You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

" O+ E4 x' U W: t4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
: D. ]* g- v9 R, G national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon7 v5 t+ ]. b7 L0 ~; U* T6 u# J+ k

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
5 q% ]: I1 S2 J* f the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as, i& @ |( R4 v ^6 `/ [
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
+ N$ M+ i5 I7 \ campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.- c! Z2 E8 n; M( I1 [
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on. X: R! |5 s( _3 r" t( R0 {+ z
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of. w/ u* W: m+ N% M ^
campsite; and the service type.
+ K8 _8 o$ M$ ~9 n% \% `3 N7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at5 `6 M& X) D7 T4 X9 w2 R: l1 n* M
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received- ~# {# z! X9 @ t/ h' r
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.. ^6 A8 u8 w5 M

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You3 H5 e3 O+ X3 p, W
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
7 X6 _8 ]5 {; ` check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
- G8 g) T* J5 @4 G+ C - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
8 {$ C' E3 ~ y. a4 L7 f3 x* d* W% v+ V you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your. ^1 c5 T# W5 l
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
9 h# K3 Q+ ]8 n/ u7 u, {" g( I you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
' e3 p- f3 l, h# `- v! w - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
+ s1 j7 c# u9 k 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
. {0 t! W; v" Y8 {, Q( V$ R( X8 y of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to& f; ~9 i, a9 d: ]% G+ ]5 l
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be) e" d" J0 K0 u! @# c
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change+ s% Y5 U2 c$ \0 U5 t/ E0 o+ P
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the# u y: h; z+ V/ X' ]2 p3 b' ^
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
8 i- f: J. g3 n, N1 w0 z change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.! F4 H m2 X' m, ?" ^4 L. l
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving1 V+ W: L) s1 s: O% H3 F- V% }
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground/ G+ a8 s0 t2 B, i0 G
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
/ O, ?; E7 j) {" Z w will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please' ~# g) i# N* R) e$ a+ Y
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
* X3 I# h3 i* A' O6 ]/ i# f on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
0 w' D# z, A, R the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,7 c8 A2 e4 z* T: |, w3 A' @+ f
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
8 v, \& D- F4 x9 |1 o16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:6 U# m9 B5 m9 S: p
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
* X. L- \3 [/ w$ U" }! l5 G8 S- v expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two8 e& M0 z* d* `6 I7 F ~
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see1 M2 {; p1 [3 E6 `8 I
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late' t7 v* E& u6 `) i3 R; k: Z2 p

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your ( a' g4 S+ U5 O& [2 l
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
6 Y+ \1 D8 p" n; B your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

6 ]4 n/ M2 E: K* x, } When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
6 p& h% ?+ ~" o d will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
. b2 F8 r; e S7 i, m* t5 T6 m paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
