2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
( q1 W" H; x% t! _) u/ Z national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon% b6 c6 f; j; a" g6 d: J

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of! n2 h& ]2 }- v K& d+ K6 x0 A4 k
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
. h, a2 D5 p {: g# }. N a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
( z& L- C9 W& y: Q campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.( B9 `' _& o# L _; y
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on/ K' ]9 u+ _# E4 \; _
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of8 C9 n) k" T( m e8 _) n+ {$ _
campsite; and the service type.
/ I* g1 R W+ w- r1 j7 k7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
* F2 V7 e6 K! v' p; u N) M confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at4 \1 \: f5 Y$ B L6 p% `
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received3 ]5 y* @7 `% K
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.9 S& o$ s, X) j0 o7 Y) P
# d4 r" Z( [. [ We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You& E) q, E" o, _& M w) \+ }4 d
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

2 W( X$ g# B. e( @% N - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,

reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,6 e1 I, ]. \0 w9 e% C/ _6 L
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.0 e3 b/ k4 p x. S" w* K% R' l
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before: N5 y' f$ t, L
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night1 p0 N8 v) N- m- G/ O- W* V7 T: Q

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving$ v- N0 i) E) G$ z' q: D
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground1 K. {) F. @1 ?* `1 o3 j& K2 v
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
% V; S9 m8 q; a/ P* @3 c) K" r will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please+ W. q4 T8 P1 O# k4 t7 b2 Q9 `

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:- k4 ?/ u# s; j6 Z& I e
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
: q5 b9 C- u: U+ D, y expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two. _% x: x7 K4 `& L/ N$ J1 J7 R& w
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
5 r! l( Q- ]/ ?- V' e9 a4 ` policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.") b2 O. ?9 A) n6 U9 u

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

0 t" x' N7 |8 x; J! C If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
