7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

* p, V9 Q$ R2 \ on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
- h, b, c: S! f7 D% ]9 p* N/ J the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as' v! i% H9 P& F
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
! C$ z! N. Q& ?# u( s. p* ^. v a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of+ k2 B8 u6 z' G2 c" ~& T' x' u
campsite; and the service type.
4 K: ^/ x$ B9 J' _& q& l7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
$ j+ N ` f/ \( c confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.0 D% p; K! k3 w4 p
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the# \" u+ I& e. j7 K8 X, |* m e

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by x& F( g. ~# J
credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), certified cheque or international

9 x, N9 P6 h) C7 }1 c6 R( s5 z9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

3 D5 s# k( Q: {' Q) o All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at( K J4 n4 T% W% L; ~$ V" W# c- y
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
- J! ^* d& t4 f$ e for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.8 x4 [" a& a0 A3 w
7 R2 B7 C9 ` Y P We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
* U8 k$ U' l! a/ w- ~3 S& q certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
! U& u0 W3 J" B9 n& e+ @. `12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
% ~; b6 k0 j0 X% P& v8 E will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
: r! I9 A5 E: N" q+ e* [' H check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
0 v# j7 q- J2 y% S; l& A& A* j - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,. R6 Z+ K) \7 Q; S
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
- l( C6 z4 J) { reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,9 O- S) X, ~. N
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
7 O8 i0 r# k" @4 u - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
, j8 O* o0 c- K* f# D2 Q- w1 r 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
/ L9 Q4 c1 o$ i; ` earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground1 w8 o j6 Y2 G& D
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee0 }, J; x3 V8 p' F+ }
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please, o' \. A' Z9 q8 i4 C) g
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground

the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
( h( ^* N3 ]. z6 R. }$ u If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your1 B9 G8 N* \0 C
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
/ s+ @+ ]; O5 X* B nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see: Z* ?0 L2 R/ G8 H8 d1 Q
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
' i9 l G2 O( i0 ^! g( t# [ arrivals in advance.$ m6 _3 s/ _; u" d" g* E; R9 d# e

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your + h. Y2 |! u: p! J# y0 }
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
/ l0 ]8 C) G6 U. Q& C X5 L' v your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
9 C+ Y0 f: T- w8 F, D9 P3 B9 E% R+ I6 C+ N4 ?1 [# K8 \
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite' T9 R' _* n( ^4 k
will be made available to other campers.4 I. g! _6 r0 K% B8 S

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees9 p$ C" \7 J- h" d1 E3 J- o
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
; ]( B5 A$ U$ ~7 b! J) o reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
