& y9 L2 T+ |- `7 f m# C4 `the YWCA on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the plans and policies approved by

• Reporting to the board on a timely basis all relevant information regarding operations

enable the Board to exercise their responsibilities;
% v+ e! C1 e: K+ Q% b• Contributing to the development and achievement of the 1 -3 year operational plan and
! P) i! R6 s5 K7 fobjectives ensuring that the plan is consistent with the strategic directions established by

the development, implementation and successful execution of YWCA service offerings; 0 O" H) `6 T! `5 [
• Reviewing existing policies and programs to recommend new or revise to meet the

# Q' O& B- U f• Identifying, qualifying and initiating opportunities to meet the current and growth revenue

• Encouraging the development of high-performance team members motivated to succeed;

• Establishing, in conjunction with the Board Chair and Board, an annual list of personal
7 h b+ P/ ]" Z9 Fperformance objectives (within the context of the strategic plan) to be achieved by the ED ! t4 \& L' n7 x, G, Y
the forthcoming year; 6 B8 n0 Q4 T, |' i( F
• Conducting affairs of the YWCA in accordance with the commonly accepted ethical 4 r4 h; E/ G/ K) i# {8 n
practices, consistent with the YWCA Vision, Mission and Values and the policies of ; A* h2 [$ q" a3 f& l$ }- Z8 n, i

Required Professional Designation / Certification

Required Experience
7 L2 W$ C$ h/ _0 u• Minimum of 10 years experience managing multi-service non-profit organizations; " l9 M8 E' r5 [) f8 M
• Strong knowledge of government contracts and demonstrated negotiation
* I3 T4 n* k5 D; H5 mabilities; 8 E9 D1 n5 [+ T& F" l, I. a
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including knowledge of Public Relations,
; g9 W" q. K a1 |+ n+ ZNetworking and Fundraising;
) ?& [' Z& b) E# P; I• Strong business acumen and familiarity with risk management, budgeting, forecasting
; b7 g4 O9 G0 R* R P+ Fand financial statements; and
