• Identification and replication of software defects : @% v5 x3 w: W5 { G# |
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
+ `3 ?* `& F1 J6 ^0 X$ H• Managing customer expectations
7 t1 C/ H! J! H• Documentation of technical procedures
! w0 `! c8 S# S6 q3 f8 H• Trouble shooting client network issues . r: s4 f/ y, c4 O" ?8 F$ E. h
• Optimizing system configurations 8 I7 Q+ J) b; n
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ( V( W6 z" W/ j* L
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• C++ development skills
