1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service ( ?; M2 i/ ~1 f& j+ \
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
( ~) U. S* d% v. ` 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.9 A0 S! r K; v- w5 W0 k2 n" T
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight$ x. k$ N' k0 z2 o) t$ p
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. O/ Q/ i2 p: a6 e; V; e9 u# |3 k
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your$ j" k5 V5 g+ u
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

6 j0 J( A5 E0 }. ~% a! }5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
5 d" |1 b) E" ]; x1 m, ` the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
7 L% P$ W" v/ P2 B# V6 F a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same; j5 X+ }7 c% w" c
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.2 R$ _: a" l* g1 Y( [4 H
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
5 }' [: R% z& G8 R7 D2 [* K a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
. v b0 f1 _0 }- F6 F! E confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.3 a" o# A) H+ H$ {8 c3 O" E
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

Methods of Payment

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of
+ j% b8 ^5 ^+ G payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations; E1 ?: M7 D& U! F! W' E4 S0 o7 F
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
# _5 A9 [( ], Q# M All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at1 B$ P2 r, P9 _
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
4 L& [ N' ]% ]3 m$ D9 [* i, e5 W for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
7 ~$ z. s; r) {7 J; { will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
" H) `6 v l* `. b$ h, h! ~. ^5 C check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
+ @+ X5 o2 S& T; y- E# O6 H - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,1 y- Z: o( C* A; u3 w' a
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
& n0 r% Z7 x: P; Y reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
M1 X7 l' o6 M+ E( h* | you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
% V6 R. E: F% F c5 U T - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
4 z& z5 X o9 m% R5 D 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
% y1 y" }. X# h! F ? of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee8 M' y8 U. f1 n+ @- E
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please1 e; [* b6 N9 x* @: x( h( H) O9 L
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

5 X$ s& d: b5 [" e! X8 ?: b$ i on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
c! ~1 \, {# s" b5 f; f the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
9 J! H$ j0 b0 F7 Y' M7 k1 k5 y call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
- g; D! P0 G; d2 S16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:: K6 i) z3 p! h, a Y8 O, y
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your9 q3 v# c& ~6 ?
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
& ~4 _7 x2 q% R* I nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
$ o9 k! X$ Y; v9 `: {$ W. H policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

6 W7 [9 k3 y1 y0 j6 G If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
