1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.9 `: L9 d8 K- y0 ]) j" Z) Z6 P s3 y9 T
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
: s6 u' [+ I( ]6 m: n, \+ W on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. # h5 b" r- p& }$ ^8 g6 w- u6 V
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your. M7 L3 D8 m+ `2 T# u2 Z1 S
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are6 A. b x7 `. g) {; _% p/ `
due when you make your reservation.
2 s* f4 k9 P! a, {9 F4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
9 M; g/ q6 m* v8 g' _& x, b national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
6 Y8 l* ^1 M% p6 O arrival at the park.
/ P0 {1 _" n# l0 E+ E0 x6 x5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of* I Z6 q; I6 I0 ?2 ?
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
" y/ D+ j4 w: x% L6 j1 ]" I% B* { a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
% M( u) r% s& X c' S9 _# Q campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
; x2 C( ]* {2 E- a. E" U6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
$ r M. A0 J$ X) P4 X/ r( X; I a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of4 j/ O" ]( @8 l

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously2 w2 [4 f- F( Y. O. R! @
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.
# [0 y9 a) D7 o! j, I# t( F3 { These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations3 b, j1 C! \1 R
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
0 U) u& j. b# H2 I# w! c$ {7 ^ All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
/ n6 V b$ d+ K- A4 L/ z) x! { least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
7 R |9 a' B# N+ { for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

: Y0 I, C* J9 X, y' t* M& Y We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

Confirmation

1 `- ]+ |. y0 z0 A+ V! K8 `10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed- S" C0 D# v/ W3 A; a
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

6 Y0 H% ^% c! F* A# `* { It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
4 o, e* L- r% y the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you. v9 S9 Q3 D4 P; Y$ b

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

9 }2 v) D( J8 I11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You( A/ W, Z) c# n2 A
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
% q. |# J K3 I' L* _ check-in to the campground, subject to the following:' n! t' T# |/ F& v5 g1 x5 j+ j' S( X: i
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
& S, c% n0 \6 m' G/ r* K# ] you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
$ d3 _* h l" {" u& g6 R" q reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
" _5 D; \5 |- I you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
# j) N3 G( C/ C3 O% r U3 a - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before3 s+ n5 G. H+ {; n# D& J
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night; I F9 N5 [. s4 Q8 P
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
( s5 J, P& c2 r4 U: p+ u/ a $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in 7 s$ x2 S7 w* M W9 X
8 D1 U* ?) d& e- D, x+ s13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
: U8 @8 N7 X1 q% S( s2 m, ] your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
0 P. K0 h' ^8 B; u guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
; m8 |0 S* }- O# z is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
7 Q) l( a) |* R( U services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80. ?. f/ F) e2 t3 N& d4 s, f
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
6 g; U/ }5 {* r14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving" J$ Z6 d5 R4 g5 f; G
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground) d4 Y( R( |; `/ z6 p6 E1 @" K7 Y
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee- Z7 N# _. P7 W
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
) ?8 j, `( s `, X notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.( b2 w1 F: F! G0 k. D$ ]% ~
This will give other campers an opportunity to enjoy the park.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
' Y/ \! ?3 ^- _7 h& L1 d: c the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
j% |! g6 n$ P$ S! Y5 Z9 F call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).: `$ N1 t* K! H3 S* \ l
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
9 H; W9 {+ t- G1 X! F9 e9 l# S% i' N If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
" `7 Y4 N0 P3 K1 p* _( z expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two2 L$ I1 U1 f8 m' h6 p! E
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see# W9 O7 q5 B3 A) Z0 ]- y' _
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

( o& n% B. J2 l c: U# Q% u17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 3 q% `& A/ e" W/ \3 Y9 g% Y5 o
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
- D3 \' d( G3 F; U5 d) T your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."8 {8 {; z7 |2 C$ K8 x0 y; q* q6 H
8 k5 p- f: y8 B9 [ When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
) a6 C- m W' c- ~# l will be made available to other campers.+ q* J$ r7 Q& J, Q. @! m" ~
' T& A& u5 | _0 p' |- q If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
% S- T0 X- V' h, L0 T paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,( O" K ^' v3 e6 ^
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days0 H3 n' O- C8 A8 g" f/ K7 O/ K
