You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

Fees

) h6 Y. z: B O: P8 J4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
: t% z5 w; v8 S0 [1 J national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon5 T3 ~+ A! G9 k1 v, g
arrival at the park.* e& W- v7 E3 B0 F" r
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
- C; ?& t$ |# f$ ?" H2 V# k8 w5 G the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as) r$ ?; U% M" o. \6 M0 _
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same1 S# `3 b6 E' o- G2 R d! |( H
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.

a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously2 U" g$ c3 i+ Z m4 \4 t8 _3 A

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international- a, f' M, [% w3 w

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at1 m. E3 O- ~$ f: O3 @/ H
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within2 x& A U1 f1 x
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
% h2 M" G7 Z% b) W, D w or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
; ^0 y7 D) M. G/ z6 }; W$ m12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
2 K/ ~( c1 a# G9 }3 v+ B will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you' G; {7 S: M: ]" B! a$ O
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:5 H" q3 w9 E1 m* d
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
; h# E9 ^, ]. }0 \( E& b$ b; E you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your/ \! o: x) [. Q) R
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,' g: {6 k6 o' O/ s9 B8 e
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
! g, K. O2 i7 i" _% `# ]7 ~ p" |6 L - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the" N* v' Y; K& U( [8 R. s. f# g# `
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80 H. J) f1 k+ I+ C

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving" a4 F* |4 k7 k T
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
# j) S. E+ n' E: y( Y2 w ` prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee$ D) j/ U+ k& g9 f
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please! p7 X' Q& r; Y$ x

This will give other campers an opportunity to enjoy the park.

' A0 o8 H7 I, i15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

, L# @6 E5 \# M7 i6 ? on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
- n3 p. r; k8 j' R0 J) g the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,% @( `3 i1 T+ @3 F5 Y8 H7 _
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
4 u( J5 x8 _0 P4 B16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
! |5 s2 u y" A. F& U If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your5 U! a8 a% [& P1 f
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two# B5 j$ [* J0 d1 N. S) p6 j
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see# [8 n: X" _* c5 D e$ {0 c
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late k3 B& [, @" u% r, t
arrivals in advance.

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite# Q. \! h6 U4 N/ m/ @
will be made available to other campers.

2 R6 ?; M' ]. R% N6 i If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,
