1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
! x% @3 T1 ^( _ on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
+ O; ^$ }- F- b9 m/ j the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as

campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.* k- e1 G5 M4 h) x9 `& n
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
7 [; F/ y6 p# s a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
7 Z" q3 N8 I6 e campsite; and the service type.
4 h C6 ]" N1 Y7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the# g& A0 x. y$ M& ?: Y

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

+ a5 U1 V6 x9 d" W; U+ s for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

Confirmation

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed
/ H7 @& N7 [) m. s# J% Z8 _ reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:5 j9 t- K$ }* u
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,5 H. @8 P+ G# X( Z$ R8 c
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your) K, d/ @( @, `' c( A: g+ A1 a7 H
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,2 H# \; u+ U m6 g4 t
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.7 Z- x( b! D% V o& X, u
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before0 B" }& Z" S2 K1 v; ^
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
: F; V5 h4 ? V; Z* C! D is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
* P6 B J1 q3 \ services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.808 g1 N ?1 R( k, N
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
3 y. ^/ ` v7 K, y3 t14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
) l6 i; |, U, S+ c' o& ?2 E" {) Z earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
, Q3 p. e! b$ K/ h$ }, A' i& U. e7 G prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
4 |* c: x. _5 }4 }0 S" r will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

" H+ Z& O o' j, e15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
: @2 X# x6 x$ D6 N7 H the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
. T" H, k( h. N$ K call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
6 _5 }) N1 _2 M* `- p% {16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:0 _% T6 e. W4 b, l z8 S5 P
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
5 c2 Y, m6 F2 H' _0 F( P. a/ w expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two8 @- R4 }/ A, n$ ]% U4 x3 b
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
: D# W: t) M0 K; T policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 9 h8 v' z' l$ z7 h; R1 h! M' i
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of$ z4 V/ x" K/ b
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
/ [( ?& {' N, d0 p" S- m; F( V9 j! V4 f$ Q
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
! F- s2 Q6 B w8 F) U9 G will be made available to other campers.4 }4 M: q" B. ^/ i1 p9 K" c

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
! K+ T, |7 C3 c( j! k' T0 q7 S paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
