4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your) }: D6 n! A# d$ _- k
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
, c( t; b4 ]- b+ u* z8 D4 P the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
' n1 @( H: t$ e+ M a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
" \3 h. O8 j* J0 e3 v) B campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
- t4 p% C2 G1 R, a H U% Z6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on" p; c) g& V2 @' m' G+ h9 G
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

6 c7 m4 B7 r; d& K4 ?7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
2 d2 i2 i( T4 S" U8 @$ Q) _ confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

0 J% @4 ?4 V, e+ `+ u3 k least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received5 a) a" U( G* t( R
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address9 k+ a% U/ B7 P, G& Q8 z
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print out the confirmation screen,

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

' l( P) v7 q0 A: |* L - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,* a5 [+ _3 Q+ o- o
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
# k8 f8 Q# }8 X- e* n reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,% {% h' D4 O0 n; @$ ^
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

% o7 P* ?* d4 \5 W guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
4 I" P* P. {: o7 I0 A# q) v P) J is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
; v; E3 C0 ~' I4 G* B& b( Q services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.803 B* {; Z1 |# Y+ w
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
% d: |1 c/ W% O9 |14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
' R. S" c) X' ~0 ]7 E, A1 s5 p5 H4 I earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
`. W: z2 S0 P: \* i8 c w prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee4 {* I! \+ P, d& Z

notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
5 Y z$ ~" k6 w' W* w on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact7 C1 o8 E2 q; w! {# v
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

: z Q+ P/ s; q% |, v0 |16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
: h, d% }. L% [# b# m If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your% b+ x N5 K/ H0 X
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two0 G9 ^; F" |# l
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see0 T! s, \! y g$ |0 c) C
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
