/ ~ g3 I, g6 H, ` You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
9 k* g) ~& j6 t$ }; b8 h; {; M, G on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are, |4 Z. _& t0 ? k6 H

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your0 w/ o) c# v& h2 X$ j+ z
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

6 }3 ] o. v- [3 l5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of" B) K( u+ @- v! o4 G
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as* y" o) A: y: [$ X
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
# {& |4 q, m) [+ W- ~ campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
" u" d8 Q2 r6 {8 G: K6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
$ Q6 M& }$ F( @3 \- O/ x' | a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
: Q& Q# o+ u2 g( h2 E campsite; and the service type.
7 ]) `# T, b* K3 C3 _7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
- M. v! m& b: w% H/ K7 d y confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.- h0 B& m+ v( f7 x; M
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

Methods of Payment

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

3 ]7 S8 _- ~/ J( Z# s' r9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international
* [* Z" O8 x7 M; |1 m money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of
: U7 u" C) n" [9 t& ?4 v payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations7 K% s5 h3 v. r; I3 e
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
6 O" |8 u0 ]3 ~8 | v All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
& l+ a1 H* U5 M( O5 o# S least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received9 J" K, ~8 G D9 v) _& G
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your7 [; }8 O' o, w. j

Confirmation

) }# m+ T) m& o) D: l10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to1 t0 C' [# g _; R* u8 V7 E8 D
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

5 m' y$ p6 D D2 R For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address
* m, E- Z8 D H2 e) R- A- J u( f to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation
: O9 {. E8 k( o, U6 t number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.3 R) j' `/ X8 O0 E& t- b2 H
* j! q5 V# k2 m7 c& t2 h* @ For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an5 }8 z$ [9 X# A& L0 @! y
electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print out the confirmation screen, J* d+ ?* b5 G/ h& Z, I& a

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

Changes and cancellations before check-in

5 E5 W9 q: q) h* Y$ M) R/ N on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within( k! b) E7 b) D5 {4 Z% a9 q
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online2 ?9 T A/ U7 S( r& Y+ }% M
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.% y/ y3 e% k, |- _7 m* i5 ~
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
2 D( Q/ |6 B0 e+ D will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
7 B( r0 x0 t- ` check-in to the campground, subject to the following:; Y) I2 q! [* G, p. ^7 c/ r
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival, u% g, M6 K3 p4 _. f
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your. z* Y$ u6 x- }* [
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
& c' l' {! b* V8 H; A you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.% O2 X& t7 R& B7 S
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before4 ]) G3 n8 `% p% @+ @$ Q y
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
5 j4 N- X9 D5 {: z E* j% X @+ F of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
3 C ~/ @( Q3 t+ r' i: A $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a
3 @6 g" W6 F2 z cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

Changes and cancellations after check-in

" ^) i9 L6 U; b% m, q! [- k13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to! W. V3 \/ p* [. i3 S; O& E
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be( _8 a) r2 H8 o0 e2 O/ P
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change/ ~/ H0 g/ D; |6 l* R4 ] j
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the) k0 |3 o3 A6 W
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
( _* i, N9 d$ J8 ~) j* `" L change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
3 Y* s$ W7 @5 p, _2 Y14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
! z* F! o+ R N+ C- R- A earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground$ a9 y3 V# a) g I
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee$ U S$ n( A: l. G
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
( y3 M4 z1 o* ~ notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the
' y7 c/ J# B' ~ expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
5 G+ |2 y8 q y8 H$ z% g" c on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact1 I( f9 V( u/ }6 j# @3 H$ o
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
* o+ ?$ N/ q% y, n( h3 i5 X. D call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).3 L; q' C* l# c5 w9 c
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:7 [- }3 D$ r8 `. ] O
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
4 D: b) ?! S( t8 n R# p0 L& ~; y expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
% A9 a. j2 ]+ |6 F, G. P& S6 h nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
5 m( `) O! I3 \8 N policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your % s# F) f. T- @; g
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
/ T7 u7 a5 V- ~. q, Q" N% b your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
% X0 g5 ?- w: I0 g5 | B4 d
) C0 x' a7 v$ w7 v) ~) d3 {; d2 l When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite( B0 Z: P u8 K% D
will be made available to other campers.

0 T' H. {! p% ]. ?+ z z If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees3 ]- L3 V5 b- E1 ]
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,8 S _# n# t. g: u- n6 {6 d |
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days

Closures
