7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
" I1 N) f* @# y7 v$ H" I0 E8 S You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
/ y% N w$ @* I% U) ]( @ on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
% `" B1 n1 b2 C1 T r2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your5 P- t% Q- R2 r5 C

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your! `" B0 ~1 [, E1 ~/ G# v
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon# \- X5 v1 O" B9 R* S( N
arrival at the park.
8 d; j/ c8 o* q/ t" V% @5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of! _5 ~; O9 l x* [! L( N
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as, L, d" \( T5 P9 R4 v7 z: ^9 G
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same, ]/ m% Q- z5 P" N
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
/ y7 J3 Z+ y$ G8 k8 x/ G- z6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously- \' ]3 v: ?& e5 A7 i6 z% [$ I
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations
M5 ~& Y% B. d& H8 O/ P. ^% d will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
8 {$ A! W* E0 j. S All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
8 _0 ^* N4 T+ B5 v least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received9 Y4 E" v2 n7 t" g6 O
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,' ?9 X4 O# I: B5 l. [# Q% d
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your6 Q/ s8 P/ F; h. b( o# T
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,# @0 ?0 a$ V3 ]. A0 m! s! r( l
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.* e( C3 Z3 `% U' w' I! D4 g* F
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before1 H# J. P& [' Y% ~5 s" P/ `
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to: b2 b1 |7 o! X/ b4 D! _
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be6 o7 m% k6 r# K: d* M3 Z% q
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change& a* M5 c% ~+ X- u: {
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
+ i$ B9 k' z! c, i7 y services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
$ a' A9 d! s% f- O4 ?# J% _# n change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
" L2 l, M! Q, l$ }! u9 f14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

) d. R9 R8 }3 {0 b+ _7 a4 E* D4 v- T call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).% A% G5 J: ]5 A) |! v
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:' o& k/ n/ H4 t, S. T
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
' C( y, f4 @/ `! R: V8 l) T1 P expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
8 ?: f% W" n' `: S nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
7 B( R$ k# }/ z% n9 Z5 O" j/ T policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late: b" K @2 j: V+ G* v" Z

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.", V+ y3 M! ?# V5 J

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
