Position Responsibilities:
# L$ U2 O% F8 T/ q- d• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control/ t' k: ^7 G4 p/ J! T) y
• Identification and replication of software defects
' t/ ?9 b/ `! v$ K' S" b• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
% x" o) X/ |+ W) S+ ~0 _" d• Managing customer expectations
* |) T, N5 B2 \* X. C1 ]• Documentation of technical procedures 9 \8 v [! i0 m% x5 v. V6 l# H- |% a
• Trouble shooting client network issues
% t2 S, j0 ?$ l" F# o• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• System training

• Technical degree or diploma
