Position Responsibilities:- g- X+ c) t+ C6 @" q8 r
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control* M4 [" N7 z& m3 R) s3 t& g
• Identification and replication of software defects
! @( p6 B, d/ P$ K• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
) D% ?2 ~2 N, ~• Managing customer expectations
4 l8 ?+ J e. x0 X$ ?• Documentation of technical procedures + B, c0 L) D$ U" m/ \( D; M
• Trouble shooting client network issues : ]; ?% G. ^/ P# w/ k' C
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system " M- }3 B7 p/ ]- `8 i* Z
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. . u6 h# y7 j; b* y/ w
• Site services worldwide

• Work evenings as required

Experience and Education
