1/2 cup evaporated milk (can substitute regular milk if desired) 4 \4 {: H7 e* y+ S/ I
4 tablespoons butter or margarine

9 M8 e: }8 M) z) j1 teaspoon vanilla extract , R7 p/ o, H: W4 D3 I2 u, X/ N

1 cup flour

1/4 cup Benefiber

In a separate mixing bowl, beat until VERY fluffy/frothy (about 6-7 minutes on hand-mixer set at medium)

Stir in milk/butter combo.
