7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

5 U( _$ t2 M# V on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

0 h- ?0 p+ w& n) y4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your0 L5 L4 t0 t" A$ n' ]5 n" w# O
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon9 g: T' [) Z/ ~2 ], h# _4 m/ N0 f
arrival at the park.5 g3 w0 l- ]& W5 b$ \
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
; V% {, i& N. e' W% H, A the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as/ L5 S! y* U, v
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
4 G! w; S9 U6 z# W- [* T campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
+ Y) @* S& Y, h: H! g: L" o6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
' F% j0 k- p! g3 { a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of/ O! w- U) t1 J3 L( g
campsite; and the service type.
4 g! X. S& j7 m8 |8 t7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously/ U3 E/ V c! w" T, y
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
) ~" N/ C R0 _4 x will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
0 G# F5 v: k& p4 J check-in to the campground, subject to the following:) C1 G0 A' h# i& H/ ]7 D
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,2 N/ y( [! M2 J: p* d: e6 V; A
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your* ~/ h5 u- R# z* F
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, |* Z9 \, A$ B! L
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
. A9 A. u; i& D2 e& c& \ - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
5 `7 V9 H& B- m( Y6 T 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night8 b2 G6 a+ L4 J6 l4 x! Z

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee9 Q8 K' H1 r$ U' x- H# T! J; i
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please) N* v1 a J' c1 k8 I& F

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
: q, {3 l. J5 T( @$ K on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact: j* [1 n! S/ u7 W4 S! B& i5 ^
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,/ ^9 }0 n( v* u5 k
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
5 [0 F7 p. N. t* j/ Y16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
+ J: A% M L( C- L3 ? If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your* E x# o0 T/ k* u8 ^
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
, K. ~* p$ _/ A$ m nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see! i; Z& A- n9 H" }
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

) b" O) L# F# S When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
