You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
( c- P% }) \" V national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
" B# Y% N0 d9 W3 k4 R arrival at the park.
S& B: ~, u* [5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of9 q# z+ }1 Q) d2 O& @
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
5 a; d+ j" d3 k! B+ i+ o( a1 ~ a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
/ f, p2 C0 ~7 n, s% ] campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
4 @! W# b7 e0 |6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
/ h# A' j+ _+ I* o, O; G a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of4 x+ o# N6 f* a+ k
campsite; and the service type. 9 N( e+ M: d% I& k/ q( N
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously: |; o1 F* g) s% x P
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.1 ~' H! s& i. h/ M/ M& e
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the/ k& k: f2 @# e' A) Y) r1 u/ {

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received0 j! T) Z: N6 t0 T" [
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address; v7 N* b: F3 W* b& Y, F
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
" H3 z8 _( l1 p0 n$ a1 g& P% _ will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,

reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,# G! D, k) W& H6 [9 x0 g6 k
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.' a* `* N! `2 B/ F/ Y
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
7 u! g' w/ X- [! C/ {7 `$ a services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
" d& a" s1 [" e2 K7 e* ^5 R$ b change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited./ ^" i, Z8 w, G5 i
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
% s2 h3 J/ {" b* j) A& E3 D3 @$ B earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
9 Q" Z) ~7 V3 v' L1 F) g prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee7 a' a" P4 P3 |0 h% S& t
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

Late Arrivals

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground# x7 o( f) t6 V# |8 z; h
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
1 G4 t; }2 Q5 o; p; ` the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
( ~. N8 _: S. q0 C# p/ x call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
A l) X8 K$ d1 ^16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
+ \ U3 l* E: L4 n If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
7 `. u% u& g$ n/ c8 D expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two% l) H( Z9 h) c. X1 ^0 R; q( W
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see0 c6 a' s+ H2 b& T; }
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late/ q& |/ Z- D8 Y% c, l0 [ h7 x
arrivals in advance.

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
6 Y% i8 W" [/ W2 |5 Z scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
2 X2 O' ~, C6 b8 v! c6 n your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
# _; V1 k# d8 E% W) P1 ] will be made available to other campers.7 ]: h4 l' X# D' S+ C( R: ]6 P' h

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
9 ~+ t) l, g* J paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,+ W ^! d3 Z( ?* L$ @& l& z
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days4 ~# a4 U( o2 {
of your originally scheduled departure date.

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become

Closures
