are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to
; U( V/ q9 a! q) mTools -> Internet Options% w. J/ g+ h% {( ?+ s4 T
Click the Connections Tab7 S# f: R& y, N7 j% W# J
Click the the "Lan Settings" button
; j& {; e: y' a' F& @. z2 u$ nRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"8 g* w Y- U7 W! N6 u. T4 u. @. E6 D0 r& Q
Click Ok
