7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.% t% D6 ^; k, P- Z3 Q& f
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
! @, z$ R/ V5 d6 V# I! g0 r on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
: f# O( w. y, _3 ]8 i2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

due when you make your reservation.
! w/ B2 N1 l/ ^" H" @. Q. Z; D4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
; S+ X7 j* \- t/ f national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon) z4 e3 d7 I& H2 J" y1 E

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
5 u5 V6 a" d8 Q" k$ u) O3 B& \ the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as/ V5 G+ V# J* d2 t: F5 ]) t9 |
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
9 H) j( y4 q0 p6 D w( _( h. t: x campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
* X0 C9 x# k' V6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on3 s8 `& T' E, _) Z
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of8 r. V2 J1 M0 z3 i" A C# Q
campsite; and the service type.
7 u$ W$ I- \8 V7 M a: t7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
7 b" ~4 g) E4 j& x* M4 r confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

Methods of Payment

credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), certified cheque or international

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

Changes and cancellations before check-in 2 x& `; Q, ~3 R( i* U. }

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)1 J2 d% @$ l# n. ^
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
9 @$ f+ Z/ L' K7 g1 A1 k the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
9 ? Z2 Y0 @4 p) O or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
8 l& p. v% l2 | u12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
( _* k9 a- j3 @. ` will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
/ i: b% P; G: W$ j check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
" Q6 j4 f p: a0 u* f: i - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ J5 P- P* P" L- S you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
. j2 c; R# ]# m* s$ P4 }; w reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,- f6 E) d+ a; X5 J
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.2 x! V9 t7 U" t& c6 C0 P
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before$ W6 t% i% P3 L5 k. }
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night3 v$ m9 L3 I& w3 Q5 {; T7 f! x
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original9 N- W5 f' O( D I* X8 J
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to" j+ M T" a) g" s& C$ B4 R
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be9 B9 b6 s! b" L4 {3 V6 _1 D6 J
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
! }5 p1 \6 f4 Q3 G is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
$ Y$ N: [& |3 i& c services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80( L. J+ O6 @7 Z3 N8 b7 Q
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
" S; M9 |6 ^ H5 N14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
3 u. } t! T0 x9 [: j earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground( ^7 m8 H6 w! G% R
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee% }, z# r1 E) m6 C$ z
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

Late Arrivals

T- p6 U, P' z on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact: n6 V5 f- v# C
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:0 Y7 d. y4 t8 Q' n4 U& }! Q5 B
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your+ j0 @( i3 e& c4 E/ E2 ~
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two. S( |. T4 ` G$ ]
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
1 j; K& s& L1 r- i policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late; L( F/ t c: S& N, G
arrivals in advance.

No-Shows

9 W8 r* ~; P2 N8 e17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
7 i# Q" j# q& K3 k scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
- j; l; J! e, j5 q/ M% N M6 h your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

- |- D9 `8 [' C, |4 I; |+ E$ v When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite6 x7 a9 P9 k8 P) J0 n; k ]. \
will be made available to other campers.

6 h& U0 R* _3 ~/ k2 u5 a+ n If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees/ u9 s9 Z' @ l, X. O$ d
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,

of your originally scheduled departure date.

18. Closures: If Parks Canada must close a campsite or a campground for operational reasons,
