: F: `  d4 E) G* \; dReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

# B$ d6 O& J( Y. yKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
: ^6 c" a0 P, r* o; v        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
6 A8 R; I! M# R) l3 a        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
* {1 V- }) W" v3 p7 I        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients
  X, y+ R* S% k5 {3 x; [% w
4 Y# O4 V, _0 D0 @! G$ eQUALIFICATIONS:
. x8 _' M+ `& b+ f•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
+ V# P$ u8 D6 H* n3 {: p•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
$ I, F& _! m: e; v5 j•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
( E7 n6 Y& T5 ^% U$ R& F- _8 o9 L3 [8 `•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
