Job Purpose
  w: `) }( A1 a) N* @! fEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
/ @7 h) H' Z% N0 @customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
/ Y% N0 ]6 D  L! Kthe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
  ?, i1 P2 P* L9 Q/ Tstock
• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
5 n' K: ?) T* x. |$ h; Klooks under 25 years of age
4 T# L: d0 Z1 `8 T$ {( lStore Responsibilities
+ M  s4 I6 `3 H8 q' c% R: z; G• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
+ ?: |& t- j- X$ }• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
, g1 X/ a# O1 M4 g3 B" g. V• Protect company assets at all times
+ q  Y" A7 R* f• Close the store (key holders)
  J& Z# r. R# i: W• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

" Z- l+ t; Z$ R- q• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and

Working Conditions

9 V" F% C9 }+ I• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
