1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
# H R4 S. R6 b/ {# z% H" z You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
; k/ m* p/ J* {& ^; R1 S& ^5 ?: H on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
- J( r+ E% D. K# ~" v+ w2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

due when you make your reservation.
* B8 J* K# ]+ c4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your. |/ Z( v: K w6 m
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon/ A" q9 b' o, j/ H" J- e

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
K! c" ^: z) X, I the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
8 w! J+ p9 q$ {7 F+ d: }8 ] a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on% F3 w8 V' A$ \: ^3 e9 ~6 a; G" j Q
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of, L0 w9 b# `7 H' g4 x
campsite; and the service type.

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the7 x# C% f! ?- y4 k

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- y" P2 g- n9 U( z) S4 L - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
% T, |; J. u, H6 y; y! g9 u you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your$ @& _7 w( T% N" |9 Z
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,/ G' s% L+ C+ w4 ?8 d
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
* f4 g% M5 B9 h8 { - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before1 Y' N0 A1 O$ K: a8 ~" b
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night/ u( H* V( }$ Q- f

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
' r+ C$ X1 g! t2 Z0 }14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

! }1 w+ W5 k6 P( B16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:

) ]9 {6 V2 q8 { q7 Y0 q* K expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two/ e3 \% [: b5 b
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees5 I7 H! h, A( w! J# e1 {
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
