1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

/ j. b# f3 e) a2 R5 f* X& [ You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
; Z& p# V g y4 m2 w7 H on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 4 ^: f3 {6 y+ P* Y8 O$ \ D
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your a) t. G! ?$ l. p* e& Q5 m& C8 e
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are% a0 k2 q' u0 x, O. @4 Y

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your; W9 [: A9 Q# B7 ~& e( a$ o
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

/ V: [$ ?3 D7 G4 x; ]5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of" H$ J' R" S( t* [- H1 N
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
' Q% |6 o' w+ g( x a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

6 K: u" A" R& C3 @5 z least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your u+ [( {# V# Z1 b# Q
certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

9 H9 m- B+ Z `9 s5 M# i0 z, P reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
5 P0 }# ?& s6 N2 d6 A( f you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
: G' }8 t: G9 L" d) J - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
5 }& t( m5 z+ ~- s! u5 M 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

! [3 @+ _7 {) ?- u& T14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving8 _5 g4 N% e; r8 @. [/ E! u
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground2 v6 R9 C# ^" I5 y: V D8 s1 ~- q
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee" n- V/ t& n" ?9 b! l' y* x6 U

notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
8 q0 Z% q; r7 d: }7 N5 [16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
, F- q5 D# ^% C If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your: P. A6 e9 W7 J2 S
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two+ U9 b" e1 i3 a* i( t
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see' f9 s' ^& }( V, U
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

( t( H- Y4 p- ]8 {$ `17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
) |6 |2 ] K/ D4 b/ U1 i% K# `4 V scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
! _+ |7 z4 }1 Z' N4 h5 k your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

3 u% G) Z+ g' C. k' P) T0 m When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
