Position Overview:

& e0 z  {7 d: R; ~7 F[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

# _, R1 Q2 x# q" c/ P# b) UUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

7 n4 N7 J- S$ N) v- eTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I
& b# ^6 ]/ b* u/ j9 W& l
7 r; j6 i) Y7 \0 YResponsibilities:

3 s9 b. Q" \) d6 ?7 L) t/ {$ rOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
% k9 C* A# H4 e9 ~; o, @$ x% lPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
Clearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:
) t/ c$ y3 U0 }0 t/ @
Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
) o3 ]+ P7 {. q' X% ]Ability to drive in tailings locations
" l, u7 X+ Q& M2 I. `; GKnowledge of plant lines
, E$ U' A4 G0 ~4 pKnowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

% m+ i3 T; m; J" `' gThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
