看好了个新房。。。。。。
builder给了contract 草稿，但看的实在不是很明白，云里雾里。。。。
是不是通常在签合同前要让律师看一下合同啊。。大家有好的律师推荐么？

Before you see the lawyer, make sure you put in a condition "Subject to the lawyer's approval" when you are to sign anything with the builder.
