4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your* E* L1 {. G' j( C t' m. j+ _% P
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

/ o$ G( w0 I. v5 K5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of# A9 X# z' ?- d- A. p1 E6 w
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as& N9 ` w6 U6 U0 W' n/ c! {0 B
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

$ _" h% u. H4 `$ k8 \6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on6 Z- ?+ b3 M; u9 q- j1 O2 h
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously: |3 ?* |" ]0 ^! e
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received% u1 Z Y) r- C# m( N0 U! R
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.9 u3 ~) z/ Q! F. |, m
, o3 f( O0 @/ \6 Y2 r; q We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
s" H M0 Z3 Z2 l6 F the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

4 u, `/ B8 n3 c J$ X. | For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address
4 i& t) s- G( A; b2 o1 u to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
3 m! d# R$ D/ l- C. ~8 N3 F the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online C5 d0 g1 _9 h4 B
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
- h. n+ \# ~( t/ e) M. [12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You3 U% M4 x" R4 J* k
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- j8 l4 m* T% v" p - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,: t$ K, m7 ^) m) }: M' T! J
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
/ L" j0 d; |" o0 Y9 y, L( I reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
. \# P+ b- `- l you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to, r% |- h9 }$ N# ~
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving( A# i" k% G( |' W( M5 k, t
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground1 W2 q& H! n" f0 \& L5 ]! E
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee$ i) s4 P7 w' m
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please% p; R+ ^, v. p) Q8 ~% G$ c- }
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the6 a9 f! O' \+ C
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
# A9 R: V% B' e- u( n on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact4 m8 O' J2 } `
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,) X9 B( V1 Y) p( u9 ~

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:$ ]6 U, [/ x8 i. [ g
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your0 | j. |* O- w
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
+ l2 U. }" y( W" e- V, r nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see& G# ~, z9 N% a, F
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

8 J4 p- W" `0 r' R5 ^17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
$ T/ b- K2 i/ I$ c scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of' c$ p8 _8 x3 H5 l6 l3 d
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite3 }4 A1 x2 M+ ~; i1 c

paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
