5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
, L# i7 i5 W' x* l( a# Y the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
! F9 x$ l- D6 T S4 g a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

8 F& S5 U3 o# V7 y8 R8 x6 n( p6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on6 q4 z, K8 R3 [2 C7 l
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

, N7 U; F( U! a' F# \9 g7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

( K. ^$ X: M+ e - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving3 @$ M3 h. t: [& O

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
9 G7 n& k0 }3 b% { L* h4 K. _ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

- w8 ?- R! v9 W/ ^/ ?; ^16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:9 e3 Y" G$ X# o" V5 i+ U5 g5 `
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
* c( n! R) [4 k/ G! S! x+ \; Q expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two. C# h4 z7 M# k9 Q4 ~
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see! p6 w3 c( l3 s

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite* U- y* X n" Q' G* n

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees- }+ X! a+ {: @. r o, e: G- \
