1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your: `% L7 S3 F& Q1 v, u3 q; t
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your! D6 {3 M6 @5 x4 B# j
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon* U( ?1 a" s/ L: d6 E5 u+ L+ i
arrival at the park.
* Q, n5 l5 V- {5 T# |5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
/ s* e j6 z: W$ l6 |; E7 Q6 D the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as& g; T& i- c" N
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on# X: x3 I( j+ {% `
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously2 H! a; b# l& Z Q+ A& I7 o' T
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations" f( f% j0 a& y. b. D/ X
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You1 j! N4 \$ V: _2 x" }' H6 U
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival," f! e# C9 e0 {- y: a3 W' b- m. v
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your. r2 @1 z4 k# U; A2 ^1 M& q
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
6 @+ \; V* Z* G* Z7 V your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be9 C# g# Z1 w& G/ G, D% ~- ^
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change7 p4 r5 d; U% M. s* H
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
6 u) h& V3 h! t5 n( |8 S services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
% v9 I9 U/ s! C; j! v, u! Y1 O change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
& W9 J2 G, g. M" w! a5 I14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
# U/ |6 h8 y4 l" v3 @& T2 N earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
6 f$ d! b: b+ Y3 j2 Y0 B/ b, @ prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact7 [4 i \& k$ {

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:( v# P- l7 M3 I- \9 {- N1 G
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
6 V5 D: M5 }$ y expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two! c/ A& `( ?7 e& d4 ]5 ^# P
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see" a0 c- p) T. V* \/ \( I/ l$ B
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

" E# O' k( ^- f2 H% h) | When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
