+ x7 S/ Z2 e( u4 |3 \9 s After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

R. A% C9 Y8 x8 k$ F/ U- IWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.* t% @& b* v( [8 Z5 _7 b
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either." P2 l3 b9 b7 H: y/ r
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.7 j. j7 } C; @4 |3 F& `

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
2 g- F/ @$ k: I- g; M3 M1 wThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
