After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. & P$ N; ^6 q0 W. t C, A
It is a cycle.7 k7 Y# R/ ~8 J) A, E- H. g

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
9 V" E7 q/ a" {8 d0 R9 BSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.6 |/ L( B6 U" f
The problem should be inside the bucket.

Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
6 ]8 o a1 o0 [6 t4 UConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.: T4 U L( t: z8 `* r) q

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
* N7 ~6 \* W3 } W5 O, BThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.: q# e& c) X8 |! [' Z. O$ i
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. . |0 U. F! m$ K
