You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your. {9 M1 z9 t3 z$ s+ r
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon' m8 X: D y, ~1 g
arrival at the park., L6 M: p- s& e @7 h) X9 A
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
2 Q$ T" @* M- b! B" P- s' J the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
& ~2 h! {$ N3 j6 a1 i a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
& b8 T* r* {$ B; w: k7 C campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.1 _2 Y9 p, y- d E$ T
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
3 ~, S8 X6 q0 v1 s) V a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of! g" H; A) y" Q' x, Z) \
campsite; and the service type.
' F1 f' X% o5 v# \1 K7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously! B, Z) P$ Z5 {+ l
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable. l5 ?4 m3 R; t* ?
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the' C. P) f; U. {! g: ^0 a

Methods of Payment

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of7 W# L( J5 F/ Z' n! C1 l
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations( h+ _4 K) V" u' S( {3 o

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at+ I4 {8 z; A& `; d' o
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to& u) L- [6 r; U2 P) W
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you
/ Z* n& r% c+ @, m7 N1 J- r' y% e into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address
0 k2 G8 q- w, b ^9 c% r5 V! t8 Z% T; c2 w to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation
& `( n7 A3 r# T' x" g7 r number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time): X8 T& a1 \0 f( r( a# d0 D! o
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within1 d7 ^9 b# W2 ?; A
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
. `$ d" r( p3 @' ?7 @ or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.9 ~' M6 [/ k) Z
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
. _' \% R/ \5 y: n will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
! _8 p+ s- j( s8 f# {) ] check-in to the campground, subject to the following:, T' ?7 _7 t @, E& l
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
3 d+ b* c+ U! l% p! j8 p you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your- ?; ^/ W _1 T/ T8 l2 G4 G6 o
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,0 B* ]2 G+ q3 C9 z, K4 T% W
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.: |* t- X/ y) s, m
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
9 a, V1 C+ s0 q/ p* K* p8 A1 M 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
) S5 j5 B- J7 X j of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to) z0 ]% k* a( u! @
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
6 ?$ c& j W- Z5 Y% F7 Z1 [* e guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change* N) D5 _6 B! U! e
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the! d+ R% B7 @: z9 N0 [$ g9 F2 F ^2 w
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
" m1 X2 M& N1 w+ Z change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.$ ]+ ~( G" V/ s0 v. R
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving* ^0 z! g% r w5 O5 E1 B
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground9 r0 `# w3 n& f: R
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
/ l* c% h$ K) m% |- n7 I will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
& e0 _4 f2 l! I) ]# |: G notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the5 b- ] t) s: X$ ^
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground; G& F; i* Y4 I* Q5 Z* i
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact1 {" o* D+ T% t' z
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
' v; i$ N! ^. x$ d B" e. z# D3 O call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
# [5 ?& q7 j# Y+ x. z16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:* X- X0 E: y5 k: C1 a. \
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your) m4 c7 W, x7 _+ E( D
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
$ A% `5 \ V0 \6 e nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see1 s/ W4 t/ J! c5 S
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

7 h- t+ o5 p, @& J2 M% W) ^* y17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your , i+ d- `0 q8 H% r/ R( i0 B* ~
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
: J5 {" K+ C; j; ^( C. _ your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

! W" t& t% e- O- Z; _ ~ When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
/ F0 R* j& _7 c4 n2 k will be made available to other campers. b- @& C3 G# c' c

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
