1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight. m7 {: V1 p9 Y2 ?$ u% H9 @% {! p
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

m0 G( s- d8 d. N \) L* t% `3 r" B4 Y4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
* N/ E1 W" X) T# z+ i national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of2 F* H$ d; q: I" H5 W4 F' m
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as) G' l4 ^" j" q) T+ O+ Z$ m( D& l9 `
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same1 [1 O% B+ ?' u! ~6 `
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.& T. I2 t1 W, C/ I3 Q' f
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on& P3 P; c- `1 i+ O
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
% r% t: N4 b" _ campsite; and the service type. # [# n. @8 j g$ H* x
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
* k3 ]: x8 P) m6 W* X& j! o confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

4 ^: _( S) N" {/ h) X$ f All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
: j4 x- w# s6 T2 B7 B% d least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received; v' d1 e8 c* R' d. o+ Z
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.* X: B3 P7 f0 {* y2 |5 z' O

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your( q$ g1 ^% j: X9 [5 D

Confirmation

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed L$ T: S1 N4 T) e
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

8 @5 W$ w; t* [ It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to/ M" ~" ~2 C9 k- y( s
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you! V6 R0 O# X4 d/ m" P

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

7 ~4 f- a/ D# t7 I7 B1 X* P12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You9 {5 A) D+ }: m. `5 U# Q$ o
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
; G. g& f. ~ V" o. E* f1 A you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
; Y h3 s: O* i+ ^' s$ W reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,9 t" d# Q' c8 \8 W. E1 R
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.1 e" H+ ]% k) K
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before8 J9 g; L" ^5 _. Z6 n4 u4 _
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night2 R* O( R% w! X8 V% f
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original$ {" n" t; q8 R6 u4 N: O
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

; Z/ A: d2 o" m13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

% ?% F# d( X3 @0 E( Z guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
& t* q7 h e" \ is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
~% N( } z) p" K l+ m earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
5 a- l. u6 c. t; X! @ prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee0 c) l4 I K8 D
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

3 n7 M, A1 _8 _16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
2 [* `- |. {! i If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
$ V% \/ J" S" B0 K+ [ expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
0 y# @) J! f u6 i0 h- d nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
9 {) A# t: o2 E scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
P' \+ v3 b( H- ?* w1 `1 _& u, m your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.". M0 `$ d y% d6 a I$ E
' s$ \: B& q% [+ O' o7 N, P" j When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
- K7 j r1 F3 n2 [' e0 l will be made available to other campers.! K! I: j! Q A, M5 _5 Z

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
. T3 b$ F% ]; I. M) M, P! F paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,& ~6 K0 [6 y) T
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
