You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
' V" q, @1 O' X& ~$ o" q national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon9 g) J% X9 k% D) T( b3 m
arrival at the park.
0 u& A2 C- i; o4 o' d" S5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of$ A) y7 @& `; \. X& J" U+ D; j- k
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
* G! r4 ]' q3 E$ }& v6 V0 j3 ]: z a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same$ o1 C( U4 ` {( ?; h3 f
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.& L% a) _/ r: P: F4 \- } E5 s
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
5 Z; @6 `" G- T4 p a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of- L, t* { }! l' @+ t
campsite; and the service type.
$ u! D4 B2 v: `4 z& w7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously0 F8 O2 K, X3 o7 Y7 @
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.' y0 r+ c( l2 w# H( `/ z
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
; a3 b9 h. ?' H least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received/ ~ I+ G3 Y" S H+ c
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.2 R. d5 w8 r' V' I! U

% B$ ~# A0 |- \' L$ w# u It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address( b- K" d5 x% ^/ R. H
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Changes and cancellations before check-in

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you. a, P8 j8 ~( e
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
4 i) B \1 S4 y" D; h; N: ^ - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
; C7 P# r1 e6 h. Q/ o" g% J7 o you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your5 ~8 w+ u8 \" _2 {8 J
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
# z7 J- G+ l; H, c5 @ q you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.- g% J7 m( {& S: L. y
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before j8 g' |0 u# Y4 N- T4 D/ X+ b
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

/ r3 |& F7 J/ x0 y7 A+ Z" d& u/ K$ r8 i guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change1 T3 M0 P2 ^3 ^
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the f8 |4 `+ p$ J0 q8 K
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
8 J6 x: k- B! i- X7 M change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
. R# h2 {8 m5 t9 g; r6 Y, n5 C% w14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving) G! k- W ?4 u7 `' R) |! }& i3 j4 W

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:

# ]* v! X; t7 ^* h" |0 t8 B7 o expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two

No-Shows ; m8 }4 o3 M* z
# E- D9 b1 r3 m. k9 C ~9 t17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
