7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are7 a6 x1 P: z: g0 B% N" v0 M7 f

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your( q. w5 V2 k+ N! h1 d* h# r
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
! E3 ^; T0 `5 w9 g9 o' c arrival at the park.
* |( e, [, g) N* G- `5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
- g' ?4 f3 C N0 n. y the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
6 ^ f9 A; ]( n# G* m$ m a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
5 a' I% P, [5 g( z, Y) N campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80. C! K. f1 g Z; X
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on9 V: D* I* a5 E& |+ V
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
; M& t0 r- V# i* E% b& f }1 u campsite; and the service type.
) n: U# I7 u2 X4 p' f- t3 M7 t! @8 L7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously5 x/ C* X, A+ G: E

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

5 \) I7 R% Z Z least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received, u d0 f3 K, a; X2 N! I9 `
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your+ n! d6 o3 m+ g( ~& g2 E) ]% k* s$ f
certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

Confirmation

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. 0 f p; c$ y" v5 }5 K

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
9 e& y2 l) F. N2 g the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address
9 X8 ~, j% e. R to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation$ Y+ O8 s( G( V3 W. P: h. G+ u
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You( {& d4 e- D# d
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you: A8 w% s1 f' A0 c( l9 e+ ]
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
, X. x8 I3 m3 M0 x0 H - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,& L D/ G0 O: O2 B% h5 `
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your- W# u, g+ ^# y- ^* \
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,0 s( P+ m# @: [; S( w* F
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
+ k0 a/ \2 C9 m: Z) {8 j0 ?0 H - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before. {1 \$ t' D) g% [5 V
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

Changes and cancellations after check-in " u6 x7 n# v$ o. m& N, q$ a, S
# }& W$ a& i w( Q! ?/ ^13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

7 i. e: H3 f3 \: r# P# C6 K guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
1 Y3 y9 Q x$ H4 z is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the" [4 K9 {0 w, @" e( c9 x* N. x
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
* g- C% j- S: ?; y) u change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
3 R" U3 d' v" S14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
' p1 b/ ?9 y9 _% R; g4 X earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground' b. T& w, u+ u
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee' |- g5 e& }$ m8 o% j
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
' Z; |4 A, T6 Z7 x expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two: D0 R3 c X- e$ i
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see' i* |, ~, ^# ^; Y
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
