is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between

You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight2 v, \5 j0 ]* O! O: ~( _; A
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are+ {0 l8 F, r; G/ f1 L0 a" O; p
due when you make your reservation.
/ S2 z! k! _& G' H3 G4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
6 P* [9 ~/ s# o2 j9 s national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
! C+ l8 f# S1 n# V$ o( i* _ the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
3 p! L4 [* d0 K9 |% C% W) \ a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same) W* `2 e7 t B) n
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80./ s6 n; j$ d5 F! E) ]) X
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on U; D( `. o9 L- w
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
% H6 o( J" @( y campsite; and the service type.
, i! D2 p% z- U% t7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
6 ?. P) }3 L. [/ G0 q) { confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.2 U6 O) z. A C( M z# L% W+ l! P

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your: M( t0 Q6 l( Y; ~, W$ H

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed/ Y- j5 W$ F( F' t/ j9 v c
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to' Q1 u+ n& u! I
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you# I1 W/ W$ Q% J+ H0 f- m

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address( N) {$ ?1 O+ b9 r' ?

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You3 d: Q( U! h7 P1 f: V" j/ [
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you& N* r& R3 Z. Q2 y. I9 f3 a' d
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
0 }+ Z6 `! Q9 J( c7 s5 o - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,8 _, \; t5 p" j# x% u4 K
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your* C6 u* T$ k( L6 @, E: o- h# [% F
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
! R2 h4 y7 l6 K3 K% J# S8 O you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.4 V5 f3 F: F, ~/ Q0 E+ {/ X
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before1 x) \2 v9 Z: C' K' l
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night, h4 I" ^# d) J( A

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to' M' v0 _* Z" G
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be O; t, a7 W* n# x3 f
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change V0 a! o2 G. \, `9 A* z
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
9 h% `# Z# \8 A services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
9 F! q* j7 L% M9 f! r change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
& |, i5 J; ^; W: o( i14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving1 i! X- W) p* m3 Z+ y5 K8 ]
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
/ Y% h" a. r1 H a+ L prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
6 C/ n/ c1 O3 y8 K will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
- K, O& Q4 u7 O( C2 V on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
: H' B- q* S6 {$ | the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,1 g0 w9 \+ V7 U1 M: I
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
* N6 |2 H: J7 q16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:: o6 Q0 w# A, P
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
1 A3 K* @6 J1 D expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two9 |# K- H( Q# Q. U4 _
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your ! ]$ H6 ~( z2 J& z% `
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of6 L; e% E: D9 o6 P" b
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."% {" e0 V3 x+ ]* x! B% ^2 `

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite/ r( l4 p( m9 C4 f( u4 x0 i
will be made available to other campers.1 ~# {3 f0 E% Z* @+ `

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees. I7 Y( t0 g/ K4 H O! I: q9 V
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,- M! G8 L6 \3 b5 X. f
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days2 v" U% G8 r- P
