1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service ( a0 j3 }! K& G& ]- N
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between9 o% a+ Y- T) i
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.2 n9 [* a3 T) Z* I
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight$ R/ V+ T( Q' J3 ~" z! V4 {
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 3 ?4 x: l5 C( ~* b) e
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your8 d" t* Y, x4 q7 ]4 H% e* Z9 `
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park3 q, ~; l3 K: P- z6 z% N
time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,
; R) h- |# d+ \ this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

) J6 L' x$ t' r. R* O% m4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
: o- b0 v" c- i" C' K the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as/ y9 C( S) H" e- c. l' P
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
% V Y. }* s6 ~7 G) f campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
+ P% D z' M- ?3 J6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
8 W6 e5 h/ s3 p7 d% k a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of% \: z7 q/ \ q6 c" j4 A5 E5 X
campsite; and the service type. 5 X, E# Z* o! J6 w
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
i/ t, x$ V# U/ K! } P9 A# J confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

Methods of Payment

credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), certified cheque or international

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you, u& g/ q# u7 x* }/ @6 u+ h
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:0 J& h! o3 p: L$ }- t1 G4 p
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
) B( o& ]. S2 B# p) d you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
, V1 Q7 A- i$ |, r1 @( u# J reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before% u1 R9 g: J K- M. S
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
( D3 M. ]8 i7 N! D, | \( \0 k; c6 x services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
9 E' k+ U% L4 H& y2 Y9 U will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:

5 \. C5 p9 x8 p8 A$ B& a expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
( `1 v! P7 K6 f t nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
8 C$ A' b- ] a# a6 t policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."! Z( q0 n( y+ s7 d6 J3 J4 N
% z5 v+ _6 u6 _; y% ` When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite0 U9 i( B/ j9 e

; F. X8 q4 w! M# j2 T If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
2 a* X% v& Y- D" _6 M d4 ~ paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
/ M7 f6 `' A( p7 s% ^' h/ w reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
