You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight! Y2 V$ B4 N+ S6 M' a, ~
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. # n. }( a) G8 p" K* G. F! x
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

due when you make your reservation.
! A' w3 f& X# i3 q8 i& h+ f: l& d4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your) k0 J! S d1 g2 j' Z2 d
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon% u, g- H# ^ B- K
arrival at the park.
2 {2 G" Z3 x2 c5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
E- n2 ?1 k/ q% S2 T the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as" v2 q0 t3 E2 ?( N ?
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
$ t- D; ` [, c; i2 L$ F' I campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
, r0 e' ]& O% r6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
6 a2 U! m3 Q3 y2 d6 x% D a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
' r$ G% S9 f" m+ g; c campsite; and the service type.
6 T6 ?+ x8 A9 v6 e7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
( q! s; b5 U# ?9 m+ B3 D. p$ t confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.
0 A. S; ]0 H e3 [$ q7 ? These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the' b) p4 c) C; l0 A

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

8 a- v; }9 P+ V5 d8 j For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print out the confirmation screen,

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,0 Q( _! o3 S* ~! K/ V- p" U
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
; y0 w$ x+ z- J) K8 _8 _! \0 C2 D6 _# Q reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
9 P- e: G; @- D$ \* Z' s you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to5 F( G% Z& P% |/ N
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be% a2 o! K, {: V( q% M l
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change. l) I3 i( l9 X6 @. J, U, s
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
/ s. h9 ?) |0 t' `2 F% ^1 ]4 y9 K services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
9 c/ [7 z M7 ^ earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground* W5 i6 c& D" s0 d! B5 {& L
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee# _2 g$ ?% a" m: T3 V& ]& E3 N
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please
4 g7 Q; L+ q* d notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground

9 @5 `( z% k2 ]6 w* g16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
& p: _' c4 @! o" [ If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
2 W4 i) u" R3 n( `: ` expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
+ Y" H6 s) r9 Q nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

% u3 ?. z% X/ S* G When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite0 l/ d, n% `% ?7 B$ _# X

3 V, P; p7 y1 X& q. G# o# }: Z If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees/ u, |5 e, D5 ?
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,+ B1 _) {4 D6 u" p
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days5 _1 B: g$ ?' s9 U/ L
of your originally scheduled departure date.
