on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

Fees

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
7 j" m ^& T& P( T3 r( z- E' t national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
' }% P6 Q; A- E arrival at the park.
/ o3 I% z- V+ U1 v8 P4 v5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
- T5 F& G" L' k' @2 g% s the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as" q: a) x" c7 Q$ G
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same) \, i) U7 r9 F
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.5 u' m: F! S2 O
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on- {6 V' V5 j. C8 P9 K; K
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of0 W) W( x* a7 r9 ?. W, K5 A' `
campsite; and the service type.
% T* H% N% ^; f* x4 l! b- B7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
. c* k6 I* X# |5 c confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.7 g- [, ?. A5 o1 V# R; R: ?' B
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the* P) O; m0 R6 }4 D0 J: W

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

Confirmation

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed) G& T4 j' ?) \& m& @1 l
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. / b$ E. ?, Y) N: O! ]

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
) d( \3 c) D. @; Z the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you) H* J. S. G3 P. S- |( f

7 L* L' C! s& }/ b& e For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address3 m+ y% `6 [3 N5 X' J0 }# Z
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation) T& B: U7 b; w5 W/ X) [
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
# S( \ P# B9 S+ E will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
+ K8 q8 I& ?8 j( L; W check-in to the campground, subject to the following:/ j& c2 `8 {4 M/ ~: q6 V
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,1 b) s) x8 A* g3 m1 A8 q" O% e- ~+ i
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your! S+ y/ s9 H0 t& }* P5 r
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
' N0 o: k, H3 r9 a$ V2 I you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction. S; S7 t$ e) c% e9 ~
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
3 L( t& T5 l% M1 ~$ I* h 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
4 \4 o4 b# G' P your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be% t. h) z0 D% w! V' S- k' u
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change# \* r8 k' v8 ~5 a4 w. W
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
3 }- |; m! X4 q services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
9 N* i W" D$ a: T5 ^ change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
! r7 T& u" q' Z: Q, a14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving, v4 I! m$ i1 }( l
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground5 B; v2 | p/ T( Z7 o
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee2 q6 U# E9 B8 i% ]
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the) u" S0 W! Q6 E( o9 X! r6 b2 X
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground! E. ?/ k$ k: B* w1 I D
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact& E& G, ^5 t% @" H! C
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
8 Z! L5 Z0 s8 ~4 E9 Y3 W0 z+ P3 J If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your* p2 h/ `7 O0 ^/ I- w: I. ~
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two/ E M" Y% V* s4 o
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
& Y9 g& u2 o; k# f9 w: K0 G policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late- w3 m2 [6 v9 b# K& s

No-Shows 5 s) W2 U G4 i) P' y

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your ) n4 T! `! \+ r. Q
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
n* Y! G- l- q+ q# | your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
/ [) ?" J( s9 }; ]3 Q, C" J& @8 f. s: C, t
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
( ~2 _2 W! b8 \' I$ F; Z8 [ will be made available to other campers.7 I) J/ w' v- ~
3 q# F6 j6 S% k, P5 S6 \ If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
+ T; ~ U# q& r* Z paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,# [" u" k- d P" l
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
