/ E+ J( a6 a2 b, R" f1 r national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

/ k1 z* G1 y6 m. s8 t& l% {5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of% ~1 E+ R( y2 E) v
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
{; i1 C" [$ w" m* ~$ ^( T a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on; f8 K& q" }0 @2 H8 `- f7 P
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of* r: W6 h8 Y+ I/ n; Y
campsite; and the service type.
6 j9 B, `) `! y8 Q4 a8 b8 w N7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
* C, b9 g, c$ Q' u- Q/ ]- I& v9 w confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

- M, O6 b4 F0 \6 @* }6 D2 g8 O payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to r2 V6 W( I8 `% C c: d
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within/ M$ ~7 n' `5 O. M4 |
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online$ l% A" y6 W8 \+ b

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You' K" R1 P: E" J2 m, d" X
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you( t* Y: D. X& B
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:* C: ]+ |" [+ g+ C. G0 w! y8 r
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
) O ^& d" G( B% ?$ H you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your @$ i2 ]- y' |# u k
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,9 D: u6 m7 K5 P, i* F7 y, P6 G
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.) \+ {2 r, {. C
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before$ B3 {. F+ u0 C" d& Z) Z
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:/ G# t+ i# `8 ], V
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
* d, X6 l; t1 S" [ expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
* i" u; { \5 Y0 y F4 Q. {, n nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see0 o- t1 I5 h' a: _' R
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late8 a7 ~, \+ C( l3 I+ u* t3 w' p
arrivals in advance.

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
1 \8 W# ~+ H |6 @- a, h- J; h* g scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of9 N% K2 W+ ?9 r
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

* ^9 b6 E k6 i& z; X" C( e When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite) k0 z* q! r( {
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees8 O/ X% y" [6 E# t. n
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable, ]9 N) q" g0 N2 y5 l$ A
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days$ w, b1 A! Y5 g5 n' {! z+ _) e: h0 X
of your originally scheduled departure date.
