1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service 4 b; g6 h' Z5 j+ e4 y- E; l% c
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between. y+ Z9 B2 v% D9 n
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
" x9 j/ E4 v: Z5 L; L; J9 _ You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
/ q! i! V! g% K. P- }0 w" Q on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. F. \/ i3 R2 L$ d
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your, X2 V2 @* v0 U+ Q( m$ S
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park( i3 Y/ F$ o$ E$ \* I
time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,9 e/ X6 k/ |' X& i1 v) H" [
this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National2 U' w$ X* H% Y% S' R
Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).

5 T& Y: Q, i* k8 W5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of, I, h6 j; F; X/ I' K0 C/ Q! }$ X
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
) x& m- B; I- ] a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same* `% f) s Q _8 h5 D
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.5 g7 I/ I. k8 C; s
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on7 o/ P7 u+ I* c! t' C4 M
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
* Q' q! L2 w, e3 S1 t h campsite; and the service type. * m2 N& q- ~: P
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
* ?: Z# I' ~& G5 ?9 R3 j* s confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.
A! z5 Y8 A b' F. O These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the1 l% B* K% Q' u6 |+ {6 T6 W* x
change or cancellation.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

Confirmation

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed% K; ?- n4 z! D% n
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

/ J# L6 M8 B X4 y It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
" `+ Y! Q% _' K( ]% a the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

% L7 ]! Z5 {+ L& h# Y For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.$ l+ B+ y9 M( \3 P8 k

Changes and cancellations before check-in 0 S1 [ D- q5 P, d) r0 T

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time): o# I0 d. M/ l8 M2 g
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within, g6 W1 H% N1 w E/ `
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
" u/ j. T5 @; Q8 y2 }/ y9 N or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.9 `9 F7 U- U6 q; L
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You# O; }) d5 ^* d* Y) u5 U
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you# q- s* y( p& m
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:! E/ l# n$ d8 A! X
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ P) l$ ?, V. V# A you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your# ]. C O& m& x3 j- m, E/ D
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,$ X @! U v: _; {2 r
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.7 Y1 W8 r5 G$ X S6 m% z( O
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before( V- @/ }& k* p; m1 I
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
) K' T* a, L' U7 t of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
J b- l. G6 y+ t ] m $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a$ E& y+ \. e* l! l1 x7 |2 c
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

; x' } v( u2 o7 K13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to% Q4 b% D( S6 \. D( `3 I: q# v( O& b
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
& r# {3 k+ o- g0 Z% V2 Y. T guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
) e& N5 }7 j3 b is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
# d: f7 Y1 v7 H2 y8 E0 \6 } services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80; _0 I d0 C j
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.2 C4 Z; F A% Y2 U
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
/ H: J8 e! U/ w* s earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
# _% K4 Q- B z. W0 y2 [) j prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
7 o$ X) H" k, u1 z will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
3 h N9 y( ~/ x7 o- R$ J: O notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.' N' @0 W# Z. f' g

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

& ?: r. J+ {$ ?( a. A& r5 Z A on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
( k, @1 S0 U# Z$ w' Q the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,( r( v: K! ]8 k; L- i8 e
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).. U9 L6 r0 F4 X$ I) d3 P( b$ _' I
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:% d4 t, c/ X( o
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
1 K- |3 o) ~- a! I' p7 Q/ J expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
) ], \0 {/ D" {( \$ ?2 f: M' w nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
! N. N3 k: p/ t policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
' g5 L# N" W1 n& X/ q scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
, L$ X: u$ | p2 ]7 w your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."5 R- V- d( g. [/ w0 }& M
" m: E2 z( X+ L4 O When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
% g. Z# V- Q0 k9 [/ n [, {) K will be made available to other campers.
4 X8 k1 x! Y: n, V3 _- @+ a: u5 g5 F' f$ w9 z) h# m# ^
If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees* K, c# l) R% {( {' b+ e
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
; G) I. k) o4 L2 o, O$ l+ e$ T7 f reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
