4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your6 X; J3 ?& o$ b$ g2 k
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon0 i w+ `9 F- P! T. k2 Z
arrival at the park.* f) i9 j8 E* b* W( _/ @0 j9 j
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
, m. K& L7 y6 Y+ `) D the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
0 x4 I, z7 w5 @3 y* N% [! [ a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same/ J5 b; k5 t" [# Q; w# u' T: T# c
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.# H9 C; C' e( O
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on; R9 C3 |* p& _2 h+ h( r
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of7 l' ^) C" g( k4 y+ }
campsite; and the service type.
" X; O8 o8 e/ }/ {" P, v7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously- m6 _5 M% R% n: n7 B; \0 r
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

Methods of Payment

credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), certified cheque or international

; T" b' B; x/ f money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
5 ^3 t/ z3 u2 q8 p2 K7 Z2 G least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received( `6 C( y& \7 Z; A! P
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.5 T0 j: u% C ~0 l9 w( F; p2 y
# u& f2 K0 f2 z& H C M! u We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
4 T/ h, k, r. |/ b8 t certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

Changes and cancellations before check-in

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

$ G! ~6 f: m* j o* [ a - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

Changes and cancellations after check-in

services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

/ Q2 B( {* f5 P7 i. w @14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving& o4 q9 ^ G2 i- F

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

Late Arrivals

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
7 V S8 R1 _+ T2 k1 c( [' u! _ the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,& L8 W# I' X- P) M7 T
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
6 c0 l$ P6 y; j9 O: i16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
D! A3 k) L& }7 T6 U/ A' h! H! x9 w If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your8 ]4 P# `& y+ r/ y1 ?/ o
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
6 x7 \: T9 B0 ^0 v nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see- t' V; t' K h$ i G
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
0 H) k) ^6 E; y arrivals in advance.

+ P- M& }( a+ {# O$ F+ t7 `No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
. ^8 O* {" w" k0 o/ U scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of% R" ?1 V/ w, c' b! i. O3 }
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
/ ^. I3 }3 W# y, f+ Q
; e6 j- e0 C0 @+ d. d' q( R* [* y! O When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite& [# j/ F7 A& { d8 s
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees0 q& Q* x& z8 t$ a8 i0 w
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
4 ?6 S! y @) ]% W5 Q* Z, F reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
