K5 U& p3 y
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
9 r* P# S2 ^! g$ ^' b - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
& @* z3 h7 B% C5 b K: ~ 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be7 p: E9 Y5 T' r. M1 p
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
* u! j, Y* D: ^, S! l9 u is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the' d; |, p1 K, U, r) r
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.807 W( Y1 I8 e& Q' _5 ?, M3 L" C; L
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
0 j2 p) M2 z. ^: x G$ N8 \ P2 S. y14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

* ]0 L- y: h. N: q. Z, E prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee- B+ z; ]2 y$ Y3 b

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
" b( t8 U. h) u6 N on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
* `# g1 q- G: C& t the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
7 ~5 S( C* R6 O& P( [) t1 g, l If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
; p9 v8 [/ ~* q6 ^8 K expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
+ L0 x/ d8 E6 {2 @ nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see9 j |" n6 l" _; B4 s" n
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late( o( M7 d/ V5 f1 r7 |/ p

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of' Q {) V( g5 X [; P7 d* M7 m+ E
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."* d/ n& T6 B' x. d% c5 d

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
