Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
3 S: a( e% S8 e; ~+ Q1 |0 uperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
- \+ J) \% i, Q  v! L, Y8 q(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
3 B8 V/ M: r$ G- @$ Z2 R$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
# T. S9 h7 M8 t/ b6 nbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
# B! C# h9 ?/ u& B- hmonths, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
