1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
$ F p" a2 }& a) u on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
( Q& F4 k; i) E+ P national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon$ ~6 u$ l8 d4 q" u' L
arrival at the park.2 l1 K# C7 s" m% e: y. q; V0 r9 k/ K
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of1 G+ T4 n g3 I9 W9 k6 `- t! P
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
; N' W6 z' }- s& K, D* \ a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same, ^! i* {- C4 e$ v
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
* b1 W1 N& M z9 ^1 f8 j0 I- M6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on1 m1 F6 A, [! z7 C
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
' x1 O" K7 Z# s5 Z' R$ h campsite; and the service type.
* ?% a; A% E& g2 G, f3 e9 T2 s: Z7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously; [5 ~4 N, w3 p
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

* M. V, g2 w% h. @ least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You/ t6 |3 ?/ u# m
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you& d4 K$ T5 G8 h$ G; D( @; z* J' }# w9 F
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:2 l" Q- t! v6 J( X6 y+ z
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
% R+ E' ^- s% L. @, m5 M you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your6 ~% ~' ]) ], [; l+ }# u( e' q
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
# [* |8 C* x7 h5 ]4 H) s you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction. V" S, @7 t1 b2 f7 y
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before+ k$ M' S; s3 R
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night. f2 z9 T& o2 u' `

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the& A& d" s; a! l
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

& a+ f7 b2 `5 Q2 `1 K% t14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
/ B7 c* A. V/ y earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
# ^; D7 c8 b4 o1 S7 y, a prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee: N( N% e. I# j' d/ n
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
! C, k" l5 x) e5 j on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact9 ]+ z, b% ~ w$ t, w$ h" s& W; \
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

o* J2 i1 g( U5 L( N16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:) \, [6 X2 t& ?2 d5 l& c' L
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
$ i* l+ L b, Z expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
