After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 4 \# L( D1 J& ~. w( G; Q6 I# q7 o

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.

: h$ O2 p3 w% t7 AConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.: |- O& Y1 Q# i7 p0 B
% ~, o! l/ F- o/ tThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
9 G0 s8 ]+ [) T; d7 |They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.$ z% q5 t: M" h0 m0 O6 _. j
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
