Position Responsibilities:

( d- g% E/ O4 V& [* U. `9 q6 d2 j• Identification and replication of software defects + R8 Q9 W% [. e1 b5 g5 s) X
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
& t6 K5 C. n& d# k% }• Managing customer expectations
, J# q. q! S8 z& `* b/ j$ A2 C4 i( H• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations
