You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight0 y4 |) ]8 |( |( j
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are
3 y! k* H- T/ p; D( _% C due when you make your reservation.
; K( b8 O# V; l" q9 `4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
( b1 ~% y& M( \4 J2 r) l: V national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
6 R/ |/ h* o j arrival at the park.
3 G m9 l) P: A5 k5 y5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
- b5 W2 j( a0 X5 g0 t& | the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as7 F4 f# o2 z9 ]' O2 n. V
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same' P8 y6 G3 @$ a( v) Z2 k+ G
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.% O- D/ Y- C$ i! e$ H4 B# [
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
1 S" q: N, l9 p0 \5 r a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
6 i8 r- x/ l& Z$ c% j% J campsite; and the service type.
6 @2 U$ s% p7 y$ C9 Z+ l' Q7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
* U$ X1 e$ t/ O) D4 c confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
! T* I8 G' x# t4 B3 |* D( I least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received( r, P6 D- D3 p$ ^" k
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

3 Y; X6 @: N' w3 N We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

7 [! w9 y- F4 y It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

Changes and cancellations before check-in

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online" E+ }* q' t: O+ N# ~
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.6 Z2 x1 E4 U+ L3 o% J l; y
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
( I h$ X I; N3 \! _$ I" s2 O will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you8 }3 H+ f( c% P9 O
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
0 P4 f/ n j9 v8 K Q+ J - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,* w9 Q+ R/ X" S6 H
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your1 A& f' H8 D- n
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,) N! i$ g! c' d! @
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
' a- T/ q+ k9 d7 T: T1 G+ b4 ~ - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
" x; A+ b" f' ~$ x" O+ i 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to. [# ]9 a( |# {9 }6 N
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
6 i; w/ a2 f+ F ~9 B! S' ] guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
2 [( e3 M; z3 I+ t X2 Z- ` is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
) D- O( g. S( A7 q* p services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
2 U) ~1 z" k5 a6 h change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
, a# ]4 w- _! o14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
+ S% C& P& h; |3 I4 w3 T5 f# d earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
4 ^* m L6 B9 ^, |7 G& f5 I% r$ @ prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee! s+ V# y8 \* b
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

Late Arrivals

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the: M r) s( M- u1 \3 c& O$ n
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
2 C6 ^' r* t1 s8 X on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
4 S! k: O" L# |0 z" b the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
' H0 E e3 e# F- j4 K# A call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783)./ I0 i! o0 w/ }" e5 v1 K
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:* o0 }7 S& j6 u0 J9 O
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your% q! u1 Q& }: j
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two1 U& S' t) d; E- [6 F' r' z- m
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see6 e) a, @ G7 |+ e; }9 M, c3 p) A W
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
6 @8 Q7 a9 Y7 T ] your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees7 p2 i. ]- g- ]- v4 U3 \
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
' l( X$ ?, |+ B9 { h0 W. l2 z reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
