9 q8 `3 v6 _0 x/ \3 R9 h You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
8 n9 C' d; N, i3 i- { on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are/ Q( t! t6 h( K( Y# S' v w, E

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your$ R! l- s: i6 f/ V
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
/ y1 m( T8 R+ ~ the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as6 g' Y2 {8 j) V7 b m4 k
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
8 n8 w! i; U0 M; D3 E3 f campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80./ x, B/ s5 ~' Y: v. Z
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on: L' c" e- X8 Y+ c* t
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of7 N5 a$ H3 L- u& E0 `
campsite; and the service type. 3 c- Y2 y) ?9 z' Z1 N, l# Z: N2 e( q
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously" R6 L- ?8 W3 E8 i' n4 J
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.5 D2 j6 x; \& J8 p
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the( ?) @$ p% z8 w. u8 k$ U% i9 Z

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations% Y: P4 }7 P* b$ N5 N) Q- U2 i z
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed3 J' E# G0 m5 _ b+ K9 ]- U

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to% ^/ W- h: y; [: }) @. [2 N
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you4 m6 Q% R. {2 Q9 J
into the campground.

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
# G0 r+ R: p$ q/ [( S$ ^. } you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
3 N' U9 `" b8 m% j" v2 a reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before3 h$ B ?5 H+ V
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
1 Z' W9 }- h7 K& Z3 O3 c of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original- g3 q, m! o7 f& \
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a* U# H5 H+ G9 H b! K% d8 L
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

$ K; N- x5 j( G) P9 W; m guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change, u( Y' r) R+ h8 P0 P! T! d
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the9 D; g& N# [( q5 n; y5 M* c
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80) N! _' y5 V; Q6 P
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited., x# s! i& Q+ t( T3 k, b+ t) P2 E
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
+ Y) a& a% F- u: X& X: n- q earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground9 d) d# f8 c4 ~2 |
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
% { E$ Z' U7 Z will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
9 s% h2 f( C: N/ T& A' e0 K" s notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.6 s4 @- \& f9 @) t9 |4 a
This will give other campers an opportunity to enjoy the park.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact% m$ q8 e& P- N! g9 s3 N! g' Y/ i
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
' X' Q7 h+ }+ S% \& e call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).' @" a7 x9 x% Z7 q2 O7 h
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
( H: Y( z" X# a9 w0 u" n! ] z If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your5 ]+ }! `- C8 n. p& n
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two' k- u) V8 c2 N
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your ' k! a8 ~ l# a2 F- B
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of9 z; e% Y+ c7 ?8 `! M
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

% `0 ?: J. v' F2 X When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite9 G" y$ \1 i4 ^: A5 `8 D
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
( l( n2 T1 d1 _& E) p' t paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,5 f8 [; d5 n! R, e0 r
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
