• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
0 X( M* p, u7 W, `% I• Identification and replication of software defects 2 T: _' k( x9 l* }9 j9 q: J
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
: t7 }2 D) P4 Q/ t• Managing customer expectations
& R# N5 s' d: ^$ }6 M5 x• Documentation of technical procedures 3 v1 ]$ k% R8 A0 {7 Y5 S+ D1 J: p* ~
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 6 p$ @- Z4 `) }( C
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
