1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service
C' W7 w3 s. {# s! [) ` is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
l6 u- Z$ x' |6 _) [7 `, M 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
7 T1 I. y8 O7 C1 E# C- H/ h You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
; ^- [9 ~( Q. f. h" g, S3 P on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
) [6 g6 n& I- F& \0 z4 g2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your( M; ?$ t! k% }/ t. Z! {$ ]' k
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your6 H, X K3 i* v
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
% V Z& N8 O4 E6 n, G1 R arrival at the park.
# \8 l2 \* a( B' T" a9 \9 u5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
( b3 S I/ `9 U: W7 O' c1 w- @# i the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
; O+ j$ J7 w: [9 A2 J- W, l a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same" L. k- D1 w1 b, N
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.* _' m" n5 O9 u! T4 s
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on6 ?% W: G$ R/ W& l- W6 j
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of5 C' q+ s L# [. u
campsite; and the service type. ) h! c- c/ E! @# N$ ?
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
- I: a2 ]- q6 m; s: f" Q4 ?* k& e confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.* ~2 X8 Q; c, g9 y- X5 `
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations% C' B1 u; s2 ~5 ]4 d7 k" T* Y7 C. t
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

0 T" d2 @( J! F. D8 }: e" J( C1 g/ }10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed- K% U# g4 r8 l E
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. 9 D6 I7 S, J4 a+ _$ u1 ~; T

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to, |( F$ h! C0 C, O& i
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

1 m1 A& _" S: T) ~ For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address6 j( W$ \7 o. l/ I5 G0 Y
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation8 J0 h- r6 X/ z2 u: V
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change. _6 y7 F' G, Q) y8 j. ]8 U
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You1 a" U3 {/ I) }# R% [9 M0 Z
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you) z- [4 y+ p, c" ]$ ]+ x, d- @; Q
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
6 K/ H2 |, W8 e7 _0 Y% V( L5 O9 c S2 } - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ v. V+ F# ^# M5 F9 U% h, Y! y you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your4 _0 S$ Q( p8 M$ c& W* a
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,/ v M- w H' Y% K
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
: m1 S9 }* \, f7 o4 u9 } - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before1 r. ^& ]. Z4 @% U4 a
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night( m! s( j. F1 e- E0 l$ { S
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
2 J! q2 S' {! B $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a
2 N7 O. }, e2 l- _/ h cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to8 l* k& L) a' q/ m# L
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be* ?( g |% T- E$ q( g* O
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
9 S& u l% ]% y$ W& p1 S& G is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
2 \' {( T! ]# x services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
# k8 K/ z+ L6 h0 K change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
, d7 W9 L4 A: h7 q$ Z14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
4 t G( M4 ^: r1 v earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground7 l8 c6 ]0 z( v0 h
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
2 v6 B1 h$ u2 Y( |# p% s' G will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please5 y9 E" [9 K" |# i0 g3 j5 }

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
) Y( h* y7 I" _& b* L on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact; t' m, ~" ] S8 d( h4 T, _
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

9 r) @5 }8 T' B+ x6 `5 x. [5 S3 y16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
3 X4 `6 c* m7 f- x If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your% @; e j, M+ y! P' `9 Q
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
/ Q. R; Z' Y3 R nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
. }! I/ M3 h8 C7 o N. \! y- d policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 4 [/ \0 s: \7 V! k6 q) x8 I
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
; z1 N8 ~8 U0 J3 Y' K) h& c' ~ your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."+ z5 F/ \2 w$ ], K; H [5 v
' A9 X5 I! F/ k) k5 L When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees; C/ q/ o0 E, p6 V9 V3 S
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
9 ?0 l) P/ p9 N reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
