I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
( m$ Q7 }3 f( }6 b+ e, i4 lperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
0 A7 H' t  @! [) U$ @8 \8 F  P8 p(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
2 M' L6 @$ O9 t+ u( k) O" XSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
% ]. u/ Q4 `; B1 N$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
) P! Y& Z! ^7 p, \30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
