7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are/ G- k+ M4 c4 e8 |5 }3 j k4 u
due when you make your reservation.
9 y/ a F9 U# l1 @2 p. b( K4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
L9 s J8 U6 R1 |, B+ V the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
1 u" M2 S; ]4 w9 P4 y a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on8 b$ P: l8 x2 J. T# T! @2 D. k
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to e3 i3 _. t9 x) W

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You" M" ]' }& d3 w; q& F/ Q1 _4 ^
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you3 t# |# M8 X6 o# Q+ j0 [+ S
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:1 C, L, x" f8 w1 w
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
Q4 X& F+ _# K( W you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your4 X1 e: O d8 J
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
* r6 z! w9 I f; s you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to+ {* `5 ?! d: ~% P
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be: y. O# |. Y! d0 G
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change: M, ^. ^! j$ F$ G7 f! R
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
4 n5 w/ Q7 H) f1 } services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80, f/ A7 p7 e8 N- E. W
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
/ v4 N8 @5 a( ]& @/ ]/ `5 ]$ n14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
+ V9 G$ M; T: \3 Q! k0 h earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
" j: l( M Q1 \! B; V( `& ~) J& M- E prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee4 n. M, L; @# U

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
# d( y, O/ F5 `. x: V8 J7 @ the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
y4 M Q, d2 Y call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).& Q. `) V _# a5 \ o
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:. {7 f# q+ g+ ^, ^2 n. a
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
d0 s2 r5 l% V- V2 e4 A6 S expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two# k' _/ {6 S3 Y+ f3 e
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
5 f( C8 m8 `' \: z policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late/ P% \* Z% q/ p) i8 H" ~

No-Shows

7 e# d- i3 T8 Q$ m/ I+ y17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your & L2 Q% R. R8 Z9 L7 d0 J' S
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
( d4 J2 K" `- ^/ v& x; g! K) A8 y- I your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

/ h* h2 ? n5 d% } When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite8 j9 C2 i+ U% D& e) E* c4 f3 ?) K
will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees/ w6 s" w# T4 w" Q

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days( w4 ?( I% A- T; T/ a
