Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
. M+ u5 O$ T1 A9 i& J. ?; iperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
" [, j! V: T6 Z(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
2 x* N! ^$ j+ i0 a! @8 q' {$ lSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
- K- V5 \  F$ Tbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

+ \0 }- |: G2 F! G3 n) P$ b! rcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
