You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
' I. v# q, ]. l* _3 X' O7 t! a) P on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 6 A/ k$ _; @# a& Q4 L) L. j
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
2 [6 }- G4 K. x V national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon" Z% x( x: z! v

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
' r b+ L& E4 N0 x. s: \" l the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as0 c& N6 F; u& p/ z& W
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
! C" S e- A/ i" ^4 z campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80." ]2 O, h" y# x' b& m9 B2 m
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on3 P2 w" k, Q( v' ]( Z" [
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of, i4 y; f# H) v1 C3 c1 J
campsite; and the service type. , J" E7 v: y7 E/ |
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously7 Y% X" m& x/ F& j
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable., D5 x3 |4 n3 |
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the* x3 b$ S' ?, ^' ^

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations+ u3 f/ h2 O; J5 W( ~8 x% a7 N$ v
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

3 K% h; Y" a6 M0 G We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
; ?8 Y0 g$ A4 r4 D9 ^" x or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
; i8 |, {% k% `- w12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You' Q6 ~9 [& p' I- D- v
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
" X$ F* b+ {8 H( y* V2 |4 k1 _& O reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

Changes and cancellations after check-in

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

1 H; v2 ]. y6 }' j: [5 B14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact7 g* q- |& } d& E2 r
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:4 Z5 h1 s0 W$ P; q/ ^% }1 L
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
7 N0 |* Q. |8 Y, C+ s# i, P expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two5 m% }$ L' `$ G
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see- }1 d: K1 \1 Q' k

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
9 O$ N( m/ F8 V. P/ f) V. |! s X scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of* j$ l3 ]7 a6 r. D+ h: X! w8 s) u# t
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

* R, }; L3 j. q When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

* @& c/ h) I+ K( O: H0 W& I" W* T# m If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
' _: R& {# B* l0 b paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
