. P# t) l1 g% ?- \; oPOSTDOCTORAL POSITION Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS Canada. A postdoctoral position is available immediately for 2 years to study signaling events leading to the resistance of cancer cells to programmed cell death (see Yoo B.H. et al. (2010) J. Biol. Chem. 285:5438-49, Li H. et al. (2009) J. Biol. Chem. 284:2012-2022, Yoo B.H. et al. (2009) Autophagy 5:1166-79 as well as Dr. Rosen’s research interests at www.biochem.dal.ca). Research will be conducted within the Atlantic Research Centre which is a division of Department of Pediatrics. The Centre is comprised of a group of investigators with common interests in cell signaling, apoptosis, cancer and lipids. The laboratory is well equipped for studies in molecular and cell biology and has access to state-of-the-art cell imaging and proteomics facilities. Qualifications: Recent PhD with training documented by publications in international peer-reviewed journals. Background in cancer research, molecular and cell biology is preferred.
