Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED is responsible for development, evolution and

• Reporting to the board on a timely basis all relevant information regarding operations

enable the Board to exercise their responsibilities;

• Developing and executing the annual operational and capital budget;
+ j- ~' m6 [1 e9 o• Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and community organizations to champion
" v0 [9 f2 z! {- i0 W; ethe development, implementation and successful execution of YWCA service offerings;
- i4 x0 a# L% G1 r D• Reviewing existing policies and programs to recommend new or revise to meet the s5 k+ C0 u, @9 o
changing needs of the organization and community;

• Identifying the YWCA’s principle risks, reviewing those risks with the Board, and ensuring * L, p+ L/ \! v* `) ~6 {4 h
the implementation of systems to manage these risks;

the forthcoming year;

Required Professional Designation / Certification
- n& [+ h$ Y" w$ o: v c• Post secondary degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 10 years experience managing multi-service non-profit organizations; : q7 B# |$ H0 D+ t0 G4 y
• Strong knowledge of government contracts and demonstrated negotiation 2 N {* u7 X4 Y4 d. ^

• Exceptional interpersonal skills including knowledge of Public Relations,
