1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.# [$ W; H$ g! q: i$ k: k
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
4 V' L* F3 K2 u# b6 } `2 a on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. $ t3 q$ Y! W/ r/ I& d
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your: U) ]% c$ ]8 x) n5 z, T- K6 K
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are" \! _" t6 X! m- D4 a( W( Q
due when you make your reservation.5 i8 ]* k( t: g
4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
8 l* O3 m- T# l) H( Z national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon- S" h6 {& c6 f+ S% z) |& N5 o
arrival at the park.: M- ?" Z% X, V$ W! H
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
3 N* f E5 b" ^% N the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as1 O9 L E2 ?7 L/ Y9 P6 v1 O& ?
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same" e! D9 X8 g6 i, P( p
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
' h- G( C6 w7 c/ G( k6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on9 y0 E. ?6 y! I( d& A
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

* _! H4 z( U( C2 V7 L- K% W, l( ?: E, y7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

Methods of Payment

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received9 S+ d0 B' @ }/ U( \6 U
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your" Q M4 E' A0 I& R( b" E
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

& I% X7 n; D @& t2 p( { - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

1 G0 P) A& a7 X1 M: x; b3 b14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
* {: F9 _/ B" y earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
& i5 ?7 a6 c$ z: x7 V$ W) P! ? prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee, M" x2 n0 j, v

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the' L5 h6 K; K0 c( J$ N- S
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
6 R- G1 o* i, j$ d& v/ t5 \ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
1 i" {+ e# N: n$ { the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
: t7 q" q# d* I# A2 L2 }/ Z call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
3 s+ D: V( L* T; _16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
# o: \9 C" j2 p- Z If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
' j$ A T! t) a4 B; U4 v expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two% [8 Y& U. x' n
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
5 N' m6 s9 C0 _$ W: ?& {. V7 @ policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late* G* _$ T, z6 y7 h, }

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."3 |: u6 S3 r" f$ X g9 V( X

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
