7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
0 h" W" ]7 m( Z# R0 O7 {& z4 ? You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight; o$ ]$ i" S/ J; A, `$ }
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

3 c" B2 ?% Z4 Q! f4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
+ p* s* n2 d/ g3 C/ m2 ~ national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon+ z; U& l0 I' J0 `! ~8 p
arrival at the park.
M- d8 k( j1 m+ y6 Q" H4 y3 P/ s5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of" [, {* s2 ]% N! m) r
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
7 ]$ p! {1 ?, G! B5 ?" `0 z a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same* W0 L( r8 ^$ I% F5 X+ m4 \
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.9 F9 K3 s+ A( J
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on9 k8 d' o* X3 A; e
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of5 O4 j3 m# e7 I/ h9 r
campsite; and the service type.
: C: I- y# J" o$ j# { ~' j( Y7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously. D, L0 o! V% B+ c- G5 o
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.
$ i `5 K4 ^# m$ k, N! S1 z) @$ Y These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received* ?6 n" E# b; S! b7 `# C( [
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your" R6 @) Q; w$ `

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:

reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,1 A% d7 z! a6 B& Q
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction., N) t+ |4 H) r$ G3 ^
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
6 L0 Q0 D ~+ n& Z2 ~0 h 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to' L/ \/ w1 F; o5 C8 J6 u& o
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
9 a/ ~0 E' V& s: W guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change$ A% E6 l8 {8 ]- x3 W7 S# D
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
. v, R9 `6 V+ h5 R; A9 k services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
7 d7 n+ T w* y7 @: g' A change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
4 ?- r: o# _. e" Q, ]# _14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
$ s3 O* D: Y1 O. ]" N earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
