) B" l4 J0 ?& u& H7 b b( `- M+ Kthe YWCA on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the plans and policies approved by 2 q5 Z1 I2 m5 ]( q

• Reporting to the board on a timely basis all relevant information regarding operations

• Contributing to the development and achievement of the 1 -3 year operational plan and 7 `0 B. m: Q/ X
objectives ensuring that the plan is consistent with the strategic directions established by

• Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and community organizations to champion

$ J* M$ I: j$ c• Reviewing existing policies and programs to recommend new or revise to meet the

( L8 B; N, f8 o/ ?& C: I• Identifying, qualifying and initiating opportunities to meet the current and growth revenue

• Overseeing contract negotiation with various stakeholders; ; m6 Q8 A, g- _8 @4 @$ W8 b# w
• Fostering an environment of fair treatment of employees and volunteers through effective

• Enhancing the public imagine and working relationship within our community to

• Establishing, in conjunction with the Board Chair and Board, an annual list of personal 7 W3 m2 b. a% D4 F2 J
performance objectives (within the context of the strategic plan) to be achieved by the ED 8 y6 o0 R4 p( q5 N+ F

• Conducting affairs of the YWCA in accordance with the commonly accepted ethical 3 p- i, M" v# n3 [
practices, consistent with the YWCA Vision, Mission and Values and the policies of 0 x }2 ?% \3 ]1 N0 {8 ?

Required Professional Designation / Certification

Required Experience
% ~0 v* |! g" u; ~8 {0 w• Minimum of 10 years experience managing multi-service non-profit organizations; j6 n. k3 z' r( [$ j
• Strong knowledge of government contracts and demonstrated negotiation

• Exceptional interpersonal skills including knowledge of Public Relations, , g; |! B) @1 L6 G! U# a

• Strong business acumen and familiarity with risk management, budgeting, forecasting
