General Terms of Use

is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between

) v) ]: z7 i# V! c% b% Q9 M s You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight- {0 b! I7 f' r9 ^! [# |- z' |1 S; b
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
# ]* a1 k+ E2 o. a/ y8 h& E national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
5 B2 Z2 K, V( {6 a arrival at the park.
% r3 q$ r1 n9 `" [! b5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
9 ^- g" ?5 R+ Z/ q, P the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
/ \9 M- @3 _, G3 y1 a* K: n a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same' c9 f8 j5 V3 u' X: g: r
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.4 H+ e- K3 R3 d$ E
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
; B! b: o/ j, ]3 X1 t' ? a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

& a1 }" S6 B1 g' @, @7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
( U3 Q* ]1 x( T( H confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.9 V8 l+ T' W$ C
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

' D% L) Y* G0 A/ H5 J All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
) e, R) d, y7 {+ s" M4 j$ b least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received6 T1 y. _# B2 O0 I# H
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

* {6 m. J& t, x- E We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
+ |4 y; H* H$ z$ p5 h* a$ P certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed: v2 r1 E8 l4 q# N4 c/ L$ s
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. / d+ S- W! a5 D$ \7 `

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to5 E( o/ {2 f o; U7 T' f
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

; s# A# T4 y2 j2 i: ?2 R For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address+ r0 o9 D6 x4 J/ G5 C5 V

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.3 Y% C8 X) o4 r& n/ t8 G/ e

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
3 x! u' m6 q$ }( f7 p& |* R% H8 s: B will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you4 t7 Z* B" R+ y! f
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:+ a9 N; c- t/ l+ s+ b
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
' |) D/ R5 a$ c* N you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your. V! ~( a8 S( B
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
. w; P6 r0 h) a2 h3 J8 ~. W you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.! {) e1 b* u6 H
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
$ h; n( I. _& P0 F) M/ \ 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
4 w' m$ B/ X& F of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving4 R# o: m* d6 y4 z+ Q2 n6 I
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground% t: K2 W7 b- n
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee5 [! s3 F+ {' ]+ K5 F
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please. j4 K" I: e! n4 y% h. s' n
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

Late Arrivals

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the5 D5 @2 _% K2 z- ~

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
" ~& }7 {2 X% M4 J) j16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
H, G; z0 N6 ^ If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your

nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."; R. r* s# Y( L0 r, q E) y$ `

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite& Q2 G3 W7 K$ \6 ?! J# Q6 y/ H
will be made available to other campers.

7 Q3 I& R2 E4 _/ E5 u E' J6 R# I If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees' l/ _' `& G9 R
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
