on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
` {1 ^' G9 ]/ \# ?: b national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon3 i+ Z# }; N" O; @8 I
arrival at the park.
- q5 z; y7 w9 X6 Q; y7 @5 y5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of& Y4 ?: t5 k# w2 n) c
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as6 v) P+ ~# A% K2 H
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
3 V" H/ N9 K4 `: y- K8 }" H campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
+ y9 H: i# O8 J2 B. y6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
5 h; z/ `% m9 @" W& |: w2 v a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
9 n" ` q( A- L1 G# K9 P v campsite; and the service type.
1 Y" e* e& v: E8 O7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
Z8 R' d0 W* e4 w; h* d confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.8 S3 [, _# U. v
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the, i$ W) ~' [2 q% O

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed7 J2 P, `( g8 N" S
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. & e$ Q% X9 A0 Y% W8 V! l7 C# ~( a
. a/ A) G, e- O3 O# P4 o6 |# T+ z It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to' S+ p6 g: z4 \; d Q0 @9 |
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

Changes and cancellations before check-in

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,; o- v4 @: t/ Q0 w
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your! F2 t2 n1 ~8 W- Q# F9 a
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night; A4 i6 {6 m9 L! g
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

. J& V8 V2 b6 X7 C( O: X14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact) X1 ~! E% r4 c% r) u2 M8 [) b
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,. J9 e m& A3 ^$ D8 u6 h
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
0 c* K$ J6 Y1 t6 L- ^16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
, c, t$ h# r0 M, h+ d( A2 K If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
! I; e; O3 r2 E( `! X0 y' b% D expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two b6 _7 h" h% O1 Q
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
& ]) Y/ v" U# B policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows + p& c( r( R2 R9 X
|/ q# k8 Y& Q \% Z, ?17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
) B! R, ?9 \+ V m7 ^' f9 V/ ` scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
V0 T: q: |# ` your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite9 `) H& Q/ i. v0 K" C) s; \6 H4 G% I
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
" c% Q/ y$ S. r" N/ O paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,

of your originally scheduled departure date.

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,
