) i0 V+ \& H1 G! W( c* k. M# x 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.$ A" n7 B3 f1 `1 @
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
( P* Z1 ^" _, y5 s* p1 C/ U5 ^ on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 8 B) C# ^" |+ J% t9 a: N( \
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your5 k8 f6 H* d; H: @) O! r+ b' W9 }- a# I

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your8 {& F c4 l7 j7 W* J/ ?

arrival at the park.
3 H) q& D U/ n" f) g) d$ l5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of }! f& T8 ~* E5 @
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
# f5 I6 P$ G7 N# p8 u+ O a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same5 E" j% i3 _* i& T! [
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
+ C5 z) s# |8 I6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
h2 L/ c' J( ]5 D# J/ p6 S4 p a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously% l# r- R6 K' u% O5 j

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at8 [+ r8 `% W% X& C/ y
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

6 ]0 D. A, k! S9 q7 m or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you7 c3 v: p9 Z& p/ y! P! q
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
3 {, T! X0 ]- k; Y; M - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
( ~8 N0 A% n* s, i: Z you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your+ U. D6 N$ \9 O& k2 M; B
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
3 K6 Y4 B5 L% N) p you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.+ y2 F# x& m3 Q/ D5 N- r4 S
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
% b% u! r( U# \- c# T& ]2 [" _$ h 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
- m2 e3 h" Z) ?# S! ? of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

6 X( z2 x6 |2 i- qChanges and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to& U1 l% T" U7 {
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be: S6 G5 T! y7 @4 e
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
* o: V: h+ }/ A7 D/ `% p9 z% R is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
; I+ _8 {& h- f% K; V services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80+ Q. A! v: _( _% v; n
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
) [& L$ r3 |: J& E$ X14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
- e! ?6 D, F3 v7 [3 N earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
4 Q* S' f9 `/ ^0 C prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
3 E1 ]* @" r# b will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
- G8 E$ ]7 T$ }, T- P% b" a. g on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:. y. M, f& R l" q, ?# C! F2 n
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your3 i6 F0 W% |: h8 s o8 ]/ x% R+ S
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
Y. d9 g+ \5 M* s8 e+ q nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
8 I- F5 P o0 I* s# R policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late l7 B r( u* Y
arrivals in advance.

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your - h; ]; g% E2 x6 H2 y
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of2 O3 U) O5 j. `/ w& j
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."5 m5 F' l7 T4 u6 o; J' \8 x. c
+ } n( c& p" @$ J! P) w. Q
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
+ z) r+ }" R2 |( j will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees6 L( A) Y+ i! C# B1 `: ~
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
5 M! \# S4 f7 w3 h reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
' J, c9 b! [- B" H of your originally scheduled departure date.

Closures

you will be refunded all fees. We will try and provide you with as much notice as
