You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight0 `% t2 V' N! V5 o
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of) S4 A! R5 @! t6 k# B, V
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
) T6 |* _# D' o, Z8 j% _ a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
3 @/ j) m7 S( \$ N( G& w campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
# Z8 N$ c$ H- g2 J6 {, g; l6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
) C6 w. ^( f0 m8 A: d- Y7 F confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You* f7 G# n' _. \; J) u2 o: t2 }
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you+ x- d6 }! `* C) q6 v6 I; A
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:7 r: x# w( M1 ]7 h# E
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
: {4 k, p% x1 P% k, Z) F& Q you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your1 b5 E+ J! J+ N$ R: S7 V5 M
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,8 M! o, e3 A. e6 ?. x* b
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.3 c. p+ d3 c- V1 l" i. j2 b
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

Changes and cancellations after check-in

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving4 J6 N1 }; f: z- m8 k e7 I: c

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact/ u1 a4 h8 U' ^* V5 A: S( F, I
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your. {- ]4 e$ x. B
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 8 n9 {2 u. n2 B( u3 [9 C
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of8 m6 X# o9 @9 Y9 w6 i4 N, a, e
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

) Z/ Y( t" h1 \, W9 L When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite* l) C+ ~2 K; z" G) j" z
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
