3 z' n. ^+ {& D, u% M5 MWe are currently looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, well-organized Analysts for contract positions. We have positions
6 q1 H8 k1 q1 w/ S) _3 _available at our Edmonton Petroleum Lab and Fort McMurray
locations.

- p+ X% c, a9 T/ Q1 v% j5 O6 c3 PMinimum Requirements
- Degree/diploma/certificate in the sciences; chemistry/biology
or other science background essential for Analyst positions,
an asset for other positions
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
8 h; ?% a8 }: o9 w; e, s& S5 B2 E- f- Possess good computer skills & a strong work ethic
! z! k6 d1 v+ ]  u) d  L- Have a good command of the English Language
( k) ?' G; z4 S- Capable of multi-tasking and completing routine tasks on a
daily basis
- Possess the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly
changing environment
- Capable of working afternoons, evenings, overtime and or

DESCRIPTION:

2 O" K$ W% z( R7 O/ d2 aReceives and prepares samples for labs (includes: dividing & transferring samples to appropriate containers, storing samples, entering jobs into system, dumping old samples)
9 `4 }8 v# {  C  i8 v9 a1 KResponds to some customer enquiries, requests & complaints (bottle orders, sample prep procedures and turn around time)
Confers sample status & lab capacity with analysts
, l  }' b% d6 C9 GAssist with invoicing and reporting of client data
  B4 W( c  `8 X4 jDefines customer requirements per transaction
" d+ u& ^2 w4 ^4 [0 c

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, or B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in relevant sciences would be an asset
Previous laboratory experience an asset
4 j! {) N  H& TAble to deal positively with customer concerns
& i& _: q5 ^& k* h. GExcellent communication and organizational skills
eneral understanding of the environmental industry
  m, B+ _7 N5 n% bstrong multi-tasking capability and comfortable with routine work
Competent computer skills
/ [) Y, ~. A" c: ]' ^, IWork effectively as part of a team
Able to act professionally while working in a fast paced & changing environment
