9 t; l3 w. p# y6 A( a. Q You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of4 c# v8 _* l9 {) j, V) u
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
! N# `' A" }2 D2 z a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same' U6 F# ^# T0 A( @" M
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
) ]* {' O' ]" d0 c! q6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
& z) Y" a; d) Q a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
! j7 n8 Y8 @' I campsite; and the service type. + |* [' z0 z S$ P, r) v
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

Methods of Payment

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by2 o0 e4 a2 O2 `

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international, ]$ X# j9 @) B3 p
money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of# T! Z; L* n s( b; Q" q
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations6 ^- v" P2 D7 V

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at7 v5 s5 ~ a9 e0 a
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received! ?9 ?( Y. l9 M+ j$ M, z
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

/ V4 A# n. d8 @& x It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online7 Y' h2 i$ f4 z6 s/ _( ~% Q
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.4 P8 z8 @7 X$ J( l/ C; d/ y* J
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
0 \: {/ [3 f7 S9 p# B8 A will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
# }! y8 H$ i- w- P/ S* B$ W check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
4 ^' e3 P" K T, \ - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,/ E/ C# ?7 [1 ]' }: i9 Z
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
! |, f% I# L( v reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,8 U* t& ` G/ S# s, T' r2 \: d
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.+ C% [9 j' E0 c
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before$ a3 P$ d) j7 n* K1 p1 q+ H
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

Changes and cancellations after check-in

# @7 o/ u* o* O3 H0 k13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to( I8 O4 G! C; L; }% G# g
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be k' f9 _' _/ p6 m
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
) u5 x4 B3 X) C6 l# q% J is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
. e, N: T, u U1 X- q services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

, N/ J& E# P8 }; v14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving( F# h" V0 Y! J" p" j
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground1 f+ C, U* b9 c0 B' V3 I/ Q$ Y
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

Late Arrivals

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

- M4 _6 A" S8 E' I/ `; o( m; k on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
$ |+ ]0 X4 q' j" A the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,, z I8 |1 j6 I+ I( B
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).4 Q# V1 H& z3 O3 A# d
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
7 A* ?4 h2 b1 M: B, P If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
( u9 j' x7 Y( u8 ~* {5 W/ }7 U expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two7 r1 `4 q1 ?$ ^: V& l4 u' \5 Q. ]
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
. s! n) Z% q9 V8 M policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

z: j! A: U9 p: A! E/ i5 l17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
- L9 R2 n8 f& }" F9 b scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of( }5 O" u6 c, d* ?/ q- G& h
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."% M! H) X. m' V% f

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
7 s2 V+ p$ m+ a% j- S$ Y will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
3 u. d: J8 ?1 a# s* }' e paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,9 d* _5 p0 w& [" j& l
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days1 k# d/ k/ a' E" v0 z
of your originally scheduled departure date.

Closures

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,

possible if we encounter this situation.
