# X7 {$ Q9 {% \# E4 i national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
. Z; x/ G9 w! D$ ?9 Y) i the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as7 }! S/ k1 P, n# `* A
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same" f2 B5 Z1 Q' W! A, r1 |
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.+ j: }1 p4 f3 z: ^# `
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on: d/ ]3 ~- _" }; y( F0 y7 {! x
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
/ H1 {3 c1 p: P: J/ |4 B campsite; and the service type.
$ N4 R* e6 ^5 M% ^6 W' [7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

# ~% U9 s& s8 r; r4 X We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address9 @$ b b7 T/ N& I4 _
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Changes and cancellations before check-in

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
4 X H: M4 `) r- Q/ H will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you! J: }1 {+ P8 I' ?. k
check-in to the campground, subject to the following: |$ b( O) s3 p0 @4 @
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival," K& }" o$ T$ K0 f# t
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your

you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to" Q) N* P3 s! \+ a/ U- a1 L
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be! X% K3 p5 v7 r* Y
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
, \1 \- V+ R, w( y6 L is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
+ b3 }1 N: n) ] services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80( O; N( f( |( j3 `# b

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving+ K% q+ |3 R6 P2 ]
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
- L4 I9 O X# [; Q: U prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
7 I: ~3 b: ^" E8 _: f% R$ _9 r1 p: w If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your' G( e7 t6 Q2 D! m1 s
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two6 I5 N8 Q1 Z! J2 i O! d5 q& @1 B
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
. s$ j, o) i* v+ [ policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows ( a4 H! |; M6 M% T4 ~* C
+ z: C5 n- E# n17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your # J* ]6 G: P) x3 t" P# H! k7 F
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of8 _1 L9 m2 R1 Z& j
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."* ]4 d& h; }6 s l3 Z% R
8 S) ?% N! q/ N$ K# r. m When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite" j4 R) A8 L' J3 w. v/ G3 Y

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees) p1 h% U$ L# f3 U. x
