is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between

You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
3 L2 W3 E! K- I; i/ ^3 Y h on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your: U6 g0 O: y' x" @! |- }2 |, Z* I" X
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

1 z0 k( F: S9 i+ F' O4 c; Y& k5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on3 H! M1 _3 u# h& b, u
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
- w( D7 @2 P# p6 X! s+ G0 { campsite; and the service type. 8 @2 ]) L$ T; V7 H8 V
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously3 ^# m' w. a8 S* u
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations/ h( x, b4 O9 Z- E& e

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your1 ^* J! T$ U/ U# T( n

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,( `1 d' L+ h* f8 [- }3 f: g# |
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
; u6 M$ \9 _; |+ `$ _2 ]3 S' H* L reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
5 F; s- p3 O: Y5 ~; U you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
, ~4 b( p3 V1 y9 v8 U/ Q/ @ will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

Late Arrivals

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the- w5 Y3 L) M$ G& P
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
* _4 P$ } x$ Z2 `) {) X, p on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact' a" ], g' q* G$ q V& ]. l
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:+ U. X1 l+ \6 z; A' A
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your$ T# ?3 J! D2 `
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
/ n& L- J0 L. Q* L. Z nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
- d% m! ^- U4 y5 Y [* @ d policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late* P7 }/ D. ]% Z( ?
arrivals in advance.

No-Shows

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
K; k* m3 e, m' F9 S& Y) z( p# t, L8 j your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

; u: V$ d$ E& E When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

& V& a0 J. s9 i' h If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
