You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight& V* w- o6 s8 f5 s8 R5 t
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 6 P V" R1 S, O
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your3 O4 c! g4 t+ Z, u
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

due when you make your reservation.
% K5 c2 p+ T, l* X: {4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your$ [1 u. k. k. s- n2 B7 Q7 D
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon$ J1 a! x# Y' v2 z4 {. n
arrival at the park.
% [0 `2 Q1 H# _5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of/ x: d8 n& V8 K' x* ?* i$ L" v; ]5 B- ~
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as" A) Z' E7 C9 @8 [% D
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same( h% L, A" w6 B% F( |
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
/ `5 ?+ j1 v, E. s* o6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on/ \8 V& @. u" a/ C( A; y0 ?. x! Z
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of4 m. y. @, J* ^$ K! z/ M
campsite; and the service type.
% z9 L7 F" C8 w1 o7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
, e& p+ E) K( q6 @3 q9 p' w confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within! l( Q/ N! ^" Q( L: R: q
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online! f# F! R. { i; B$ r4 n9 @% D
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
) u( }. S. N N6 ^12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
7 w/ N! J) F/ t% r0 u! k5 g/ \ will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you1 H1 w2 j" n5 y
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:/ L* j `' F, D: |. \
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,# F4 m. h" z. d7 t2 n
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your. _8 i+ m; p X3 g) O9 n8 ?
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,+ j/ j% N* U* D& a3 V- M: @
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.3 j' O% N }6 _# I2 _# v O
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before2 {( ~4 H, [5 _2 Y) y
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
+ R0 p1 f9 B t$ A8 ^: K# Q" h of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

7 n5 V% I' D! @) m! s your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
' @4 z# y4 Y& M* S( c$ p$ p guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
i' A% Z, s% } is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the* ~ X5 B* v$ d3 [" V0 N
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.808 |; T8 i% M' ^- |- N. q" V
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.7 \, j, i7 h+ ]% d2 }# r
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
|& Z: h1 q1 g earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground1 x) t L J/ E+ i' P* d( l
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee# o% G8 O* E) W- g: T
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please" M7 L% D0 \- t9 w' N9 m! g& J

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
% E* h1 x \; V) X0 `7 \ the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

& s Y X0 P* G( P16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:4 j5 I4 e8 Z1 Z+ I7 R& s m
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your2 V2 ~, u9 o9 V. v$ Z
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
, z2 P# `3 [+ H R% f& K nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see) u, l. ^+ e/ @ l" P1 s0 Y
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

/ U/ `$ W! V$ w2 N+ m1 r, W4 S your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

, H7 y# U9 h: A- W ]9 B' Y When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite9 i3 U9 L4 v% h( @+ T7 i
will be made available to other campers.+ Z- `. R3 `! C3 Z; q# j. R

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees- V$ d1 t5 {4 u4 V! V0 d
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
! x' Z4 K) P& G7 d6 W. c reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
. a) ^; i& k- J of your originally scheduled departure date.

Closures

possible if we encounter this situation.
