Position Responsibilities:
: X+ }3 s. J* B5 f( g1 ?• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
) p$ t+ ]6 z: g# G* f• Identification and replication of software defects
# ?/ {5 B) G; _( j) o) C# I• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 7 l, B/ a9 p1 G
• Managing customer expectations 0 i5 `- K Q% c) ~; i+ U
• Documentation of technical procedures % [8 U8 e! B* s5 k, Q- x R9 [
• Trouble shooting client network issues
* z3 Q$ o" C2 u& Q8 r; t7 x) m$ a• Optimizing system configurations ) S4 q0 A: d. [; ~- I
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
