! U8 I1 e9 h* Z! A You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
7 v* \6 `' h1 f0 ^* ] the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as+ k2 Y. z! C7 O: \) N
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
9 o, B, p0 ], F* y9 h) [8 _ campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
# H# m4 Z3 O# @# U/ F2 L6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on0 `+ o: H- a: B8 l, k4 X/ X/ E
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of- O% B6 Z w2 f* ~ g! ]
campsite; and the service type.
C/ n% t$ _( q8 w7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously. G/ J& B7 q. i4 y* n" ~$ ~; t
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

Methods of Payment

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international' k) _% ^7 i7 ]" }& j& J
money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of
( V6 X" y* |7 L+ h4 k: D) c payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations! D4 c7 K% W4 z; b9 _
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
. ]4 a$ a- d- Z6 m; Z K9 ] All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
$ u, X1 Q9 ]7 T+ G0 U A, X$ J least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received9 j8 u# A% V$ n: b& g
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

G) ]; z/ p% p |% r# z We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
- j/ u" @3 v& y1 \( w certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed. ' a" b2 e4 f( a, f( J) U

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed
8 w; M- ^0 S4 e1 \0 {: F. ?1 ?/ K reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to# E6 f! u# c4 T. I4 }
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you! I. m( B N3 w1 I! m2 u
into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address2 d6 Y5 r9 m" q( ]
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation- n1 J4 g! f& d6 e; b, V, U
number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.- l1 e- e) b5 ]2 `7 B- r7 c, x

Changes and cancellations before check-in

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)
3 }' T+ Q# K6 ~+ x( Y2 G on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within9 G" W% B7 b( q/ Y* L# n
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
- W6 `; J- E9 u5 n5 [* a3 m or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.! Q3 `- o* H K& |* F' M5 l
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
; y- W6 x! M' v7 P will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you; v* y0 n8 {; [* x, |* a& I
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
, o: A" X5 a6 a b, \ |& l - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,. ^- `, i3 O! C: m/ D3 \
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
% n7 | U* k* f; h reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition," ~% L5 O: _' j Q8 o
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.) o7 U9 l) }# r: A% |4 D
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before1 ^7 M+ {9 b0 Z8 M8 u
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night" L0 j% m9 o1 p" _; E$ v& e) U
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original9 M0 V0 m& i& a4 P3 [

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
- e4 k$ I' D" s& } your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
+ Z: l& J: `8 g; G: y+ }! x guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change7 y4 o! e/ ^( {( [+ |1 R
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the) X) I5 q2 m$ s C
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
9 z x/ D* m. x, z9 @, ?# Y change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited., g3 \! O5 Y/ l9 G; m4 S6 ~4 C1 v
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
, B' M6 K7 D$ X$ l earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground5 \% \& c: w, W m
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee, d1 M* P6 ^6 ]
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please/ @4 J* t4 i& ?% |5 S
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the' Y* O" b; w) ~
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground1 m5 j! y3 Z' Y! ^5 S: P
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact) T; o& @& r* @4 G5 f( H
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,7 c( n/ ]! u. M: n9 \! K
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).9 [& i1 J i/ u: e4 i4 ]! E$ ^
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
( a! @, O5 z, K, {& s! r If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
1 `3 o0 e+ R5 R2 j expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
% V7 p! v) k U1 _0 S& V& R( Z nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
3 ^ A" [7 e1 j( E5 ~ policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late* G" S0 g) c/ O
arrivals in advance.# Q9 k2 X1 _" F, z
$ m% [2 k! Q6 d$ h/ pNo-Shows + k4 w0 z- _, W
% r$ u6 f) x; {$ G17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
{, P9 | D5 s; U scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
' [8 K! ?" O; L* H! @' ^2 }1 a/ h your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."2 {3 J- u3 ?0 m$ Q. a* g7 X1 q7 D
7 H: G# s1 L2 {5 ~ When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

7 _6 y' a% N& j- f If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
# ]6 G# t* `6 D+ v3 x paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
* ~4 W/ a. F2 J* g& I+ R reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
