Tim has been a proud member of 424 for more than 25 years.  
) c% D' @) s0 j7 v2 G9 o  K7 D
He began work with our Union in 1981, receiving Inter-provincial Journeyman Electrician status the following year — and in 1988 he also became a Journeyman Boom Truck Operator.

* b  I. \+ k& B& Z/ lWhile on the job and with a young family he continued his education in night courses, graduating from the U of A in 2001 with a degree in Human Resources Management.  In 2003, following two additional years of study, he was designated a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Tim has served 424 in a number of roles:

    * Shop Steward
    * Chief Steward

- |+ v+ V7 y( F6 ZFor four years, Tim was our Local’s Dispatcher before becoming Assistant Business Manager in 2002.
