7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are1 y& @0 C* U6 I
due when you make your reservation.
: S) s$ |: {9 _4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
5 t0 K8 s: Q1 q* p6 s+ _% Y0 i$ z the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as# F- `* c+ e. }9 ~6 V9 a
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
6 x( @% Q1 p4 O8 O# u campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
* K u. J: V; l' r& |0 Y/ S! I: k6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
+ \% l6 p6 v+ I9 v$ w* }& w% d a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of: s; ?0 A p2 u) R
campsite; and the service type. 7 Y6 a k; K9 p$ V) n' \0 X y* X
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously& }! g% L4 s, w4 [1 N
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.9 @- W" _( `8 b1 m
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), certified cheque or international

; l$ Y( G F' j9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at2 g; \; P% D" ^& A- V
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received& J7 a& j3 {' M% ^" U2 W) ]
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

Confirmation

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to8 r4 X8 }& e, P2 V. Z- P

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
/ Q/ j) d4 T% G% q- I7 ^ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
. i; c( O! V, y, a3 P reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
# X6 f5 C. \. a- M" H+ c you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
. ]9 q# _/ A; A0 B/ ` - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
- @+ D6 t( a3 u 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night2 k6 ? G: y$ R3 U7 E: q

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to7 e& G, M9 J8 ~ z
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
% h0 _5 w5 F& ~! O7 r/ V0 a' V! H guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change( W/ @+ H n6 [1 C! k
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the/ U7 I3 f3 u, {; k! h( _
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
5 O$ F2 `" l+ U g' F change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
5 M9 z* i" ?% f. X5 @14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
. f' b3 `5 w8 p' i6 D earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground4 n& R# y0 O+ W- p
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
4 O) f$ L- p" y4 J5 k1 l will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

- t" f& R( _: ]& j& q0 k; F: ]( \( } on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
4 v3 K9 O7 P3 p' ?. L1 x the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,$ H1 z: x' N" i
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
( L1 j+ `& s; t# x4 M. a16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
) @ x$ ]; k3 d, g; H. t If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your7 U2 l, D/ [! d' q/ P) X2 ^
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two7 c* k4 C1 ~8 y/ z$ j1 Y8 d3 Z
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

! J4 d. H0 f% p17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 3 }1 Y. g2 a3 G* u& |
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of3 ?% s5 }) J8 @ T# w
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
