1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service + i" s& o- L" m, x; D# t8 k& F
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
! e1 K6 h' k3 l! y) Z4 _) r( ~ 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.1 r" _# l3 u9 u$ K: h
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight+ b" N- K6 |2 z+ l6 o2 I
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your( n) E2 z* n+ [! }# b* z) m
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
+ y& S- k/ Z! B5 u7 Z% ] arrival at the park.
( P( e9 B" {" u" N! n; v5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
+ r) T2 B: L$ X the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as4 B8 Z& L8 N4 e; q( j
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
; F7 h0 F7 v- D# o: J campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
; [7 ?/ ?8 p: [6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on# E+ T: b1 A; i; v" l0 l
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of2 x9 j1 I# I) j# [# ~
campsite; and the service type.
1 J8 w9 q* |8 s$ c9 l d; F) x7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously' E- u% ]) M* l8 q$ @

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the6 g% L Q8 B9 g- Z5 w

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed# ]5 {' Y2 V5 y4 F

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You4 V$ o2 E6 b# |. ]. d# o
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

% v& \9 j8 [' W/ K" F - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,

reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,4 r2 Q3 X8 u$ s, n! q
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
7 d0 T- B% ?5 P* |) c; t) G - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:6 Z/ N2 x, {/ l- V# Z. B
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
$ N; D+ J3 h+ e5 _! y expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
$ ^) i$ s7 m% P" O* p nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see. J% H: V% a! l; ~. g3 U
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 6 S* f. ?+ S9 ?2 O* h7 s
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of2 }+ l4 x' {* F% N; l
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show." Z% W A+ h$ P, I F6 z6 n

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees/ ^/ ]" D8 k- m7 h8 e
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,

Closures

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,
