我也剛剛吃了最好吃的馬拉糕。

1/2 cup evaporated milk (can substitute regular milk if desired) # }1 [# O8 f- x9 N2 j) ?
4 tablespoons butter or margarine

Stir together dry ingredients:4 u# k V* A) v/ B* W
1 cup flour
- ?+ F$ X( J3 R; k) c2 B/ h2 I- m1/2 cup sugar) Q# S( {5 _; i; L# }
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 f6 U7 p" ]- ~1/4 cup Benefiber, \) J, F4 R8 `

In a separate mixing bowl, beat until VERY fluffy/frothy (about 6-7 minutes on hand-mixer set at medium)

Pour into 9” springform cake pan and steam x 25 minutes.
