You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your9 R5 K" X. y. I# E, G! e

Fees

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your* M M/ |4 m% O4 J* s2 [% {
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon+ M8 E; z$ s$ H. w) B1 V: `9 w
arrival at the park.* J/ w5 I$ G( i
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
7 E5 v; p9 q' r, B the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
& q7 y8 S5 A4 b* v5 ^ a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
/ _" w4 @4 j6 V campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
/ x9 r9 c5 |( y# K! v6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
4 i2 R7 L4 j+ ^5 u" ` a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of- s0 x9 T; _* ^7 S* |" s, M" t
campsite; and the service type. ' ]5 r" ]9 C* T C0 s
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously2 L9 W% d% z( N$ M
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

Methods of Payment

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
& E: o" y/ A, n+ l" | least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

& x+ g; o* @2 n We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

- |* G4 t3 B5 g10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed
% n, D0 b! B" `) A3 j- d1 C8 u reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
' H* L7 H( b, u3 R; Y5 K9 V; D6 j the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.. G7 J; s9 A, h, v: M

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you/ R; J4 m" a5 P9 Y
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
" {. \ X/ t5 w7 E - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,& j& k( |' ?- \+ a
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
+ r" e* T' i& p3 B1 F: `9 [: y reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
% u9 a j! i" k; s9 t; q, s you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
/ W" F" q M5 H. r g, O( ? - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
% J, M6 b# f% s) A# j. k 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
+ Z0 K+ h# J( L( g of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original. O4 V' O, h0 T% Z$ {) E) v
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.802 M( ]( X) X* F W4 F9 Z
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
3 x* s. _1 [" X& ?14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
) g: p6 k3 |7 x# w6 [# N5 L1 U5 j2 t earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground9 X R# w) c4 f7 k' n
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee0 h9 V) |" H# `% ?. y

notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the, }! [" a& J7 H' v

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact& g8 L3 {- ~, V" c
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,6 U. j- D( u f# `* S0 |

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:1 ]( {* v/ H+ ^! n: G. D# h
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
+ R: P. k* O& l expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
9 r6 b9 }( N% O4 M6 } nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
7 j. c+ ?3 ]! H- t policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late& q( g0 W5 y7 t+ V: N

No-Shows

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
. j% b, n* |- S/ I+ K+ k7 J q your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

9 M- g: ~& t' h; F& V When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
