1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service
! g3 V9 o2 ?2 @+ e is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between' _1 s. {$ _# X- |- q# ^- d& J7 x! o
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.' o4 O S4 V' ~. N* x- {
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight, r) ^9 P8 O) Q% ]5 H, T- o
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are. U' r N- c5 B8 d8 j% E

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
! B9 u8 F& J% V$ X national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon8 n% n9 b8 g) d3 X
arrival at the park.
- e$ O" l3 E" l; [) V2 a* L5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
& d/ r! K+ |% x( d6 p the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as' V7 u, A3 r& N: l
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

# \, y3 v" t( N; S6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

) C; R$ x& H8 v2 N7 u3 x confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

9 R2 R% E" l9 k4 l( U: q will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
% j& l9 Z1 g/ T, X. P5 K All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
9 R7 V; t3 M" Q& _3 y! n& X least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

Confirmation

' |0 M' Q/ c) J& @& C It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to6 Z' O& I. Y, ~1 n* Y- p6 c# P1 l

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:( s$ w. p ^* {9 S
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
. U4 P8 h- E5 [/ I) d( } you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your4 V2 ~' t/ s8 Y! c4 h6 R& f# D6 h
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change1 I) r" R; J/ z' s# ?. c
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

& ?7 a0 |% _" F% q5 _) X14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving3 L5 d+ t/ g+ B: ]. Y
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground5 X5 o1 {9 P6 g
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee+ k; R& X7 N) R: a& D! D" Y

notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

7 m% U0 ^# T( x: B& g/ T5 C on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
7 l3 S- Q1 o' r2 L9 ]4 [( R; y5 ^" j If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
3 z; `0 h, h a! B8 u: G expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
$ W5 w$ H7 P1 q9 C nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see2 ^7 m+ t# h4 M- |9 u) h
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late7 n# s% Y7 B6 X* {7 R) U

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
+ w4 S; l. x% m) x) B' a- o scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
9 x, p! E$ p, p* Y3 V" Y your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

S2 T! ~8 _( u T* W When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite- e: x8 t2 R9 M9 x7 B' D, s
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
: W, N* b N6 ~/ I( Y( S0 \ paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,8 {! T i: [" i' x* g
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
