1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.- g" q. B" w+ c5 s8 x3 K( `* J5 B4 Y
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight: f" E+ L1 K/ F% ]7 E% e% z
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. * M2 f5 i+ h2 |0 i; A
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your* \1 b) {) K# f5 R
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are) T6 ?1 g* E. S! ^

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your4 K1 u- n# I; y; x8 Z
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon1 y4 {# B4 ~: M% B
arrival at the park.
) J2 f. a* N" }3 ?) U# v5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of' G7 y$ _2 w+ s8 s
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
) Y0 n( v3 x/ }. x7 O a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
) ?3 ?% _& z" Y6 M6 I campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.0 D6 o8 F" m6 q R
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
4 d- {$ N6 i, W) Q \ E5 q a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of9 U' D* V# r# o: H8 @8 t) _
campsite; and the service type.
! k/ u( ^6 b/ i7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously, U5 N- B" o0 {0 f6 b* d; S0 R
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.+ U" q G2 k* O2 D
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You# ^# p9 @ z7 w0 ?' u* }7 h
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,9 G" y! q0 }2 n. o5 {
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your( {8 G/ g" P! n, V' t" O- c+ d
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,4 O% M- ?) ]) ]7 a/ g
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
. U x8 a1 O: L - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
( Z; `- a) U) W& t( B( ^ 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

Changes and cancellations after check-in

your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving

prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
: D' V1 _5 b5 d' A' D6 ? will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please$ [3 b" K& U" z/ q: K
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

Late Arrivals

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
1 ^4 ]! i* v% t( h on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact% P( Q; v" D' @0 v: F
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
* Y; p6 ]- i6 d0 b) U4 L( V6 t call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
h/ n3 S1 ]3 D16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
' g- i- j" P+ q$ k* p7 X If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
; D/ a5 v7 J S' ~ expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two; d- ~# l, L5 t+ f
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see7 _ d4 N# n/ O
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late+ Z1 Y, o( ?2 }1 R- p+ X0 h
arrivals in advance.

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
! H7 e8 @: N# V: \- T your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."9 _: t! {! I6 i$ i. c/ ]/ d2 q$ H
9 s; o! H3 S$ L+ u& Z! f When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
