7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
2 D# _# T* v" B" j G( L You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight7 q, {8 O7 S& Z* y( \. k
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

due when you make your reservation.
5 ~' e5 o! ~, D" `# `4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your, u# E! p8 U) d" z
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon# r: `7 A! v. i C( Q
arrival at the park.$ A& f6 D" j% G, V8 d
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
% e3 ]8 V& ?- d% u Q- f the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as5 _# k9 ~% L/ I& j7 u8 Z
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same9 I* v7 n1 @/ I' v" F/ t
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.* |$ {. V5 s2 R. k
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on3 l! Z" _9 t8 X: a/ \+ I
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of& b0 c" N! G1 t. Z' a
campsite; and the service type.
6 w3 S9 X; F- G# N) o7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously/ T5 d* [; l1 T, l
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.( ]! K$ e* y5 f( h

Methods of Payment

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address6 [% P1 G$ r) t8 a' @4 `. Z6 L

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.! ?. K7 G, O/ Y

Changes and cancellations before check-in

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
3 N4 Q( ]0 W8 X( q$ v will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you5 I" F1 N6 B" T& V7 t6 ~
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
1 k8 k3 w4 c5 U( Y' @4 @/ |5 w2 S - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,/ ^# C2 {& B. M* H
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
! G7 k+ ~8 k# g: R4 ~* M; g reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
8 J9 @3 D* j# j, [7 k0 c you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.) p5 o0 k, B% x7 h3 h( ^- |. A- q
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
4 S' ]( R% N0 Q5 H# }; u: v 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night7 s, C4 G2 G* z# P6 n) H3 i
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original3 C+ J* \* g: S) v4 v% }6 |# p
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a1 Z0 u' y/ Q1 }3 F
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

Changes and cancellations after check-in

; w* C/ Y6 B. r$ J9 J. E# g guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
: l! |4 ^# R3 m/ a2 b is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the/ [8 @( h/ R% K% M
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
! V3 m: Z5 g1 A9 I& z9 q) g change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
: ]0 i9 \& H' ]7 k1 s7 B3 _14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving3 Q: n$ f" }3 M) Y
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
' ?+ e% _) K- M- s# B: U6 n( z prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee$ E! _' I }% H6 ^- S, ~
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please6 |: t4 @ s; R) l% C

9 a- W+ ]" q, M0 I16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:6 P+ x/ n2 Q& u: K- k( T/ b2 V
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
/ D0 Q; j5 Z: Z6 Q/ v8 Q expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
& M3 J$ |3 x' V5 ] l nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see0 M- L5 ]% H9 \# a
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late6 [) [1 S" N1 o" o5 o8 m3 L+ X( E$ B

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite% N; U4 m8 ~. b9 u4 V( G0 B

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees. C% n8 U) [* H* V( `9 V
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
