Tools -> Internet Options

Click the the "Lan Settings" button1 G# }$ D; n, I4 X
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"! z6 X; a" m3 m

Click Ok' n2 c7 P4 Z4 y+ v8 K9 @
' A8 Z7 i" A( C1 gThe user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
