•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control

•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ; S# W2 t4 A* t, w
•        Managing customer expectations

•        Trouble shooting client network issues

•        Customer service skills

•        C++ development skills
  i( ^% Y7 {* {& u5 n' @; f•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        Technical degree or diploma
