on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

" v+ m6 b5 ]7 o7 [) o; b4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
* l5 V* j. }8 B6 P% r the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
' M c2 w, |7 r$ }. b+ s a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
# i8 Q4 g y8 M! i campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
6 t" ]6 O6 e- c) M7 X, B6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
0 z g0 L; }( b% V a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

' K8 h, L/ I5 d) [/ F5 p7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your' p& f5 N7 v z. {8 r

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
: g1 O2 w! h7 A0 d$ W will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
5 I% P. i. Z" } check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
4 C1 {/ T( J/ T2 u8 h. T% U - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
: v9 `- P) Q* r5 _: A8 ^$ K% ~ you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your6 \1 D! G8 S: w' @- b X3 A9 x
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,% v% ~" q6 c" Y& C3 A2 V
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction." O7 X8 W) L% V8 O' T
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before& G D( d; N3 F8 X
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a% n7 G$ b4 H+ v! b8 c

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
3 e& v5 K% |, g) I: A your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
" o, z2 r9 y) O guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change# Q, Q6 M* W- W% N C" N# r3 r
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
. h5 ^6 B7 f% ^+ d9 A) [ services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
$ T- G3 g% p4 L6 x) b, I) b5 H change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.2 U, x- x! O/ e( u5 n
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving9 X3 {9 `' x/ S4 ~5 o
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground" m) Q9 j7 B. \7 [) f6 f5 Y
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee- }3 O3 Z5 b3 Y' D- {1 p
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

Late Arrivals

the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:/ R" u' H! W- d8 ?* e% F
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
* f( q1 ~8 e8 d' ^" | expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
- o3 p0 t( ^6 Z nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
' y& h( B, q' G! V9 \! w/ { policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of u$ B" z X/ H7 e
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

$ ?$ Q$ K# X7 \+ E4 m; N When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite6 y, N) m( [/ i; ~1 B
will be made available to other campers.

# a0 E; \. W `9 ^4 q; p& _ If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees- f9 d! H0 L. b0 s" P
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
