7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.7 W* ` H& @$ E: k# E+ M" M+ k
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
+ M) Q* Q3 @) B) T+ x on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 4 N- C' y3 F' J, d
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your
# F0 v: j( P Y# D' X+ }+ E reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park7 I- Z5 }! l. k( a4 c
time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,
, Z$ r. d& V4 }# k this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National" h( y/ M, M0 w. t$ N
Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).& V4 s! R5 l, {/ `

national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

1 _) q {+ S* i s% F( t+ A5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of2 [: E7 \4 _( N5 Q, a
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as& X5 s+ W! r/ M: A
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
1 G! f/ I1 u3 b campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
; y% ^0 ~9 U; a* r; A6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on9 c. g/ N. H, @1 r" o
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

3 O6 [$ C% u& \3 ]7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously' Q, z, K8 k5 _6 `6 O
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.* a4 @, U% H! W6 }# c
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

Methods of Payment

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
" R+ u0 p3 j9 l! }9 n2 ]0 Z All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
5 o* n5 i) j, |) x least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
% k3 @8 u) z1 v for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
5 M" \, R0 B- z" h( f0 ?" N6 t certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

Confirmation

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

" g* g4 a! o& Y5 e8 L It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to2 q! l+ Q. t1 |% l0 r
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you
; b( G5 h9 b1 V0 ~; A into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address6 `3 Z5 q+ P% J. k$ W2 j7 o
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation
% h1 [/ E0 ~4 A number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an
7 W& m% l6 r3 n& f2 o electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print out the confirmation screen,

$ P( x2 y2 ~* t' c6 X2 P on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
& P; `8 s: R1 K ] the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
* ^" O8 I2 V6 S- T2 c will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
/ K7 h" M% u2 L" l) S( ~3 E- R0 H check-in to the campground, subject to the following:5 e8 q4 `0 j/ G& |+ p. Y* y
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
/ W0 e$ t( `" T1 ~- f you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
$ D" h" u$ v& q5 x; l reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,; ]6 p- v% f! z8 G) q; S# E
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
, H/ M0 \- Y% C, L }+ p - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
2 M7 s' }/ H9 s( H) A1 [ u 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a1 n* u# K' n3 o1 L* I

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

, w$ a9 U0 n) D n, u6 m3 o# v% k guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change( C9 c7 W0 }( B& k1 P9 x8 }- i$ E0 q
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the; S: m; N4 i0 T7 A5 O5 G3 _) S
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
( u. M9 {0 ^$ v2 U+ g1 E" I change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.9 D0 ^/ Z2 {; Q
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
/ ?* w H. `* \1 I/ K6 I0 R earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
7 _( P) _( m( B: [! f- R prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee) f0 J" L$ R8 ]9 L" T. H
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please4 k" w4 V: o) l: I, h q) w
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.9 s& E) W9 e& g

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
+ S R, q8 S6 Z( T* m* Q$ a on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
! c6 X: ` W) G+ V- H# ? the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
" e9 I5 `# z1 e$ k7 a call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
2 M7 z, X5 A% b; C+ Z16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival: x6 q& w% X( o& H) Z/ [6 V3 J
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your h: [" N9 p; w* X, J2 k
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
9 c. Y/ d* b6 p; Q# M nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see4 o! d/ i- ~0 I0 \
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late/ c! m0 t- B. Q" B6 L
arrivals in advance.

No-Shows ' X, p* U0 f t

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
& k7 E- W7 M# c scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
$ f) c' N( F! a6 C$ S your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."& f( g6 p) r+ W* O |% \
5 R4 U: M" D5 j ?: A
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite( }: T: z: C5 v6 K i+ x
will be made available to other campers.& t2 o" }5 k2 V2 Q' M& Z! K: M& o
5 a& a; i0 K" ] n4 p1 U If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
2 q) J( A: q# U5 i0 H+ ? G paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
& T, F4 X& o c- x m! i reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,
