Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
! @( p6 B, d/ P$ K•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
) D% ?2 ~2 N, ~•        Managing customer expectations
4 l8 ?+ J  e. x0 X$ ?•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
$ K$ j  `# V0 R) L. d! A•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

6 @. c$ S" q' H0 n( A•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills

7 M- M& ~: H' |( A•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

Experience and Education
