on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

1 I6 q3 M' m" ?% D5 {4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
* n, x* n% Z, @ national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

( S) l. K. L/ u6 [" `& i5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
7 x8 u9 g3 d; } the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
& C i; M1 S7 Y2 L a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same) ^# d! Y, I% k8 p7 @
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.* ~2 j& ?. {. F- X# {" X
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
# ]# F+ k8 ^& G" U1 c a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
- C: X3 a3 J T7 R campsite; and the service type.
* [+ Z' t$ k9 C: W2 C7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
! C i8 o/ D ]8 ^4 M4 E/ D# u confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.
; |4 F, W- R* m6 H These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

( i0 _4 ^, A2 F+ ~0 L4 k' C payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at, E6 w$ {6 t& t) Y1 N
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

Confirmation

& N$ _# F m8 L! @8 T ]10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed3 G2 {3 x2 C7 z) n% Y) U; K+ L8 r
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to4 O5 `* C8 r4 \( r/ A! `
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you3 X" I. W9 o( r8 f

6 o: s6 ~+ l2 ` For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address4 \4 }( Q+ F' K4 P& q
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time). Z6 d, [/ p3 S

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
( R" U" |/ I7 x8 f or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
# ]- `, G* k ?9 E, m9 _12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You0 e5 J W% T7 A i
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
: K G2 {6 d0 g0 w" w7 X& i+ i1 L5 K8 n) V. q check-in to the campground, subject to the following:5 P" _$ N% S8 ]4 |
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,: ]4 y) b- v* w' M
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
9 t( T) Q! T0 h# H5 o reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,- x% S. F3 O$ t! v8 h) v" v
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.# [' |& N) b; g
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
; ^- u% w6 R: J5 x: Y: j 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
/ Q6 a5 l: A5 }% g9 I! f of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
) w9 m1 F; U3 H3 O6 B+ F* ? $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a! O6 p6 q! \% t0 w/ L! g
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to; v1 i+ _' q! \6 I( r0 ~) U" D( ~
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be& { y' h0 @: D9 Z# b9 N
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
/ N& Z9 k$ K7 W! _ is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the; K T3 d$ P6 Y( f6 a0 V
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
( H8 d2 e1 ?# w% f) T% E change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.8 G. s' R& S, _$ O
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving( N |0 Y% \+ n$ Q
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground/ ~) [' S4 w# [& U
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
, W8 q8 C+ H# ]! C. u! I will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please; b( o$ r4 a6 _ ]
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

7 ]4 n0 N( d7 e1 ^7 e on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
4 k! U! _, K5 g3 I1 J* | the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
0 g0 B2 I) v. E8 } call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).5 y% z8 A5 l3 G( y$ w1 g: ~
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:% j" C4 o9 S6 R4 ^+ m" J4 o
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your" `* t/ Z! g; o7 }: r2 r
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
( }" h3 h: e& ~* P* E nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
* j3 z1 K7 X3 ]6 _3 a/ z policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late6 B+ s0 D8 ]/ `% |
arrivals in advance.

2 G. f% ` }6 F17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
1 ~3 y4 o. T U4 l scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
4 y- W* a( C% r& z' t your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

8 f/ E Z9 b @8 s When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
`/ h% i ?* ]0 n$ d' O will be made available to other campers.
; m9 d3 b0 n9 r$ D, i* K0 C' F2 c& k g' D0 P3 o1 z9 x5 s# l3 q
If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees1 ?8 }, ^' ^9 ?0 P( h
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,+ v/ S( ?( r3 V3 ?' H
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
