Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

  g# ~7 O" _  U* {Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

, O; P& ~$ U+ l$ @$ BResponsibilities:

Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
, l  L7 k; d( O. S& aInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
# c: t7 g( Z0 s1 }) q6 ~1 cPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
1 _3 Q7 M) b! N1 pStenciling testing locations
! K4 n. y) O* }% H8 WClearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:

3 K% G; ]  G( L: I" tKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
9 }% C# b/ W" O: QAbility to drive in tailings locations
4 q: g& _# f0 [) PKnowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures
% ?9 M  n7 q# m( |6 z6 H; R  M
3 q" k. Y& Y! s( K- k, N( Z1 aAdditional Information:

* M2 B$ ~5 ]( g. p6 LThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

* h: R; f1 v( @+ O  d0 XWages range from $20-$40/hr
