By using the Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service, you are agreeing to the following
% ^3 E+ } E& d# l7 H% DTerms of Use. Please read them carefully.

General Terms of Use ( ~* x/ a. f6 |& H9 S: ^+ ^
& [9 c4 y# P0 I6 z! C! B( a6 x1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service " A$ r y" j1 O/ E/ P8 @) N
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between! \' v Z- [: l7 s
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
$ s" A# U$ f$ y/ s$ ?" b2 K You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight; y" g R4 b8 [! O$ m7 f
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
5 W5 k3 X' _9 i3 d2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your
* T0 i1 \/ N2 [+ x reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park
8 E. a' |" q4 d/ G time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).

/ Y) l- O s8 \& k6 i3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are6 i; S+ p; v. a* H. u
due when you make your reservation.
n, v# D$ F) V% A4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your1 Z: ?1 B. H5 z8 z' H5 N/ a- q, z
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon7 ]7 x5 X8 _- l, Q
arrival at the park.8 t9 r6 U+ o* X+ C" d4 e
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
2 I5 `5 P3 t5 Y4 r2 O the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
& n3 @- S( d( B, o a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same2 j2 k0 b6 _8 ~! e: B9 ]$ a, G
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80., J- L% y5 Q/ w; Q; y
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
. X+ X! @! L# ]2 { `. o$ V3 } a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
$ h/ O" R# l9 I( \- e! m2 T% _7 V' [$ P campsite; and the service type.
0 Z- x0 u4 {; y' o7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously3 S5 P2 R$ A) d& {* z
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.4 p2 E3 s* L3 g4 ^
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the* [- a4 e9 m8 { t8 V
change or cancellation.

credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), certified cheque or international

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of/ F8 i; ^0 d0 X4 T
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations% @: m$ e) S. Z* W1 ^' j3 B
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed. * \: L. ^& V1 H, ?: {* Q& M) {9 ^
All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
# r% m4 k: K w, R' j& ?0 U; @ least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
/ E5 `0 ^- V4 h& Q for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

2 _2 e a5 t; T; W F7 B$ |- c10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed% D" M" P9 m, t( M! J
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. : q0 B* A9 R/ p g7 |$ s8 f

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to% _- _4 y0 q7 ~, s, m% q* ~
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you6 a; C0 m1 Z' n' m( O. O
into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address
6 Y; K+ o% Y4 E6 t to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation3 W# Y/ _ i& Q+ H, d( ]# g
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

! i- R3 Q& ~$ r( \+ E For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)9 M9 t. {( W. h1 U
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within3 \) q! J+ o! J
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online, c: L. h" F! x; L" X4 N
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
3 x* D) c, ]" k3 q8 u12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
. n: [3 ^% D# e will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you' ~# {1 }8 i( k. O% m% r
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
' S4 n0 K- s) v+ P8 P( j$ N - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,; ]" ?8 ?7 {0 p+ V1 p( o. u
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your# _* j& D1 w- z
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,( p$ H; \' t5 f- h3 i
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.) I0 _5 J, u. Z' ], p$ H4 K* b
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before$ t4 M, g% L# p) B
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
' S- H6 X% e4 Z8 ]& w of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
: D) ?3 e2 ?/ j7 K; |# j $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a- p& B4 B- T V6 M c0 p. B% ]
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to. Q: x+ H: @" E! |. P
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be! E& k% |7 [& B8 K$ m3 B
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change/ L+ o) I: l( u3 }
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
; J( Q v: p( T services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
6 f. w$ e/ s% g2 i8 Y9 q* C change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
( d9 C3 e2 Q$ S2 }3 k: }14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
) _" V+ K! l/ L, b' h7 N) D8 O earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
7 h/ u8 ]8 l8 J8 \% M. { prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
& |0 Y! d! W- q+ D will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
/ ]' A% P! P5 }# L$ H! M+ f: l2 y notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.: a# u0 H ?. m, T

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the" @: D3 D& Y( n# W! O: B _1 u
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground* }- E8 K( c7 v' ^ D9 N2 _. M: j
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
& c8 a# L( A% ?4 { the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park," C: ^! ^& [3 k, I' z) C
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
* i4 E( l# [4 b% b q16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:- |' \- Z; X q" A7 T* v" t8 O8 h
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
' N9 A- u$ ^; e+ Y expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two( l# |" s; q7 u' o) {5 \
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see1 N! \8 y3 ^4 C4 A' i% @! K" {
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late) G- `& y y6 H! e
arrivals in advance.9 j' X/ {. H& f# ?0 m n

No-Shows
& }: J* ] B% _) U: U( a; @- [6 a7 H8 D
17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
8 R1 M+ b$ M: B! T& h3 g: I" p scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of& N( q( h$ }; N3 f
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."/ z) ~- x0 p0 p3 \7 ~. `
% ^4 j2 V/ m5 E0 V When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite. |: `; w, S/ \" a# Z# q1 y' n
will be made available to other campers.
8 c/ F9 @0 R, U% ]1 Z; m& }0 s1 A* {+ {% ~. q
If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees1 E) V2 x: \) Q% G5 N. ^% w
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
8 s' w3 Q( A+ ]' [ reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
