5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of* ^$ D: J! Q0 p) m$ [1 J
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
8 l3 U! Y* n- A: Q a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

campsite; and the service type.
5 a4 e6 W, }6 g7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the. g; e5 i- I8 W

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)% d5 p7 U L6 D
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within( ]- J% Y* m( e* e6 b5 M8 o
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
* q( V( Y1 X0 i2 z! W or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
' V! ~, `8 W0 i12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
( j! P6 f' g9 f" D: r2 e4 @ will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,

" m9 B: O0 b+ v6 I reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
! s( i" H) ?6 j7 O 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
! {' Q( M) s: b of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
' i& v; [8 v' Z3 H! _ $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a/ A1 n5 Z+ n& J& d1 f
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

Changes and cancellations after check-in

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be* K+ h6 d, H0 W9 [0 g3 B, O
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
( I3 e! A/ ^4 m$ V( F is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the, E- V/ u& Y' @; `3 }* n$ Q9 ^
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
: J8 D# c, a3 J! b/ n& Q& J change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
, [7 W- C: p) k3 `1 k14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

% M0 \6 v/ q4 G A prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
$ f8 m4 `: x4 i1 n- j, \& T If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
8 D1 w' I$ ^. E3 t expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two7 N7 F& W( Z+ ]7 o, O2 z0 K! c/ Y
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

No-Shows

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
9 L u! G4 w4 \% i$ o' \" a your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

5 `3 ~3 Z2 m* ^) q0 G When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite ]9 N) m- ~5 W; C# K! U% l @
will be made available to other campers.

4 _$ E1 ]: o$ { If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees' |5 L$ L8 ~& P( J
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,

of your originally scheduled departure date.

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
