2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your0 ^$ c: u) u7 J( o- w. q$ D
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon% Y! }. i% p. p8 s) b0 y

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of; C! u* s& H9 u; t8 K3 B
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as9 H) Z- v+ r' `/ [6 `# p' P1 I
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same. B/ R% K. j& ~: w
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously/ A! Y: v+ H! r: h

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
: m, G# l/ w% J, A" P) M6 T6 a will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
% t4 R# O5 C% A8 e4 ]4 d5 W( n check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
3 U- ^4 {: O6 t - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
& |/ W4 d& }8 A$ e6 d: P2 U C you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your4 |" x/ u! A/ R. U# r* D3 G3 }
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
1 x w. b+ c" f5 i- G you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
3 D5 k* s1 d1 B' o: L - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
: V4 B5 M( w8 O/ l/ X 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
' L2 W3 j v* Q' ?- V of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
( v4 d. N$ I# x $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the
* x T& g9 l9 O2 T& x expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
5 @) V$ W: k! K! p on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
9 o7 J5 W/ @( \) g! k7 f the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,$ @! n8 T7 s4 H, _9 u
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).7 ~0 |; K+ K. E4 H) w& e* z
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
# J+ W8 b2 O# A: A6 A' M If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
3 q& R m0 Q+ Q# ]. l1 w; k$ n* { expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
4 K: Z. U% Y! Z, u1 q nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see3 r2 y# U3 T! V
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 2 {, R" g/ I4 [9 d& W% o1 L7 m5 s
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
: d/ {. _1 W1 X' L4 W* k5 | your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

. }$ ^. b9 }( `( M When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite+ \. f4 r9 }7 H% c, R/ B
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees# j. Q% O- _9 y9 i' `$ w
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,6 n4 p" q0 z& d9 A. y5 k" [/ e
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days* S! m) p( S! H* _. Q! A
of your originally scheduled departure date.
