7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
' f* ^- e3 p5 v" d& R( N You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
( b. {1 A/ y; m' ^' w7 M" H' ] on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

Fees

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your4 N9 f( j5 B# V
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
( Q; N- W$ A: ?7 m2 u _* a1 m arrival at the park.' b9 Q) c2 L* e) Y$ ?' {9 f4 a
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
+ s2 z! p3 s2 Q6 m) F. W the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as" \9 H& T6 T3 E S/ V. q
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
3 y) t; i- b2 e1 _2 \ h( m campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.0 O3 S- N7 [7 E$ j: C
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
2 V" A2 d$ A7 ` k a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
" s" e- b, c Y3 c8 K campsite; and the service type.
: ^% k* m( x2 J3 x7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously+ [0 }( ~6 `: n! ^8 Z: b6 T4 u9 ^0 p
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.8 P4 `9 o5 a+ { J9 l# \. |* m

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address9 g0 N6 w* q c& w6 l0 a- \

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.$ e' a! c; j1 _. n

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international* E; [ s( I: ^! T$ }

Changes and cancellations before check-in " v5 T3 N) z- |# @7 F7 d

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)' w# Q/ S, N) ^( E
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within, B$ C, T( i9 i: a8 ~! {
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
; u0 w- D+ d& J3 E or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
9 G" P4 t P& Z7 ?2 E12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You$ i4 H8 B+ j3 O. o
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you8 b# B+ K, N+ K: V: a. k
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
, J. R$ t) w' A! T+ f/ Y! v! X - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
! i( A, h' A- ~: B0 J0 ^ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your; k- k' A- {' R; C, }, a# X
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
. Y. m3 [) z* m you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
: U. @6 b7 k4 c z8 w - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
: M" b* s n+ B 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
/ c+ _. ?& \& c+ a% k) z) C of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
5 }9 O3 r% N( u* P5 M/ K- u2 t $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
+ E1 B- }2 p _ your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be* h5 F$ M M5 V9 k" G R B% X# c
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change0 q) v4 @* m# S+ Y/ Y! ]) L* i" v( [
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
5 B* A8 R) x: {; a2 a9 a4 u' T' u0 f services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80/ y! C$ U& k* C5 X# y6 }6 w; t
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited./ R( q9 \5 q# l" ~. t# m* z
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
% }* j$ J X; D" r7 D! d9 x earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
: {; h) c3 S- u7 r+ e( Q prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
- ^3 J6 F. s$ {* T; t6 I will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please+ j! Q/ [- r- T: H
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.( O4 d/ Z. N5 ^. f/ {- H% `( B

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
5 p, D! Y" K; d on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact8 J8 c. S: v3 ? r
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,2 O1 I' X6 S/ ~: U9 g+ i
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).) e Z! {8 v6 A' H2 C. P* A8 P
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:4 ^% h" M% B1 g0 H" K
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your+ R) R! K4 i. `
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
, |: N: ?- L4 b; s- z% ? f nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
, D( u P/ |( H. D0 l0 L9 t policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

+ m P& k7 W2 Z17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
9 B% N9 Q, N8 d; o scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
2 C8 K, w' K- w, s' z your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
' G4 B# \$ g5 m! V" N6 p( I) {& ?" y# P
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
0 N7 W2 y5 v: @ U6 R, a will be made available to other campers.

1 @$ q* [- P7 J, G If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees l% q3 ^8 y+ f6 F- J
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,

of your originally scheduled departure date.
