Position Responsibilities:
: X+ }3 s. J* B5 f( g1 ?•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
) p$ t+ ]6 z: g# G* f•        Identification and replication of software defects  
# ?/ {5 B) G; _( j) o) C# I•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
* z3 Q$ o" C2 u& Q8 r; t7 x) m$ a•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
5 U, z1 b$ s$ j4 Z4 S% z" S' w•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
$ [% U* ?% @/ g7 _1 T4 i$ n•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
1 w1 x3 x2 D3 F( H6 r•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        Technical degree or diploma
