4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
, h- ?5 R0 I4 { the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
: I* V% v3 ^* Y5 ]& z6 c a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

$ m. j- u/ q" F8 V6 [. v6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at, X3 c* r' R' e
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an2 c' y* U2 A- P6 |0 O

money order, you will not receive a confirmation number until your payment has been

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online( U- ? h% K, o
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.

) k& A2 B5 J1 w/ l! t u: r4 n will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

1 C3 [$ M0 p1 O) W2 G" p' L4 R - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ \+ Y* P1 Q$ u) F% Z you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your8 W" s* s- D: Z3 K* c8 j
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
]0 t" L( f: V8 o7 A- l. T 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

Changes and cancellations after check-in

9 k. m$ S6 z/ l: | R guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
" m8 F3 W$ R; i is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
7 y$ U2 e8 U- z" p: v2 R4 H services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
. y {9 Y& P2 P7 u change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.5 w0 {0 q8 g/ s0 F
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
* c' R( s& f* b! V. ?2 j# U+ f earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
0 y5 E/ c$ ]4 U8 D2 K# I4 d prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
! y9 t) H1 [4 x8 y: C" ^ will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
% x+ O0 P# [3 j) X" T, p9 P% s notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

; K+ J( z& z A on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact* h, e7 g8 k6 b$ s, h7 Z
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,( T1 t2 U. N) f p$ _. }" R0 P% H
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
% @2 _( F4 x$ ~' p! R2 T16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
2 D% r9 P4 e' w# e' G$ b If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
: D0 G5 Z# E/ V expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of

1 B. p+ j7 i! B When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

3 m# z2 q' ~3 ~' Z6 B! j If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
