# ]) x% v! m/ h You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight, X2 d& k& Z$ u; d1 g
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

Fees

2 O! e- k% r" v( T' s3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are
6 p$ x8 [. B* z6 i due when you make your reservation.
+ x+ Z7 v! _. q- S$ c/ u. k& s4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
# t2 x0 P0 _' k+ M7 a% r national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon* I' K& b S' R, G2 F$ h, ]8 T! M% P
arrival at the park.
* M ~) M' E' `: x" J2 O5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of# H: p. @' D* f* `- X
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as% Z$ X5 A0 Z/ Q
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
1 W" n6 u; f; i' y campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
6 w' G. |, @+ u9 V1 T" B6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on$ c' B$ B* |9 p+ A d
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

Methods of Payment

`7 r% L8 @5 J2 D) }% S money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of8 I, F7 \; I1 k' b* G0 ]; ^
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations
4 G0 A% n) ^% t/ k/ }( x will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
6 p6 M3 Q5 G, |" @" q' D All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at; \' v/ e% ^% z% F1 G1 ~
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received- Z: Z& L& a( m8 Z* D+ ^ R
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.5 I3 Q5 {, @8 O- I) ^" r
6 B) ]& J, V- E' | We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

Confirmation

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed5 l( m) t4 T! S- M$ E3 n
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. ; _: q* q% m0 i& O( `: \
+ G2 c4 w) L' w2 v
It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
% q, T8 N# ]2 a: y the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you
8 k+ ?: E- ?8 i& Y- i6 _$ U into the campground.
6 H# e, J5 \: g2 c Y; d5 i( c
a6 S6 c; O* f1 ~ For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address
+ G2 ^2 g( {( B q9 q& b to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation
3 e0 J5 D3 _2 ^& J9 d# I; v number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.8 U" E$ l, Y Q U

Changes and cancellations before check-in

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)" |9 O9 V1 b$ }. l: w
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
- v% A4 K: ^; l; m( z, Z1 |& M7 p the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
# o' Q. h( E) s or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
( `; i# A* H' m* @" p1 j7 b12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
* q9 Z7 i2 C V4 a& ~ will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
9 r: O: M+ R3 T' o check-in to the campground, subject to the following:. |& Q- k6 T6 L x# O; I8 Z2 s8 T
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
% A0 Y6 M; J* g8 u! H, T you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your9 e3 t$ e% S$ R+ |
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,( z" Z" w) J. A- q
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
/ I5 ~; u4 N7 D4 U- t+ ?$ ` - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
9 ~' }) J$ a2 U$ A( q9 t 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
9 e2 j+ K6 v7 r' K; |6 V of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original" P$ t" m4 b) u; ^. R- a
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a
/ _. I' {* e' Z" I6 Q cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.1 L0 H+ i' ~# u( U

, ]# y2 S" g. y+ A13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change+ ]8 H! s" L# p; i: z
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
$ @' u8 B, [3 k5 a( g4 e: S14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
# y O* V1 L. e- e8 \ earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground" g* S: J6 _% }( e/ ] r8 M. y. v
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee3 A, O; X! j8 ]* t7 Z6 I0 K- b. R
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please) l2 V# N& l4 H- `8 u
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

0 ~2 Y* X8 d8 G on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact, i$ \" e& b$ q' u
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
, q. d; A- R+ v& n" { z, U9 q If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your+ u9 Q6 f1 r3 O4 t# j
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two: ~# I- w' t E* H# ]& O5 m
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see, @1 O/ j) |: ~' ?$ R/ V

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."8 r( l1 s, O0 g! q7 y

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
