F7 a% L" @ R+ Y& I4 L/ VResponsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

0 j1 {( L2 T# j; _9 \5 HResponsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.

Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by: 8 I& m2 j; Y4 [3 S1 A- v( M
% {' n& ~' x6 wManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,

Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

: M5 T/ _" ]# K" X$ iEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

( c% V/ i7 t/ `Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date, ) W7 P- Z) K( w0 `3 c
% C1 s% X# U+ Y! f8 \- e, p7 d. vPerforming quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

& Y7 T' F" _+ \' V3 \! E; ILeading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects, S8 \/ ], a6 N
4 u+ h7 e$ X N4 M" vIncorporating new technology and best practices with focus on solving business problems and operational requirements in a competitive environment.
/ N- w: Q* Z l* f- g* x Qualifications
1 p; t4 g4 |& k4 _8 J" O2 W Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.
& v' \6 P! J6 q; M1 K7 V# Q, @2 [) ~, {9 G
10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
3 S2 L, m2 v( F
# D& Z+ I/ V, b( E* T5+ years AutoCAD experience.
1 y% u# @8 ]& g( M5 B6 N
/ W5 H' E: ]3 O' gRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired. 9 Z, a$ j( W6 H) h, Q, r# D! K5 J
2 g2 {; G( x; q) v: \4 n3 T0 g4 pExcellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills. ; [0 `1 M/ C2 m
