5 O# S: b2 h7 j$ |, D  z•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control" P6 D7 m) g( T5 o
•        Identification and replication of software defects  7 T0 Q! t. g' Z- Y% h
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
" p3 g3 I; c1 w: ]! C+ c% ^; W•        Managing customer expectations ! m' e+ B- m% `9 L( f
•        Documentation of technical procedures 4 I# z1 m! \! W2 i
•        Trouble shooting client network issues

•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) * M1 C5 N. A- i- W( v; h
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 7 u: n2 y6 H1 U$ a! c" k0 l
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training

Skills and Knowledge Required$ j% g3 T$ H8 S6 D
•        Customer service skills
  [2 \' k2 s6 R: N$ d' U/ U) c9 ]•        Technical writing skills 0 K+ {3 E& L- S6 [
•        C++ development skills 0 e7 ~0 J: g) C# J+ Q4 _
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.  e! Q' u, `% g; U9 g+ |" e
•        Network trouble shooting skills ( ]1 x3 h3 e! ?9 q; w; P
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
# h0 b, N" Q0 e3 x2 `4 C/ m7 ?•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
# A, j) U; S9 i* k, X0 m•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) * Q: q, V9 g* _5 O0 h$ s7 g, J! K5 m
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education6 d- Q- P7 p# x, u
•        Technical degree or diploma
- k9 v9 n/ i$ D+ {% y- s  P•        2 years experience in a technical support role
