1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service 8 t2 v$ H9 U8 F M, B* ~+ C
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
& @% c/ e R8 `/ G$ X% u& _ 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
+ t7 F, ?( D' \) \2 ^ You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight% _: ^/ {8 i4 Y0 l7 ]! S
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 2 f& N3 m- Q# c4 g& Q5 |
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your- \8 F* R9 z2 w9 z
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are: ]5 v% ^# K: ~+ w

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your/ K |3 @% z3 J+ F' K
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon4 q \3 ]- ^ g! X
arrival at the park.
( J |) @# w- Q: t5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of1 y P ^* j/ Z- u
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as

campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at1 k7 F; b7 t. k! ]
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received4 z; H& T1 G8 c; y% \
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.3 k% Y6 p, V" H/ e3 R
; `* u8 s' x6 e( z0 S1 P We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your: o1 K; O5 \3 p
certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to1 F6 o4 {2 s `, c
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you# `" e' x4 w9 d k) q

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

Changes and cancellations before check-in

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time) }9 y; E' s$ q) A3 |2 t' E
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
$ q" V, @: T4 d8 l" l3 E( F the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online8 \' t0 q# I+ j; b/ N
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.8 S. z0 e- Y; I3 J! X" B: v9 n
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
1 O( _ ]7 ~, u4 N7 _* S! y will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you& q8 [; h5 s, Q9 j" X. g
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:* l; x# y: r8 @, }
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
% [6 ]; G! ?$ b0 J, ?- F you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
3 r! o9 `# O& L1 t) G reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
0 Q X9 g- \7 }8 M9 p you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.) c- j* m u" \7 b4 I% y
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
# ~) Y" `1 r) h1 G 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a2 b0 [* p* t# M* T

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
! a' y/ @8 g2 I" V6 ^ your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
2 c# O4 [ [) {9 X* `$ J guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
0 C. t o5 Z) T* f is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the: [2 P) t/ L; B
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80% q9 }7 x% _: l' c5 w, F3 @* n
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.! S- K$ ^) i7 T& V% E: W
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
- `3 J7 H+ B1 {. J8 ~' H2 q- ~" L8 A* y5 [ earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
) i! x$ R2 f% X# c: Y3 a6 y prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee5 P4 ? f* l, r
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
9 E" A( Y1 k t* q notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.* @: g/ N4 v3 Z4 _6 | V

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the* U# c. G2 W4 @ [% b9 w
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
- Q% R( [6 D6 a+ @ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
- f. y* l4 h9 ] the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:! T- {2 f* d O
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your! ^: H; S# [# g( ^3 s+ M& L
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
0 {* I* _; N; t nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
2 i2 {2 P5 Y( p& Y- ]' ~ policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late# A2 R2 n2 P: t5 `$ ]

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your * ^5 E ~* d' L; G. S) v
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of3 r( R1 Z* ~* k4 r/ J& X8 {" [
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show." T/ L) D! q; O7 N, ]: }
" R8 u7 \7 @! S When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

% k/ A F" y8 E1 {) i+ K: V If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
9 A0 b& R9 S1 n% u paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
