Position Responsibilities:
$ y# Q8 H6 N. g2 {) x8 w* p•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! l6 j0 @- b( T: g•        Identification and replication of software defects  
$ m% z; x! C; w) N$ C! {+ }& f•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  0 M6 [$ h% B$ E: }# X1 J, B- a( I
•        Managing customer expectations
6 ?8 J. c% `/ E/ g: O•        Documentation of technical procedures
4 A8 a- X. v9 g$ H•        Trouble shooting client network issues # i- i+ p2 O8 K
•        Optimizing system configurations  3 I- Z7 ~- H& J/ W8 Y5 {# t* w( d. G
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ; F4 W9 e+ y3 _2 C& d
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        System training

•        Technical writing skills

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
