2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

3 P5 n1 g7 e: Z5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of3 Q! T* S& R: P% `
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as' k t' A" x* N8 O; {( A
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same* F I+ {* T" h. M& t4 u. v
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.& Y3 m$ q1 @; {! ^5 e
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on& x! Y: I% p, @9 U( Q
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of* @5 f# X7 W; z& f% V
campsite; and the service type. % U2 c/ c3 C; u+ |# s+ e
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously8 Z& W" U+ P0 r# o0 X
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.4 ]5 [3 {4 w$ d7 v* i, K6 P' T! f
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the7 C( L' e/ [! I; @1 f
change or cancellation.

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at7 ^& r' r- k5 p2 o

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

7 n0 R5 R6 s: @8 @9 z' s8 ~ It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to2 Z- W' E" Q- \; p; W
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within1 S) x8 }2 C) H' z7 r+ s
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online4 }" O7 \. g3 |4 f% x
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.# `7 h0 N }4 ]& \# Q/ f( n: w
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You. i, i4 X, ^. q# k3 _- l9 B
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you% f5 o+ x3 X0 ~) X: f5 v
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
$ X) T" [# O3 E - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
7 t" K ~+ D t, s! ] you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your1 O" ~5 b& n \. N7 P8 J0 E
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, y2 i, Y" s8 ?+ X2 @+ L$ ^
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to0 Z5 E4 w( u' }" I
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
, e6 _' e, S5 F6 ?0 z7 `, J services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
& A2 B2 P+ L" q change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
* A+ o! J& u# h1 b: t14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving7 r' g9 t2 H, C- _" [
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground7 A$ Q. H/ p9 l9 m0 m) v( E
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
" {5 L, ~4 X: j1 @; ^ will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please! J% ?9 `$ [$ k: O2 J
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

Late Arrivals

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact2 P; x! I( s' [9 f, T0 c
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

# z1 [! p4 ]8 H! G! E16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival: Y' W3 L7 o# {% X* b' C
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
% j5 L& a, M; S$ `' ~ expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
" C7 a3 F( l: M' s8 l0 e nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see; P T3 I* }9 P. v) ]# ? E
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees- J$ D/ a/ v8 g9 }# t! j- ?
