7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
7 _; x/ ~. A. j. c8 L national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

8 F" M- p1 Q/ y" v( @) N5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
; x# ?* v9 r7 W( ^ the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
+ T! R; b) G" O6 K) }7 Q8 Q4 } a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same: \" E+ U6 @* f U! A6 x1 A. x

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously3 y6 c; \, M2 [2 v9 E
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

: A, N' D( a0 M- y# O$ L least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You* m. n/ D; | s0 W. I ^# C
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
" N* i/ w6 Q h check-in to the campground, subject to the following:$ d9 g- L- {! Z$ N1 M8 G
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,, Y: ]$ ~' ]; S" ^8 o- y) C3 C. `
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
% l+ f" x; A- _3 A* [; H: j reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
, } B2 C5 {' }' r+ c9 V you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
7 ]) Z' H" G$ q - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before0 @. `9 b5 i# D
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
9 I! @; a9 N, O8 V/ `+ l- D of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
% }; @: y5 m# o4 j4 B2 x $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a% B, B. o, ^ D& Z
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to: l3 f0 x& {8 N7 w- b
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

! B$ c; `2 [5 T$ H/ I# {, D change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
5 r+ m. ^% `, @- w14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving$ W8 j# _+ T6 v+ M9 c- k2 q5 O
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground8 G1 M" q$ ]" n3 u% w% c# ?2 S: a
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee+ u& A1 q* b ~' o6 t
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground. l" c" `0 z6 I8 I
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
" U4 q0 [; O- J% d the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
( A6 Q; S# A0 Z7 w2 @. X. x' M call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
1 P0 A8 I K& W4 V: k16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:0 C5 D* t2 p2 X3 @& z: c! `/ @# d
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
' y" n. `& \6 w- ` expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
& @# ?7 a: } d5 r nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
! r+ V0 J$ t2 u Z; c5 _ policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."- M+ I% p1 q4 c7 V/ ?
2 Q" x4 ~7 E+ m' m When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite1 L! c* R0 n/ _6 {

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees( b4 [& p3 u# q i) }: ` o- W4 B
