Position Responsibilities:6 p2 w: l7 A' Q& [! I! u2 r
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
0 X( M* p, u7 W, `% I•        Identification and replication of software defects  2 T: _' k( x9 l* }9 j9 q: J
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
: t7 }2 D) P4 Q/ t•        Managing customer expectations
& R# N5 s' d: ^$ }6 M5 x•        Documentation of technical procedures 3 v1 ]$ k% R8 A0 {7 Y5 S+ D1 J: p* ~
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
; L9 b  Z  o/ M& c& c- I1 |•        Optimizing system configurations  $ w9 ]6 p' }' g( E
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) # C* G( n  O. a) b0 S9 S8 W- a
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 6 p$ @- Z4 `) }( C
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Customer service skills
9 [0 v. t+ s( ~0 v4 p  w•        Technical writing skills % ?1 A6 }6 Z$ E  Q8 y& X# B
•        C++ development skills $ b! q) i& Z* M. I+ Y; U
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
3 C& y- H: l" N; A•        Network trouble shooting skills ! F& r6 i, p. b" J5 J
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills + _, K3 U8 J( z& o
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
' m* j" h6 P9 d•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) ( ~9 g* C4 S' g" G  d/ a- Q
•        Ability to work independently 8 W  |3 h6 h5 S
•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        Technical degree or diploma
# f' t# @2 [. r0 H6 J9 o•        2 years experience in a technical support role+ k7 I8 G8 X9 e: l
