1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

+ p6 i, V' I& l0 Y' ^. U 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.; e3 m, R- T$ g7 Z0 h& h
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
$ y0 z3 i# X$ e4 Z( Y0 D9 X6 w" C on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. ( {( N1 U- N+ ^8 j8 d( @8 \
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

; b1 t8 O3 v1 k. Y% _ D5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
8 r$ ?. {" i& P0 A+ W the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
0 Q; U7 ?6 p7 w. X& e2 G) F2 E' Z a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
/ l0 W, i. L# r% ^6 K campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.% x8 f* ^( O5 O, g# Y, ~- @
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
* x2 }7 s/ Q/ ?" U a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously( D, K# b) |4 \7 c; }, {7 \0 v
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable." e2 M4 A: b6 G$ U9 }
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
2 W% m: k8 L }8 I; H least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to5 g- j4 e/ W2 u$ T. a# ?; S8 ]- |7 C
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

O9 u" s! p3 U5 ?- c12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
9 k: c% S7 }8 w* m will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you: j5 N& j/ r* y: R
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:4 Y8 @$ R, e4 l/ A( ~" ]5 Y) `
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
3 T8 y: I ^$ B6 A you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
# O3 m& J7 m6 O" B+ j1 Y reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
+ h6 _7 v9 O, T$ e you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.# F! }' O m; p/ U& S
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before% f1 r# Z; @- b6 N/ n
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
/ V: H* u, s3 I1 I% L of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original, Q: Q& S$ R4 }2 O/ T
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a; f( m" `) @- W# s. x P& S6 b
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
; F* y7 L$ z2 t6 q your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be2 I2 P4 x+ t u# x: P8 F3 s
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change: A6 x3 Q; l3 p
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
1 P0 a: S0 I- B$ } services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80% s. W( a* r' f2 U( c
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
) a- `) D$ D! y: v14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving7 a/ E2 Q' J+ Y) F; m
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground _1 X2 e" `( O& F
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
7 b# W& i$ w+ n6 a will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please8 l( ]2 V$ ~+ H0 X0 A
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

Late Arrivals

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
1 S) Y, h* T2 ^4 h on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
+ s$ B) s' A9 x9 V3 K% H, J% Q, K the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
/ ` j; U+ z8 C. z call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).- _4 n# n: V5 W8 X+ T
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
: E: l3 `- V( p5 W0 J If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
) X1 b0 l ]% [$ j expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
+ g9 }! A* A3 M9 a8 o* t- I nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
3 q' t# e8 g; U6 t4 G3 o3 p8 ~- Q policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
3 x) n9 j+ P4 z scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
- x. C5 D( s6 n7 F* m your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.". w! \3 i6 |$ Q' q7 z

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

$ y* {. R# ?0 \ If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
3 c9 f' c: s( r9 ] paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable, L' X2 `, [( Y- D
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days. ^; {+ T; A' F; n
of your originally scheduled departure date.
