After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 9 m/ Q% m$ m5 n6 R" I: O
It is a cycle.

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.! D7 E2 B* e" `/ o. d; h2 _
The problem should be inside the bucket.5 \# O" _4 m3 \0 \# s: [; d
, I1 t4 F" Q7 l1 V* g/ NWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
# N$ g9 N1 F9 z7 K7 {% b, cUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.% y" b! Q5 A: g$ G4 I
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.3 L$ H# X k$ u5 y# a7 B' Q

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look., O U( Z( E4 d$ r0 b$ w
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
) Y+ T# U3 h/ P6 [# W# d% J It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. : S& `* s* D" S% E, x6 Q
