Position Responsibilities:
6 \( f5 l% |( j; L•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 r  |& ~: ?* t* @2 R- h•        Identification and replication of software defects  
  u8 i! E0 c, e. j$ h0 Q•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
( M7 G1 p+ Q+ s$ F- J$ {& F4 [•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
: H+ w4 c1 s# ?! J6 ?  K  s2 j•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
7 D. H% O' d& y; Q; N- k•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide
•        System training

•        Work evenings as required
Skills and Knowledge Required

) U; V6 ]$ {+ u1 p. K•        C++ development skills
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

- M5 w" Y* ^  u9 x7 d•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
6 b6 ~8 l/ w) N•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently
•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
