Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

- E7 h. K& L$ P: z$ _( j1 Y9 s' gResponsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

8 _, P! }7 k$ h; a1 T( H4 A. xResponsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.

End Result :
Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate

Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

Managing critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,

) Y) _# }$ V) |+ I& O! l% Q! ~Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

% K. S" {; E3 Q, i" |Engaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

Applying design expertise with a goal towards continuous improvement.

5 z5 Y; N# ^& T# }! T& Z6 G7 } Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.
+ }6 _1 P2 N3 D
10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
% X. L& `. T: }  r  {7 T) [) z9 T
5+ years AutoCAD experience.
/ m4 Y' V5 {; ^- Q# N" N5 L( F" h
8 U& m# T' u% W) q2 YRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.
