3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

* ?. n$ v# c. O. K3 r. g4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
6 @6 R& y4 F# ]& s# l+ Z" b7 o U m0 Q national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon! q! [& a( y% W& R& T- \4 u
arrival at the park.. ^- x& y3 f5 I5 \( k$ r' C
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of. a7 [3 z4 e4 D% K& B
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
4 h- j R" a) p a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same9 i3 h+ `. o) D3 ~" P
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.! L8 R8 F2 g' z1 k6 S2 Y9 A9 h0 y
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on7 }1 f4 y. ^ d) Y
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of( s. V- `6 U0 |; i) L8 Q
campsite; and the service type.
, S2 ?0 X- s+ Y, ` L0 G7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
0 U. u; u D; C* O! b confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.: Q8 N. \' {" r* `
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed
; j- u% B7 w3 @; d! Q2 s( M reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. 5 h6 ?( b$ w+ }; T

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to4 J1 Z& ^/ a) }5 x5 B1 h
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you% r1 P* ~3 C* @6 L/ u1 x
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:0 T. h* S# K) B
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,2 k( `" `( Y6 H3 V; p8 D: l
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
, K: f# r% i4 |% M6 p4 S reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,$ k7 o0 _8 b! `1 P+ H! m
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.& Y, T0 _1 B7 l% ^" k7 J
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
; d; T+ U: Y9 o8 B; u, ^) ^! m 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
$ q* c5 S) @2 \, k% x' \9 h is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
- P& k7 x% W' V0 j- z services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
! a1 C' A0 _6 |( J5 s% ^# Q8 Y2 W! O change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
+ T( ^ n$ n2 d5 N1 K14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
6 m; M4 q9 w3 N9 T* { earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
. e! l3 z9 G& w2 z" y prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

Late Arrivals

0 B8 V' x* P5 p. X, k15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the8 i' p; Z9 }+ y- W' I
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
8 [+ r0 {3 C, o, k: @ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact) s o# X+ l" D( p: a# L s
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
' l: `" H0 L4 \" h+ x1 k5 N7 v call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).' h# K8 r& C0 `; E
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
( J( T+ r9 Z, N5 { If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
% b7 O; F& V2 ]# _ expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two; u6 ~& A$ _, S! f9 ]
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see# g! Z. K1 N* i
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late1 n5 p1 l% e5 D( R
arrivals in advance.

No-Shows ) @9 I" c' ^: n
! V& Q% L+ m h6 d2 I3 z17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
* [8 n D. O5 v: p" h! ~ scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
/ w) O9 X. {0 U/ H1 G' L; x$ s, B your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

' p X8 K5 [6 F/ P' Z* X If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
) k% h: f& C3 u" l paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
