5 |+ P; |' k' q2 e?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out
# z3 G2 Y4 Z$ N0 R2 H' Dat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
4 T% M( m; B, g+ d0 jto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of 3 _% b: [9 r# c+ H/ [
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a 6 D: A5 X7 |! C4 N$ G! [/ f8 i

( ]/ P8 n7 V8 tbe something like, 'Uh..no..bah humbug' all the time that some Christmas goodies
. M; `2 X7 y) P* pare offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays 3 Z( u# D/ O1 c  j
especially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more
* Y, O3 V7 I% r2 b  y% Krelaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower.
/ q3 C" p, e' w$ L?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to 9 e: P( f3 N! w  ]( X) e
substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with   u# n8 s5 z, n3 C; A/ q
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
$ w7 R7 Z6 i% D4 a. Kfrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to
2 `+ H& N; Y5 d* Xtell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into
9 \, |) j8 C6 l% vplay. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will
" o9 M+ j% q$ ]be watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or

and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating 7 S6 f, a' T* O  Z  ?+ K
healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down 6 F% ?$ ?3 c6 [9 }( b
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate
% B7 I2 {+ Z& M1 q& m* t* T# I) bcandies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies. 7 A$ g+ E, L+ D. y

At a party where more desserts and sweets are likely to be available, a few of
