1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.3 l3 X3 ?/ o2 H' J2 a7 F
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are5 C) u) F) t% \# D; a* x3 y# b

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your$ F7 z6 ?! c; @1 v+ ]# Y& V
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon' j7 {5 U3 Y5 e, p) f
arrival at the park.
6 _: X: \! x% m0 v5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
+ F% G4 k5 Y x0 R/ { the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as+ X2 {1 r, ~% L2 a& i r
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
M5 N# a( D2 g$ p! ~6 A$ ` campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
) y& x7 f0 @* O4 f. ]7 |$ O6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

campsite; and the service type.

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received/ x9 b! r* b6 [0 N' y
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

% }2 Q2 F& }" l4 d2 v( h ^: f We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your" @) u% Q# V* L4 V7 s
certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed. 3 B" h# @- {5 y. l' v6 P

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

3 a& a. m' E7 F8 w) g* g5 n the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
( v9 R( I. e5 K$ q7 M or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
, l6 U/ h1 g/ s9 o12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
# y' w% k' r7 A will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
" U) x5 h9 H# o; h check-in to the campground, subject to the following:/ o3 C6 w, q8 }. @7 F% C( F
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
5 _; P! s* X2 N you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your5 z( K9 ]% l) K. m4 e
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
* d+ J! {1 e3 I8 p you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.1 h8 }* K% u1 U: c! @* y: A& [
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
* r$ T9 G- k+ s( E+ @2 w8 Q. | u 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night% p, x0 z8 m% D
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to2 ^ b. c: h2 [9 q/ i
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be, @6 } W: W6 \9 w2 ^9 L9 M( j
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
" p0 y( K1 |+ x: Q is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the" p0 v7 Y3 O: ]* F7 X2 i
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
; B3 i% e. _) H* u' D, O$ g, e change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.4 i, ?; H, M+ s" G1 S/ H) u
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving7 Y& F* ?; V/ o0 U6 C! [
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground: H7 K/ ^2 a. ?
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee$ u1 v! J# d# V; K4 N! z
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please1 I E+ e; q0 G. N
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact4 n! ]% d& u6 ~% p4 G, H
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,1 C/ T' y1 z( P& v6 A3 {7 M: g# S( j
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
/ `& k! |4 r! q% A; C L9 B16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:

nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your - J+ g. E* X2 T
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of: J3 C$ \7 w) s+ k+ Z+ ]
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
