1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.5 f; k( \4 E3 o8 x5 l
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight" H8 z+ R% h: j, ^
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. " ~2 T& F" n0 ]) ]) l0 ?" P
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your# m& c9 t7 ^( `' f) H C3 \! l
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
S4 ^& ]: }9 y6 [" f6 s& { national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

8 L! } u* a: y% C1 F. G( d. S5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
6 S5 e2 t1 i# H/ N6 u$ S the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as( a! o- T9 N# A k, L* K7 S6 }
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same/ z0 y+ w- c6 q3 h+ C4 h
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.' z% Q9 E. V: |1 H l+ W
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously! b/ k4 L0 {2 {% C/ |# K! n7 ?- D
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at0 b7 P, m2 o4 {# ~* Y5 U
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
3 A. ^! a# m( r' a6 V$ l) g# p for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

7 B1 o( }7 }; f It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
% J4 M& D7 T4 \# m the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you2 [$ |8 V, Q9 V- z

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address% I# c n: B: M( |! K( v" G% q
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online y8 N3 F# X: J p# i/ [- P
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
9 A/ S% i" b& _6 }12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
& H) z0 q* f, h8 C! f; Q; U. ` will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you; k2 l/ G- w1 L- a" B
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
' q& ?2 M0 ^. ~9 [6 w - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
% `1 l. _, N0 {. W& e you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your5 z0 z6 U2 P3 D
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
- w+ H, b" q; B i% a you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
& f, c) T# ^% O B - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
5 c/ I6 Q6 T) \# D; [4 D$ c 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night, K; M, g+ H2 Z$ A, p0 s6 p- h
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original9 L5 f' n: V( L
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a1 R. C( S. q" d9 Q

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
o5 I4 d- x/ m8 c [ is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the/ a ^* a2 ]% s4 w' D$ a1 J. Q
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80! Y4 T& Z: o0 b: _
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
9 y& a! E( G, G6 e9 ]14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving! y9 m1 p2 y: c$ d! {5 Z* R
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground$ G& v8 ?/ b5 d' c
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee4 U) ^8 D! {/ z A% [
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
/ ^, S* C. j$ w Z- h4 ?1 p& i2 E notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
! J, H) _; b" |, i If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
- @- ~& \6 l8 b+ x1 m expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two. ?5 u1 ]8 K+ X. s' E
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see+ d; W5 H4 K1 P$ ~& t) i
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
- b+ f5 E! M: ? scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of( c/ C- x, p- f, y6 J& U {- O
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.": w t7 T1 j }

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite! L5 j: Z3 s! @, `: q4 u
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees6 ~8 E- m% Q4 i: |) U
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,

of your originally scheduled departure date.
