• Identification and replication of software defects 7 T0 Q! t. g' Z- Y% h
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
" p3 g3 I; c1 w: ]! C+ c% ^; W• Managing customer expectations ! m' e+ B- m% `9 L( f
• Documentation of technical procedures 4 I# z1 m! \! W2 i
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills

• Network trouble shooting skills ( ]1 x3 h3 e! ?9 q; w; P
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
