Cracks in the asphalt shingles throughout the whole roof. Monitor fro deterioration, and replace when needed.

This condition can cause structural and/or water infiltration problems. Excessive soil/water pressures can actually cause lateral movement of the foundation, a potentially serious concern. Deficiencies must be corrected and suitable drainage conditions must be maintained in order to prevent problems.

Further evaluation is advised.

I have seen floor with tiles crack that runs lengthwise and rise in the middle of the house apparently due to severe settlement/movement of earth and I personally believe this kind of repairs would induce great expense of time/money.

主要是地板不平有些担心，虽然验房师说问题不大。但是我们也看了好些房子了，地板不平还是第一次遇到。主要是和柱子接壤的地方高，周围低。怕是结构问题。
