General Terms of Use

1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service
$ n1 n" @1 {$ h | is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
* e/ e0 k& ^: z0 i0 Q1 y3 h* x 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
( }8 t& O W3 q1 J! I8 I% l You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight3 S1 D$ c* w/ D' S/ k% B
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are
+ {. V: W; \; C$ c. b due when you make your reservation.
7 Y9 n; f/ t! r$ ?3 k% ^' {4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your5 P8 D+ M0 F$ E! n$ w
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon& R- e4 D/ D( U9 V
arrival at the park.
& } b- r3 P" x( t5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
, k0 j& @7 O4 ] _9 i7 Y; E the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
. ~% N5 t8 n1 W& f5 x a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
0 [2 @# x& V% Z$ Y+ A campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
, J0 T5 e! l, c5 Y( n1 s+ j- f: j6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on9 ^3 r$ y% C8 F1 N- h- e/ k
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
9 P1 f% C+ I. u! [4 L4 F campsite; and the service type.
0 A$ F* K U: z* M$ _" j6 \$ V* S7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously3 F/ T& d$ x/ f) M+ ~
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.4 X3 H; z; P7 \
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the0 b q9 N% ~7 N
change or cancellation.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

2 C( q8 m4 q& R0 L" I9 Z All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
5 e/ a1 ]/ @/ e" E) ] least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your9 u6 y" n/ t1 E
certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
/ J9 r+ Z/ r2 Y& D2 l1 J; b& F6 W12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You2 x% Q1 k# B* v: `) w
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you2 c; j; P, N- C1 U9 x/ ^" v
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
9 x# G& }# }3 Y: C0 | - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
( y% S% Y1 h$ ^ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your* \5 U" @3 t6 t" r
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,/ q: C0 x+ A. u8 ^0 R- W+ ?
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.0 y1 V" S1 W$ u/ {9 c
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before/ G9 Q/ b* ]$ t% l
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
$ A6 H/ v9 ?/ E( W; X your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
& t4 j2 t( _ b( ~ v guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change( w3 G7 ~! l: M# y; F* v2 M
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the, _" _8 A. ~7 j' i0 J4 o! F
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
4 q! n8 V; Z" E" @- J+ n8 Z( ^0 j change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
1 `4 p0 L" A* u, Y7 f14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
% m' e/ }: ~3 L8 G earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
+ f; f% R. e2 ]* ~1 W( h prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee0 s) T/ a+ Z }. s& L

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the5 B: e9 A. U5 {' a4 G. n
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
% u W5 e* L% c3 U5 U on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact$ O. t5 k" w% Z$ H4 F/ J
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,( ^) g1 `1 G, Q/ Z0 {4 v+ b3 F+ v- G& S
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).6 b. ]1 y g, E- Y1 b5 w
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:1 a/ x! ^; @9 X# W4 W/ U$ ?
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
7 g* j" d/ ]9 |+ G' D. y expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two2 R+ [7 ^8 }% }: n
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
" o) J4 Z5 _6 ^! `/ _. ^& D policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late( j) v) {! z6 i5 ^; K
arrivals in advance.

3 M8 ]) ~" g! b6 L9 xNo-Shows

]' G/ {, y' d( C$ j9 |' z" b Q17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
5 G# ^+ b- R5 f! ~9 J scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
/ g) V% K" Q( _; K2 J8 b your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."+ u9 s! W: P! j- @6 i2 r2 {
: t, `; y: Y( w2 r: J When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
9 J4 ~9 d6 Q, E will be made available to other campers.3 x9 {5 Y: T% U2 w% ^

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
