A hot water heater problem not electricity problem

0 }3 ]2 Z& C/ h& C- T8 J% I; |Hi, I have a hot water heater problem and need opinions. Any comments or clues will be welcome
: k3 Y- K* V  I& ^- ]) Z7 h8 tI tried to fix a leaking problem of hot water from the kitchen faucet. I shut off the inlet main water valve and the valve under the sink. As the water should be completely stopped at this moment. But when I removed the cartridge from the faucet the hot water still runing out of the faucet. Why did this happen and what is the possible cause?
6 u2 |# B6 W" R, M$ N- z, JIs there something wrong with the pressure in the hot water tank? Does anybody know how to relieve the pressure inside the tank?

# _+ u- x+ ^- y& h) uIf you only want to release the pressure at  hot water tank , you can look at side of the tank and you can find out a valve, that is what you were looking for
