How to improve spoken English

I am thinking to buy an ipod touch to help me improve my spoken English. Is this practical? Any other suggestions? (I can use it at work, home and bus). Maybe something with a voice recorder is better. Thanks for advice.

ipod touch 好是好，可太贵了，而且容易变成玩具，而不是学英语的工具。

Thanks a lot for your advice. I agree with you and just bought a ipod nano today. I am looking for some nice TV shows to put them in my ipod.

google "podcast English" and you'll find tons of useful materials.

itunes里有收音机，应该不错，建议xiaozhubaobao下载一个试试

Cannot agree more. We can improve spoken English via many ways. Forgot to practise lately. Hard to be persistent.
