4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your: l$ L: R0 D) p. O2 t0 o9 W7 [
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon7 T1 W4 I5 o( a7 F+ t

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of- \/ J% W: ]5 Z- U% e
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as& S6 h& q7 ]1 V% B3 C& ]9 F
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same8 u, _' t" G5 J$ j& Q* g
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.- i0 F$ \8 H( T1 p) C
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously1 v/ l* z' \* i; f- J8 X4 W; p
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your' F: I/ ^' t( Q2 S1 o! d
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
& @7 A. o3 x) ^& t- G# | you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to& v; f6 l {' T) F. O! z
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
; C9 N( y8 \6 F& e9 O+ ~5 G0 p guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change, D+ j0 [ z' W. S' t) C
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the! {: e% i+ I& }1 d
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
2 C4 _! b" Z6 i/ P change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
' ?/ K' u9 _. P$ O. }14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
6 W, w6 o' K ^! n earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
. m" r3 F- }3 g prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee1 ]+ z2 q% H( Y; y' Z6 o7 P, M
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
: f3 h+ O G' y notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact$ U [/ s: w( @

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
2 C: ?0 g! \% i If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
4 [0 c& o9 v+ A) c& V# u# M. J8 U expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
% T+ j" D0 A. J9 `& h: ? nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see, Y8 p' B! J; a, v1 U& Q2 v7 T2 R H
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your ! Q: ]& y9 K( o9 Q( h: o
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of/ L g$ ^) a4 x5 W9 O- r& Q }# s
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.", E" {3 Q, C$ o' T$ y
5 l! a. x t6 L2 j$ R U1 z
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite4 x: w2 p- w: y i* V. e
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees: J* [; d% g4 u1 I# j/ A3 l
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,: e2 R* h* V& A( ]
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days7 M. r& x% M" l+ B' V
of your originally scheduled departure date.
