Position Responsibilities:
- }1 d3 ^5 J# e! U3 u• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control4 o! N7 b7 V/ @3 X
• Identification and replication of software defects 1 o( F! K; P4 P0 ^% V
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 0 |6 T% A% n$ p5 E
• Managing customer expectations 3 w- R: u) C/ G% x0 g# W* P
• Documentation of technical procedures
* ^; E5 h! H% [4 d) {; i8 X* u/ u• Trouble shooting client network issues
( G5 ?% V- H8 K* f- }• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Site services worldwide

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
