7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.

Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are" A1 ?4 F* M+ q3 _9 V; c$ K+ N i

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
7 S6 t* u6 |9 |% D- t: c national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
! E% N( |) L* E arrival at the park.
" [8 L7 N' Q+ ]# h0 j1 q& I2 T7 e% Q5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
" h6 }1 b* W) v- u" }# {+ v$ _ the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as9 U$ R. c$ s. r& [4 T3 `2 _0 E
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same3 g# `6 N7 U7 R. [
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
/ a" T: d2 D/ o9 K5 m. d: m6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
+ x, n' q: l. M8 B. i$ h w' r5 Q confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.
& E1 U- B* I7 N3 J These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by( L7 c2 ^8 d6 L* Q4 R

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international( U8 O7 q) N" |5 n! p1 E9 U3 J

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations- m) G% m$ D# U1 @" i6 Q2 `) _
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

' a) |. d; C/ ^% y12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
, M% I0 S# ]5 K+ h* }. O will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
+ J8 [- _4 V/ g check-in to the campground, subject to the following:" }2 G; F% \1 C; R8 `" x
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,4 n# g3 _+ b7 G+ k$ A* T
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
4 J& t7 L L( V" g reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
& B: H$ Z, d8 i# a+ R n6 S you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.$ x6 q' `. Y' o
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
! `! O9 @8 R% k+ z! C 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
# g8 T! V; h, P) P; M0 t of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original5 ]+ @3 d/ I! `; i- @
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
* C! x% Q9 P9 r' S' z( I: c guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
) K2 ]. _2 s* I! a5 z$ G is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
& H8 m8 L B5 u services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80; I! | ^& L8 h. ^( o3 O* i% C* B
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
+ Q/ ], L, s5 O5 v14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving- l' e) K2 f" K' x! [
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground: o) R; E0 z% L% @- k n
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee: M, ^2 r) p' y7 A5 n+ o Q2 m
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the% T1 Z) M8 Q, F- p+ I( b1 P' P
expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
4 |* @3 }7 n& t% R on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
& `, I6 _) v! O; k [! o+ Y the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,3 V% i3 r: G; V
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
& i7 }5 w, ?: g/ D' f- k- J9 l16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
2 _0 [1 n& I1 e' } If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
( B0 n; S8 g- f( F! R$ |; I6 Z expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two, i# b# A3 L" w* s i3 G& A
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see4 H, ]1 j. c7 Z
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late# ^# d7 H4 y( {. f0 T- Q. s# R

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
