I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
5 v6 I" D1 s6 b$ p0 [+ ~person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
! s: L0 s( d/ ESouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

2 ^. l0 F7 O3 p/ hI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
, f$ W" T0 @; ^4 B$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

! B' S3 N6 Q% z# m2 \5 lYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
5 t/ _2 D- N. }after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
