7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
2 q9 ^& y; C& D4 m; Y1 {9 W You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight4 \$ i( v. O- h6 r5 l P& y
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are$ U/ L7 S6 n& P& m9 n' v
due when you make your reservation.
* f7 o9 {8 I) k0 L7 ]4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
2 ~, S, r9 q8 [1 O national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
3 z- L5 D r0 A! m arrival at the park.
$ B) w) ]8 P; h' z5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of/ d6 ^4 h. A" n- _4 p9 p
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as! d6 O! b* W( O' I3 l
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same4 {! j9 Y u( ?& o2 m5 _
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
8 l1 G4 r2 @& @; |+ j6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on6 g$ h* ?0 W, s9 _- c( j
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of5 A; B5 S8 z" a- |6 h0 _. O
campsite; and the service type.
4 q* ]- A) \4 Z: Z" W0 B7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously4 c3 A* L. f! T2 E
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international( M, T6 F) Q/ U, D

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at T7 q' m4 o& v
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

/ s* S- c; L6 H We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your% `/ d0 d8 Z* }( ?% I

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to) G, p( K+ T% n4 o' \& J$ H* C
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you% j5 c: M# b$ X

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You- J. L* k ]: g P4 v5 Y; [: g/ ]
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you. A& J5 V/ M5 j$ W0 ^
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:$ U+ P7 d! e, ?: ^. |9 G l
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
% z- c( O; }. y# _ w; l A you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your; c! s$ W" I# p& V- |
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
/ D/ ]2 e) l* d: w, R you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
% r! Q4 H0 J8 g: a. _$ E - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
) U6 S% ~3 w/ ?' V2 P. @ 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
4 v( T9 n" J# P3 Y D of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
4 \2 W' i/ K# J6 k# _8 _5 i, J $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
! w! L/ M3 t6 p guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change$ a; k0 s7 s' S
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
9 Z( Z+ i( \ y( ~14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving. m! ^' f/ m+ }. n: G
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground7 `! n Z- K' w( ~( n
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee7 K7 Q1 a$ G) Y7 _1 n2 w/ Z& K/ q
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
' F3 _8 p8 u7 I, [ notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:" h, \, u0 o! |9 e' k) N
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your- `, K5 B& V2 b' l" i3 e$ z7 {( V. I
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two8 e5 V0 U; z0 Q+ u, I2 A
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
# f7 g& G* s6 }8 Q4 D- o; F policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late# O! p3 x$ T, W+ N& S& y$ M9 A

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of! g0 g+ f7 y Q" X, F, o
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."" Q; }9 k8 j+ W5 v/ O
7 l) h* E: g" b+ U+ d& P+ { When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite9 b8 w$ W `2 L' S
will be made available to other campers.

! H: Q! F& l/ w! B" q If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
% b* t+ _+ l" A+ K9 y paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable, H& R4 e% T$ x
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days' S& G3 L b T
of your originally scheduled departure date.
