1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service * a8 \+ r; g e+ E
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
$ U2 O" U3 j E5 H5 ] 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
' m1 C L; v' s/ d1 h9 V- L You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight' }! Y: H3 v7 X% L: }3 U! n
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 5 C6 x2 L4 x: x
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your& o+ V A9 N3 Q0 t c0 Y1 u
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park4 h7 T8 r/ X$ M5 [" `2 h
time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,
7 K- K5 Q% G a9 c$ s1 ]3 ~3 i this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National( [+ F1 r5 N/ f& Y$ L- I5 O
Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
7 w k$ D" U% [) X' h; g5 J national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of$ K2 Z6 V, ^0 ]. d
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as8 Q/ X7 h3 {5 O0 k A8 s
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on4 S9 w U! f, K1 Y, q+ F8 q) A
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of8 a( c$ S# I% ? \3 F6 a* G3 _
campsite; and the service type. 8 }' C, E/ ^* i* n# Q3 \( v
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously8 l& T% z! y5 X; O
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.. P! m/ B+ ` V& B5 b& B1 N
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the2 ]) _3 f, `' e" E- G0 ?; O% M

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
5 w/ a& F# n9 [$ o will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
/ H# u+ t( {- U5 _0 G& @, B check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
' n7 P" V c( ^* n' I; d5 p6 F/ F - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
& D' L" K% ^" A& ?3 W z you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
% J! i) S9 Q# j# e: I reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
- h& X" Z+ }2 U& u% C you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
5 T ~/ S9 p# i - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before! d l4 H6 E% L% g3 f
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the+ z) ^+ `+ t% e* H
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80+ H9 R' `" q0 G* s8 U3 h

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving) ~9 x0 M# L) h) F- s$ a
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
" T1 B J) b' l5 k prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee- l! e9 A( `" ~6 g4 |+ t5 U- T# j
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please1 N K" a/ \4 ^: B0 U6 s
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.", B2 V! a( @# Z) V7 Q! J* W

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
( M! M- T* Q9 g will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees: K$ p5 T& i* w0 Z! ]
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,9 g6 H( d2 ], ?! B
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
