1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service % K2 l. B" B% _5 W) G& X3 V8 H
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
4 B# m1 Z5 q5 M7 u/ l3 G0 n 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.( K0 g6 x L0 J# ]" I
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight. f6 }" z0 B# C4 ^
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
2 m3 `, `' `+ z# a1 i; ~) x the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on: \) h; n( Y$ z% D r) n
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of% j! O2 Z$ d L/ t4 f: f

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously* y/ \' T0 L- L) J2 i& _& Z. L

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the* W9 A L* O* p( q" P' y0 F1 L

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received8 ?! z! B9 ^/ S1 T! x3 k: n
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
4 p. [3 H* u2 b+ x4 | will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you+ D3 P/ E% ~+ p2 |: U
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:, q7 ?# \! c3 P/ P+ U5 ]+ P
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
# {8 S* N) D5 T3 j0 v3 \" U you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your( m" r( g1 s7 C9 u7 w9 G
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
9 j) ]# a5 o5 B! d L& R you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
% Z. z! Z" c# o4 Z7 k - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before: j" {8 i, T3 ^! S. c7 M$ H
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
; Z: g2 J k8 K of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
Y% P8 W- d4 V0 L $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to8 b$ Q! g) E' \$ j3 v
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be0 d" t+ H) _- q9 n* z" o$ |
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
4 t( w! e: B6 n o8 j is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the& |* i9 {: l% Z/ o- r- Y
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
. V" I {4 R9 \8 w& G change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.& z' a- {1 U$ V/ a9 W, N
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
( O: s" j6 |( R& W2 m earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground$ u) l+ d, z5 h, m+ @0 ^ t
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee) B' N' p. I8 s. i* [% B5 G
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:3 P5 g' m8 Z3 F# g
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your; p0 k) Q& |6 s" ]* b* g6 c
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
- F8 ~+ R2 X( | v1 E nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
0 ~$ D# x, |0 h9 |5 U) }7 E/ Y policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your ; H+ c' @! \ A$ m* J
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of0 y/ h3 ]1 j' E6 }. v9 o
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."3 _! q" v# ]: W! D
0 F1 p# F$ V% @ K. J. f When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
