1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service
5 O3 r* Z3 t' Y8 R& q is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
r8 {$ ]9 J; U2 s# C5 [! {) Y 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca." V/ X1 o: `9 g% K7 f9 U+ A
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight1 } d- f! L9 g b& ^8 Y4 x% Y$ m
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
4 e/ z$ o7 w$ c6 X national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon! K- k5 \8 O7 b

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of# d4 {: u9 I/ J. p6 t' X3 D
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
! ?" K( H, h) |: p7 E+ Y1 L* L. O5 I a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same& B$ N; Q6 K! e8 g8 ]: p/ e2 }, m, [
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
7 g$ ~2 [4 d) v, s9 o& I2 l& Y6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
/ L& I F! Q" r7 ?% e% L) E confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.0 E7 ~ W* ]( }; N/ W4 x. H
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the. @, | w+ l- ^* x- n) W" d4 |

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international
& q# p; A0 o1 |! \. _+ Z- M& n money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
3 v6 p5 N# M; V8 K2 s8 A7 W All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at5 N9 l9 Q$ R/ r( A) h- }* K6 b/ L
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received1 C3 v* O; w6 [$ u8 z* F; M& b
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your
, P+ B& H8 O/ y+ r, B certified cheque or international money order payment has been received and processed.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed: x. T1 n) e0 g0 X( P
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. % c% L0 ^, R& t6 a2 k

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to, ]2 l, n6 f# j
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you
# w2 H. A% D- V% @' R' M into the campground.

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address: x: T+ H& H) _6 k
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation
$ b! C+ L+ N0 b9 W number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an6 X& T5 @" m4 ? D. u0 u

Remember that if you pay for your reservation by certified cheque or international

Changes and cancellations before check-in % a$ O- C/ U# F2 U$ @ l) I
8 Q4 b# M/ Q% z11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)
/ p9 d5 M$ K9 s5 I4 N$ i$ P3 V on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
+ \2 G; }0 M6 h% N& m the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online- `7 m2 [4 w* s2 x5 k, {4 `
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
: w% |# h6 `) v$ w) A12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You% H* j3 l. @+ g& k: c. d) h6 T
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
, o: Q6 f' K; f% u& i3 f5 f* y+ j check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
0 {* t( c- H5 N8 s9 a2 ? - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,/ {6 q4 }6 J8 V' w8 V8 w
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
/ g) e6 e2 v# l: r7 i4 i e reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,% C. F2 k1 D+ V# n0 q
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.1 V1 m& G$ Y5 @
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
+ U% x7 q# E, w 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night$ r& P- h8 b! z" G! x
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
; P- x. i! ^! |2 c: R4 Z $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a) d z+ B/ C6 n9 N* R; X
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to# w' }5 \9 {) s& ?
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be: \1 K1 `! _( D. X6 h% N
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
4 C7 b E3 o3 W6 i is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the, u( T P8 i8 {7 C
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
$ v& J8 K, t3 x0 S7 Q2 ^* \2 C! T change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
, k' S- O% Y. P) k2 W# H14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
' T2 b8 T) G* K" u earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
9 M7 o. g/ a0 N9 g& c prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
$ I( j A; \8 e5 w4 w will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please5 ]! Z( L2 o$ i

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the: h2 ^3 g: ^& _
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
: B" p, x6 X3 u" }3 W0 c* u% F on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact5 y( z3 A) e& I( E7 k: B4 t# d
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
/ W2 i' ^8 n$ P1 I9 D) c call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
! U( z/ ~/ L3 n$ F9 z* i$ v6 ^( Y16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:3 D8 ^0 |3 r, p, @
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
2 V( n! z" G' I! Z expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two, i6 [* h$ l/ Z9 S. o9 Y: f
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

No-Shows 2 B6 z7 J" V( b1 U3 Z0 V1 D+ j( _
0 A j" S4 {2 {5 l( ]17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
" i1 ?& J/ e4 X: R% T. n$ x scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
% r) k" q' o4 j your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."/ y; h2 M9 B0 V8 y4 F
. c, s x' X: R- i When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
* u' U# S& ?+ ` will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees, j3 s( z3 B0 p
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,; B$ w$ u' C( j4 u7 s) [
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
+ ?$ S3 u! [8 q- I5 y of your originally scheduled departure date.2 `6 }4 t2 L& N' N9 k- _

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,
