We are currently looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, well-organized Analysts for contract positions. We have positions
available at our Edmonton Petroleum Lab and Fort McMurray
locations.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree/diploma/certificate in the sciences; chemistry/biology
or other science background essential for Analyst positions,
! n$ J, ~9 A: y8 l3 c7 zan asset for other positions
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
" N9 Q6 C" }* L1 @# r# ~+ c9 I) ~- Possess good computer skills & a strong work ethic
- Have a good command of the English Language
- Capable of multi-tasking and completing routine tasks on a

- Possess the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly

DESCRIPTION:

Receives and prepares samples for labs (includes: dividing & transferring samples to appropriate containers, storing samples, entering jobs into system, dumping old samples)
$ o# b" O" K$ m8 j& WResponds to some customer enquiries, requests & complaints (bottle orders, sample prep procedures and turn around time)
0 U/ H) L% a0 |. l; E3 pConfers sample status & lab capacity with analysts
Assist with invoicing and reporting of client data
% ?8 A7 z1 J% J8 _Defines customer requirements per transaction


! a' j3 ]2 P+ j0 U1 `$ ?+ r8 p3 LQUALIFICATIONS:

0 ], ?; \% g$ OHigh School Diploma, or B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in relevant sciences would be an asset
, M* k  i- P7 `3 u1 f  TPrevious laboratory experience an asset
Able to deal positively with customer concerns
Excellent communication and organizational skills
# g. e, u3 H0 P4 j3 p0 m- `eneral understanding of the environmental industry
2 F) a, s7 J; s& }. a$ mstrong multi-tasking capability and comfortable with routine work
Competent computer skills
2 q7 s0 x) v7 L; \' hWork effectively as part of a team

Occasional overtime
