Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
( F& E. Z2 i+ T/ N•        Identification and replication of software defects  
' T' e4 g8 @; I3 G•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
+ {: N/ G0 J2 K0 M•        Documentation of technical procedures
2 f  {) a. C0 a$ E) E6 W•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
$ m; i6 R1 R- {: R/ g•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
4 t6 r  J% R5 V! |$ A4 G•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
Experience and Education
; G) \% {( X4 _" t# k•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
